My car broke down right before exit 5 on 93 South during the blizzard of 2026. Rob came out and seriously could not have been any nicer. He towed my car to the destination I requested, and you literally dropped me off in front of my house. The service professionalism, and kindness I received was seriously unbelievable. Such a good dude!
Their price was extremely reasonable too. They do not Jack up their prices even in a blizzard. Serious top notch company. I would give 10 stars if Google would allow me to.

Awesome service. Broke down on 93S...after alot of aggression from other tow services..they were there in 15min...took me to shop.(very friendly people inside) I was back on the road within a half hr. A big thankyou to Rob for a great service!! Highly recommend LBP towing.
We had just been in an accident and everything felt overwhelming, but the team at LBP Towing was beyond kind. They treated us with so much care and respect. They were the bright spot in such a stressful day. Honestly, they’re the kind of guys you’d want to go back and visit just because they were that great! Truly awesome!
Honestly had the worst easter ever and the tow guy made my day a lot better by being compassionate and amazing. I just picked up my car and it is very obvious that trait is also shown by everyone that works here. This was truly the best experience i’ve ever had with a tow company. Been using these guys for towing for a few years now, they are a local Londonderry shop. With a fleet of around 15 trucks and vans crap happens… from scheduling a routine tow to the mechanic to recovering a work van on its side in a ditch they have been absolutely top notch.
Doug was absolutely a ray of light in a time of darkness.
He made a situation that was terrible move seamlessly. Most of all he was compassionate and empathetic of the entire ordeal.
The world needs more owners like him. I will forever reccomend you!

If I could give these guys negative stars I would. They had my truck for 3 weeks and they broke more things on it due to hack work. Avoid these guys like AIDS.
These guys were amazing. My daughter was in an accident in her Acura MDX and when the tow company arrived, he calmed my daughter down, told her to get me on the phone and insured that my daughter was OK until somebody picked her up. Not only that when I was able to make it to the shop to pick up the vehicle, the staff was friendly. These guys are great and it’s great to see local people doing good business. We appreciate you guys and keep up the good work. I recommend this place in the area.

The staff quickly answered my questions and the quoted a tow. They quoted a very fair price so we agreed they would take care of my truck.
They picked up my truck and got it home for me in a very , seamless, cost effective way!

Great friendly staff
Only 1 star because I can't give 0! I scheduled an appointment over a week in advance to have brakes done. I drop the vehicle off first thing in the morning. I take a day off from work since I work far away. I hear nothing all day so I call just before they are closing to find out if it is done. They tell me they were going to call me shortly with a quote. Also said they "thought" they told me it was more than a one day job. It's a brake job, you can go to a chain shop and wait while they do the brakes. Obviously not a shop that is managed well. I would avoid them at all costs.
Great group of people. Had to have a heater core replaced. The work was finished and the price came in less than what we first discussed. That and the truck was left clean! I'm going back whenever I need other work.
I would like to extend my thanks to Mike and his impeccable service today while answering a towing call at my condo. Mike, your kind words certainly made a rough day much better.
This auto repair service was excellent! They were able to fit us in quickly in an urgent situation. They diagnosed and fixed our problem promptly and had fantastic customer service. I can recommend them wholeheartedly.
My truck was broke down in Meredith and LBP was the only tow company AAA could find to come out and tow my truck backto Londonderry, considering the travel time Mike Z. had me home in a reasonable amount of time.
I’ve been going to this business for years - mainly for car inspections, but have had some minor repair work done as well. Mike and Wayne have always been very professional and courteous. Great service performed by quality employees at reasonable prices; what’s not to like?
Fantastic, friendly and fast service. The gentleman I'd spoken to about my car being towed albeit unwillingly by police was extremely courteous and very helpful. Wish I didn't have my car towed but I was glad that it was these people who got it for me.
Beware of this business. They have very dishonest mechanics working for them (particurlary Mike) - he will fix your car and tell you he is putting new/practically new parts in, when in actuality, he is using old rusted parts. You will get home to discover your car is leaking all over your garage. When your car won't "start right up" as promised, they will go back on their word and not make the situation right. Because of this particular employee, this business lacks integrity and I would advise others to go elsewhere unless you want to get ripped off.
The guy ( even dont share hes name) was afoul charge much more that was told and say did not accept any credit or debit bank cards cash only did give us chance to use our triple AAA service
Recommendation avoid that service if you dont like to make you day terrible
Straight forward and honest, then just to make sure they go way above your expectations.
I brought my car in because it would not stay running they diagnosed it as the computer needed to be replaced. I was at 50K miles (the warranty was up to 30K) so I assumed I would be paying to have the module replaced. Instead they told me they were pretty sure that the computer was covered up to 60K. They called two area Toyota dealers to find out if this was the case (one never responded), found out it was covered and even towed my car down there for me using my AAA. They could have just done the work and I would not have known any better, or they could have told me to make the calls instead they went and took care of everything.
