Buyer Beware~!!!!---Do not online order from them. Their website is a joke like it's still the 1990's. When filling out the order form you get a response that the only communication you'll receive is a shipment notification, and no order confirmations whatsoever. It's been weeks since I've seen anything, and when trying to call the line is busy all day long. So now I have no clue when I'll receive my part, whether I ever will, and they have my CC info. At this point I'm ready to buy from somewhere else, but have no way to cancel the order. This definitely call for a report to the BBB. Update: I have submitted a complaint to the BBB, this is No Way to do business!!!

Worst possible service. Actually took the time and drove an hour to their “retail” store because their phone either doesn’t work or they just don’t answer it. Was asked to leave because the retail store isn’t open to the public “which I get in todays new normal”. However was scolded when I told them that Their phone doesn’t work and was told “our phones work”. Called from the parking lot, guess what? Your phones don’t work. Too bad, I was going to drop some money to a small business too.

Placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago. Paid extra for UPS select and still nothing. I call and get a busy signal nearly all day long. Finally got in touch with someone who said my part was sent, that was 5 business days ago. The lady did not have a tracking number. This is the worst experience in regards to mopar parts ever!

Ordered a six pack air cleaner assembly. Came well packaged and in very good condition. Had no issues with the sales lady ordering. It was a pleasurable experience and she was very knowledgeable of products. Thanks Jims auto parts.

3 rd world service, phone line is contanly busy. And when the lady answers you might just hang up, she doesn't get back to you. On the positive side it gave me an opportunity to read the reviews and no waste time and effort to order from them.

They sent me the wrong parts so I sent them back they will only give me a refund on half the parts and I still haven't received that I called Jims to order some parts for my 63 Chrysler they sent me the wrong tie rods I sent the tie rods back the lady at the customer service center told me they were only going to refund me for half of the parts because they had to spend 3 hours researching to find the right parts for my car and then I bought those parts from eBay. She said that because I disrespected them like this they would not be giving me my full refund. I still have not received my half refund so now they have my parts and my money.

I can't begin to tell you how bad the customer service is at Jim's, if your smart take the reviews and run to Magnum Force and or any other supplier from GYC's !!! We spent roughly 7k to restore a 71 SuperBee and numerous parts had to be returned or were missing from the order. Brake lines have been shipped for 2 weeks now but we have yet to receive, the lady who answers the phone is so rude! I asked to speak with the owner and I asked for her to verify my number she placed me on hold, I've been on hold for 35 mins and counting...... I'm about to have a heart attack speaking with her. You would think if a customer spent 7k on parts you wouldn't insist he/she doesn't have it, they would send another. She wanted to fight and insist we lost it, she then wasn't sure if we could order and purchase linkage separate if the order was shipped correctly within the disc brake conversion we wouldn't have this issue. I'm at a lost for words. The 2017 Syracuse nationals are right around the corner and with the 2-3 week delays we aren't going to make it. I would love for the owner to call me so I can explain to him all the issues.

PLEASE READY COMPLETE REVIEW NO STAR RATING!!! NEVER EVER use this pack of crooks, ordered 2 small brake parts from them to be delivered to Australia. My mistake firstly did not shop around, found the 2 parts at almost 1/2 the price of Jims, that is my fault not there's BUT to then rip me off $ 138.50 US dollars ( $176.30 AU dollars) to deliver a small package, Rang and spoke to a very rude and arrogant woman, who yelled "that is what you get for buying in another country" don't buy of us again! not a problem there NEVER WILL, we are no going down the path of a "charge back" through the credit card company, as they can not prove they quoted or had authority to charge, so they will loose both the price of the parts and the freight. BUYERS BEWARE if this company! On a positive note, I did get my parts, they were correct and time frame was within a few weeks credit where credit is due! PS: I think you will find the review by "Martin Stuhr" and "Larry Larsen" to be them selves trying to justify there freight costs, no one words a review like that!

