12/29/25 I called this location to inquire about a part. Brian told me they didn’t have it in stock, so I asked if it could be ordered for same-day pickup. He confirmed it could arrive that night and quoted $369.99 plus a $40 core, which I agreed to. I told him I would come down and pay in cash when I picked it up. He then said the part had to be paid for in advance before he could order it. I explained I don’t have a card to pay over the phone. I’ve been a customer at this location for years and have never had an issue ordering parts and paying in store. Because of this, I ended up buying the part elsewhere. Disappointing experience for a long-time customer.

My Car died at a red light right near autozone. I went in asking for help pushing into the parking lot (I am 5 months pregnant and didn’t want to risk my babies health). William G without hesitation grabbed another coworker to come help me. They decided to give me a jump instead, so William stayed to help, got me to the parking lot so I was able to get to a garage safely. William went above and beyond helping me today! Thanks so much!

Please update your hours on your website-arrived at 8:05PM and it was dark. Website says you are open until 9:00PM.

Came at around 7:40am to have the car checked and guy at the branch told us off saying "not right now, there's only 2 of us". He was told to come back "maybe in the afternoon". I mean... no one was at the shop. It was the morning.. and a third person came in a few mins later. Why can't they accommodate us? The car badly needed the service. Poor guy had to drive farther in the snow with a broken car. :( Maybe avoid this branch if it's the morning. Apparently they don't seem to service early, even if Google says they open at 7:30am.

I had a great experience at this store replacing a battery. It was refreshing to go into a store where there was plenty of help with knowledgeable sales reps. The guy who helped me out was knowledgeable, helpful and had a nice attitude. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name but on the receipt is ID said CSR 18. Thank you.

Shout out to Christian G, he helped confirm the windshield wipers for my car while simultaneously helping out other customers at the store. He really held it down.

You better know exactly what you need because there is no service at this autozone you cannot make a simple phone call in case you’re getting a part for someone I’m not sure what genius thought it was a good idea to have no service at an AUTO PARTS STORE

I went in for a replacement bulb. I need to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JAY, for his professionalism and the great customer service he provided. I have an Acura MDX and an issue with the light assembly in my liftgate. Going in to the store, I felt crazy because all the lights worked except the red daytime running light. Jay came out and looked it over and to my surprise reassured me I wasn’t crazy! The whole assembly needs to be replaced not the bulb itself. Instead of selling me a bulb just because, he helped me solve an issue I’ve been researching for weeks! I am an ASM in retail and the service Jay provided was exceptional. THANKS JAY FOR ALL YOUR HELP BRUH!

I want to give a huge shoutout to Al at the Salem, NH AutoZone store. I called looking for a specific part, and Al was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional over the phone. He went above and beyond to help me find the exact part I needed, even though I was calling for another store (Lawrence, MA AutoZone on Broadway St.) that had poor customer service and kept me on hold over the phone for 8min before they hung up on me. On the other hand, when I went to the Lawrence MA store which was a 10 min walk from where I was stranded, I was disappointed to see that they only had one employee serving customers while four others were just hanging out and not helping at all. It was a frustrating experience, and it made me even more appreciative of Al’s excellent service. Al really made a difference, and I’ll start going to the Salem, NH store for future needs. Thanks again, Al!

Franklin was very independent and consistent in being able to get me into a vehicle today and between him and his manager they were successful I'm very happy with the service and the way they handled business

Super helpful employee not only assisted me in finding the right wiper blades, but also installed them for me. He also informed me of a sale going on and several best practices for helping increase the lifespan of my wipers.

Thank you to Luis/Louis* for helping my husband and I today. The power steering fluid in our car was low. Pep boys was going to charge us over 200 dollars to “flush” and refill the system. They had us buy over 3 liters of power steering and then charge us for labor. We went to auto zone to get the fluid and Luis was more than helpful. He explained how simple it was to top of the system and we wouldn’t need more than a liter. He helped us top it off and it only costed us 17 dollars to do. We are expecting a baby and with the holidays, money is tight so his honesty and help to go above and beyond made our day. Thank you again Luis, your kindness did not go unnoticed today!

I call order break pads leave my number told they will be waiting. I arrive same associate I spoke to looks at me says he doesn't have them. He tells me his computer reads he has two. I drive 25 minutes for nothing. Customer service is a circus of lazy people who just do bare minimum to receive a pay check. This associate had my number could have contacted me , could have checked initially as I usually have to micromanage and ask. The one time I didn't.

Excellent service and friendly personnel. I usually make purchases at this store for my car needs. But as I found out today, the wipers I had with me weren't purchased at their store - and they were still kind enough to install them for me. Thank you gentlemen.

Terrible service. Employees answering the phone are rude all the time called for a simple question, ended up getting yelled at and the guy hang up on me. Great costumer service. Called back and it was worse

My car battery was only 9 months old and died. I couldn't find my receipt for the warranty and my phone number wasn't in the system. After a few short calls the regional manager and local guy (Jason) worked it all out with me. I eventually did find the receipt and they were great testing my old battery, switching out to a new one, and filled out my warranty correctly. Great service from the desk up to the regional manager.

I went into Autozone today looking for wipers for my 2007 Lexus. An older gentleman at the front desk asked me if I needed help right away. He looked up wipers that fit my car. I went and got them and he proceeded to check if they were correct. After I paid I asked if there was anyone available to put them on(yes, I could have youtubed this and probably 2 hours later) Lol. He got another man to come put them on. Someone else also came and helped also. Thank you for all your efforts. I really appreciated it.

I spoke with an employee by the name of Ben a few minutes ago. It was about me receiving the incorrect oxygen sensor for my vehicle (2007 Mini Cooper S DOHC Turbo BMW N14 mated to a 6mt) and he was very professional about it all, and because of the mistake on their end saying my part would fit, he and who i assume is his manager Matt, offered me a direct exchange for the part. Ben was very professional despite my displeasure about receiving the wrong part, and was very respectful throughout the entire call. I will definitely return to this AutoZone store. I went for the 1st time today to change my wiper blades and the person who helped me was excellent. He helped me pick out the proper sized blades and even helped show me how to install them. I would definitely come back here for all of my car troubles/needs.

Needed a battery today so I went to this store. They helped me out with the correct batteryrery for my KIA Soul base modemodel. Scott B installed it in a matter of minutes great guy and it was done right. Thanks Brian L.
