I can’t say enough good things about Andy and his team . I have been to a few shops in my day but these guys are nothing short of excellent . Had some issues with a new to us truck for my son and Andy was recommend by a good friend . Not only did he take time to figure it out ( multiple issues ) but he was patient and explained everything through the entire process . My son was bummed to think he bought a lemon truck but after they were done with it , had the biggest smile on his face ! Thanks again Andy and team for taking such great care of us! Highly recommend these guys !! !
My family and I have taking our cars here for a few years. The last time I had a throttle body replaced and for some reason it kept eating throttle body’s and I called a week later to let them know the problem I had and the gentlemen stated that there’s no warranty and it was my computer which is another $1500 so I became upset and the gentleman said I don’t want to deal with you I will just give you your money back, which he did but could use some customer service a little better. Also a shop should stand behind their work and diagnostics. Overall I’m happy but will not go back.
I first brought my outback here for a complicated issue, a head gasket repair. Eric did a great job - since then my whole family has been bringing our Subarus to him. Eric‘s work is excellent. The customer service is top-notch. They have always managed to fit us in when we’ve suddenly needed work done, we find the prices very reasonable, especially considering the high-quality of the work. You want to have absolute confidence in your car repair specialist - - you can rest easy with this shop!
I called on Tuesday needing a state inspection "as soon as possible 3PM or later" and they were able to schedule me for 3PM that coming Thursday. No hold time on the phone and the guy I spoke with was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I arrived at 3PM and my car was inspected in a matter of 15 minutes at most. As if that wasn't impressive enough, they were able to get two new tires installed for me along with an alignment all by quarter past 4PM at a very fair price. The man who helped me was so kind and easy to work with, they really couldn't have made the process easier or more painless for me and I can immediately feel how much better my car is driving. I can't say enough nice things about this place, thank you again!!

Love this shop. Dropped off my car overnight with no appointment and they got it back to me quick. Always let me know what it needs and what it doesn't. Friendly and courteous and prices reasonable. I will definitely keep coming back.
Had my exhaust done back in March, done quickly and ready on time. Very courteous and professional. 3 months later, the tailpipe loosened up and came off. Called them same day and I went in they had it fixed up in 30 minutes, no charge. Great people to do business with, I highly recommend!
They were able to get me in second day to have my ac in my 06 Silverado. Fantastic service and friendly people. Great rates and had it done same day. I would absolutely recommend them and will be doing business with them again. 10/10
This is what it cost to diagnose a battery issue and replace my battery. In my opinion, the cost of labor is not fair. I feel like I was double charged for a single service. Two stars because I appreciate how they took my car in same-day, and answered my phone call at 5:01 pm (after hours) to discuss how I felt about this invoice.
Very helpful! great service! Amazing kind people! Always great to come here, they are very honest with fixes and I completely trust them, especially coming from other mechanical companies that try to take advantage of if your a girl. They explain everything very clearly and in a way to understand!
These guys are excellent, I was down south when my wife was having problems with her truck. They had taken care of it and the cost was more than fair. It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and I have finally found a place that I feel comfortable with. Thanks guys. We will be sending you business your way.
I always take my car to Lefebvre's! They are honest and fair and straightforward. They work quickly and don't do more than is necessary. A great place to do business.
$830 for a lower control arm? $100 to find out it was the control arm? $100 to drive the car around to determine the transmission is okay? These guys take advantage of people who do not know about their vehicle. F them never going back and never recommending

They have helped me and my family beyond belief. I will be back for all of my car needs from now on for as long as I live in Londonderry and I will tell anyone who will listen they should too. My husband and I moved in Summer 2021 and had a great mechanic in the upper valley. So, we weren’t sure if we would find the same quality, but we got even more with Lefebvre. They’re super polite and knowledgeable. The best part is they want to work with you rather than making a few (hundred) bucks off of your car. I would highly recommend them.
Took my Toyota to Lefebvre's for a second opinion on an oil leak. Their team took the time to really dig into where the leak was coming from. Rather than a 4K+ job recommended by the dealers shop, they found the real problem and solved for less than 300. Very thankful customer.