Bought 4 "new" OEM window motors for a '70 Challenger at $300 each. Installed one it didn't lift the window past mid point and we had to "help" it up by hand to get it the rest of the way up. Left the other three in the original shipping packages and never broke the seals. This is a car we were doing a lot of work on and had the motors sitting in the box at the shop for a couple months (2) before installing the one and finding out they were no good. Called Jim's almost 3 months to the day from when we got the motors and advised I wanted to return the motors, offering to eat the one we had opened and no dice. They refused to budge off their 30 day return policy and 24 hour return policy on electrical parts.....find their return policy on their website if you can and read the fine print folks! I argued that people restoring cars usually don't put the parts they order on the day they get it. It may sit in the box for months before it is installed. I argued I spent 5+ years restoring another car and could return defective or unused parts to other suppliers months after purchase. The answer? "Well, that is a very good business sir". My response? "So you are saying yours isn't?" I guess I should have checked the BBB rating first.....It doesn't get any lower than an "F". Horrible customer service and the person answering the phone is incompetent and has a really poor attitude as well. Steer clear and get your parts from a business that treats it's customers with respect and honor. Too bad I didn't read some of the Mopar forums beforehand.......Jim's is rated as horrible on almost every post I looked at and I looked at a bunch!

I ordered some restoration parts from Jim's Auto Parts for my 67 Belvedere and then saw some of the reviews, I got that sinking feeling right away but thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as people are more likely to complain online than pay compliments. So, after about a week, I phoned to check status of my order, they said they were waiting for the headliner to come in and it would ship complete in approximately another 2 weeks, the lady I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I think what people have to remember is, that if you are ordering parts for a 50 year old car, just because they are on a website, doesn't necessarily mean they are in stock, just available to that vendor. I also started off my phone call in a polite and joking manor, many people would be surprised at how much easier it is to get the information you are looking for without having the person at the other end of the phone going into a defensive mode right away, if you are biting someone's head off the second they pick up the phone, do you really think they are going to be helpful or polite back? It's hard to find quality parts in Canada so YES shipping is expensive but for anyone out there who owns a small business, shipping is not free, it is a big cost of doing business so get over it, you don't like what they charge, open your own UPS or FedEx account, see what your rates are like, probably not any better, get over it. Would I order from Jim's again, YES I would, quality of the parts I ordered was excellent and pricing overall averaged out with other places I saw online, a few things were more expensive but other items were less so in the end, I received what I wanted in one shipment meaning in the long run I saved money. They had all of the items I was looking for, had me covered from wiper blades to gas cap to headliner to a bunch of other little things nobody else had or showed available. My only complaint was that there was no online or email order acknowledgement so I could see status of the order but they did sent me a shipping acknowledgement and tracking info which was great. My order showed up complete and within the time frame they sad it would.

Absolute scammers....gave them all correct information; model, date, etc and they send me the wrong part (which took weeks), then they charge me a steep return fee claiming I ordered the wrong part. Its a business run by a family of crooks.

This company has the worst costumer service I've ever dealt with. Three attempts to get them the information they need for the billing and they canceled my order completely. And I'm happy they did, I couldn't imagine having a parts issue with them. The woman on the phone was from hell, I'm convince of it. I have four mopars to restore, oh well. If you could give -Stars I would have

Perfect service, prompt response and a very quick delivery. I mean...hey, we all know that overseas shipment via UPS is expensive, so why complain about it. Received exactly what I ordered in a super clean condition and well packed. Would definitely order again. Only thing I would really appreciate would be the possibility to choose between different UPS shipping options. But nevertheless...great job Jim's Autopart! You keep my Mopar going. Best regards from Germany Martin

Would give them zero stars if I could. Paid for an order 1 month ago. Two parts, one arrived and the other hasn't. Charged my card and has yet to send other part. Every time I call, the line is busy.

Horrible service. Parts ordered 2 weeks ago were in stock & I still don't have them. Also no email that they ever shipped. They insist on shipping with a " signature required" which is more expensive, unnecessary, & very inconvenient for me. Find your parts somewhere else if possible!

This lady that takes your order is the most ignorant, rude, manner less jerk that I have EVER dealt with.I ordered parts on April 21 st...they charge my card and when I call 2 weeks later to see where my parts were, she says they were just shipped and basically live with it.I would take a part from these idiots if it was free.