But this last time they just went above and beyond. My sons car while he was driving started going all over the road
Called Lefebvres’s auto to see if they had time to look at it.
He replied we are very busy and currently have nothing open till next week. Then he said drop it off in the morning and if we had time we will have a look.
Well, they did have a look and they discovered my sons car had a cracked rear subframe and could have been very dangerous if he kept driving the car.
So this shop worked late Wednesday night and even came in at 5:30am on their day off just to get the car finished and safe so my son to drive back to college. And the cost was considerably less than what he estimated it would be.
Can’t say enough about this shop they are the best around.
We're long time, die hard, brand loyal Lefebvre's customers. Terry and his team go beyond customer satisfaction every time. Everyone who works there knows their stuff and takes the time to give you an explanation of what's going on and what options you have. Terry always tries to get you in immediately. In those rare instances where he could not get me in, I felt my car was worked on all the harder to make up for any inconveniences. Would never think of going anywhere else. If you want honesty, a handshake when you walk in the door, excellent repairs or services at a great rate, this is your place.
Lefebvre’s was the first place we brought our cars when we moved to the area 3.5 years ago and we’ll never go anywhere else. Terry and the whole crew are great. They do good work and they always try to accommodate our schedules. They are honest and prices are affordable. They won’t try to sell us something that’s not needed, which we appreciate.
Always the best service! Any questions I've had with any of my vehicles they have been able to help. Will continue to drive to them where I'm located for the work and trust I have with them!
OMG! First time there and I was soooooo impressed (and I'm never impressed with garages). From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Terry. They took my car in immediately and then explained the problem with my car in laments terms. Both Colin and Terry were so friendly. They treated me like I was a long time customer. And the best part was that they gave me a fair price to fix my car. They have just earned a customer for life!!! It was such a pleasant experience and I highly recommend them!! Oh... and give Colin a raise!!!!

Visiting from Massachusetts,. and my steering wheel shuddered when I applied the brakes. Read online reviews and took my car to this business. They fixed the problem and they are as superb as the reviews stated. Terry is courteous and will explain what your options are. Front brakes were replaced in an hour (on a busy work day) and I am back on the road with peace of mind.

I bought a new / used vehicle last week, within 2 hours of having it there was an issue, dealer was good about it, came & got it & fixed problem. Well as you can imagine I was a bit leery so I brought my vehicle to Lefebvre"s explained what happened, showed them paperwork of what issue was & what they did to fix and asked if they could take a look & let me know if I was good / safe. Well they absolutely did right then & there & treated me amazing- gave me more info then dealer and totally explained everything. I couldn't be happier with them, their customer service & just all around attitude is fabulous! Thanks guys!
Excellent, personal service is what you get when you bring your vehicle to Terry and his team at Lefebvre's. They are competent, diligent, and trustworthy. They keep the lines of communication open and today you need to believe there are still honest people out there. They are at this shop!

Recently my engine failed in my car, Terry has been most helpful and understanding of my situation. He has given me great advice, allowed me leave my vehicle in his lot while I figure things out. I definitely will continue to bring my vehicles here for good customer and mechanical service.
One of the few shops that actually treats the customer like a person. Always happy to talk to customers and explain the situations. They're almost always competitive on price and if they aren't they will tell you flat out that you should bring it elsewhere. I love the open honesty and communication!
Excellent service for my last 2 visits for my daughters car that she’s taking to college. They noticed a safety concerns and fixed it at a very reasonable price. So much piece of mind knowing it’s a safer car for her now. Thanks for the great service.
We stopped here to get one new tire mounted and balanced and it took over 3 hours. We were told repeatedly that it would just be another minute. The mechanics did not know what they were doing. I do not recommend going here if you need to get anywhere in a reasonable amount of time. If you have a day to waste away this is the place for you!
