Top notch service . My first appointment was free for oil change and tire rotation I couldn’t believe it . I already set my next appointment for front and rear differentials . I will be getting all my maintenance done at tires too for now on. Highly recommended

I have been here twice, once for transmission flush/ exchange and the 2nd time for 4 wheel drive issue that turned out to be emergency break causing the trouble.
Both visits the mechanics ( Cameron and Mike ) personally showed and explained the process. Price for service was reasonable. Truck operates like a new one.
My tire ran flat leaving work on a sub zero night with wind chill, called 5 towing companies or road side assistance no one helped or was even reasonable. Changes the flat myself but couldn't find anyone to get me into fix the tire or replace it the following day for at least a week started thinking there were no good helpful customer service driven businesses anymore. Tires Too was able to get me in following morning and let me say it was the best customer service experience I have had in forever! Not only did they do right by me and fix my issue for way less than I thought but everyone in the had a smile was welcoming and it was explained to me exactly what was done so I could be comfortable driving my vehicle safely. Faith in a real customer service driven shop absolutely restored I am very thankful!
The best experience ever. Most honest, kind and friendly people. It is extremely rare to find such a trust worthy place today. They are excellent mechanics. The waiting area is spotless and comfortable. I highly recommend Tires Too. Thank you to the team!

My car broke down in Derry, NH on the night of the Wednesday before Labor Day. After getting my car jump started, I drove it over to Tires Too, left a note about the battery and a clunking noise, and left my key. I called the next day to see if they had seen my car and they said they had and would take a look. They called back a bit later and said the battery needed replacing and so did one of the ball joints. And, they would be able to fix it by the end of that day! I left my car there a couple of days before Labor Day, and they were able to diagnose and fix it the very next day! I did not expect that. We always use Tires Too because after using them for several years, we trust them. 100% But, this kind of service is pretty amazing. I am very happy.

Customer service is most certainly a priority. There was some delay in getting a part for my car and they proactively kept me informed regularly of the status. In any event they had a loaner for me so it wasn't an issue. Russ, John and the rest of the front office crew were great to deal with. The work was completed as quickly as they could and my car runs great. Will continue using them for all car repairs.
Early this year I entrusted Tires Too to mount a tire on a brand-new wheel for my Corvette, as the previous wheel had suffered damage beyond repair. Unfortunately, Tires Too had a mishap that resulted in damage that needed to have the entire wheel refinished. Tires Too thankfully notified me by phone and had it repaired as soon as it happened. While not ideal, I'm glad that Tires Too made it right. I wanted to share my experience for anyone thinking about taking their high-performance vehicle to this shop.
Everyone was friendly, low-stress, reasonable, and extremely transparent. I received a well-constructed form detailing exactly what repairs were recommended and why, along with photos of the items requiring attention. I'll never take my car anywhere else and recommend this place to everyone!
Tires Too has always been excellent! Fair prices, great service. I trust the recommendations and work! In my experience, they will call before any major work is done-which is appreciated! I travel over an hour to get service at this shop!
Russ, the owner, and the staff at Tires Too are always listening to their customers and responding with the appropriate answers. Had a great experience at Tires Too for a variety of reasons. First, they're understanding and flexible. They know how to meet customers where they're at in order to provide solutions that make the most sense to their needs. When a customer decides on a solution, there is no upsell, no pressure to do something else, and they give an upfront estimate and time frame. When timelines don't work as planned, as was the case with me, they make sure they do everything they can to communicate their progress so that I know when I'll get my car back.
Would love to use Tires Too again for future work.
Last year, I had a mechanical failure - working with them was fantastic. I had a budget limit and they were able to get the essentials to have it where it was driving like new again.
I was amazed by the detailed photo report available, they have it so you can reference it later too which has been very helpful. The inspection report is one of the best I ever received from a shop.
They have a great staff who are really knowledgeable about scope of work, handle customer service professional on the phone and in person plus the text system for appointment reminders (along with the online booking system) make a stressful car maintenance problem a lot easier to work through.
Friendly and fast service! They quickly got me four new tires, and were took the time to walk me through a few different tire options within my budget, explaining the benefits of each.
What stood out the most was their transparency—they also gave me a heads-up on potential repairs I might need in the future, offering recommendations without pushing me to act right away. It's rare to find a shop that’s both honest and helpful like this. I'll definitely be back when it's time for those future repairs! Truly appreciated the team at Tires Too for helping me with our 2005 Honda CRV when a series of warning lights came on the dash. An accurate diagnosis was made and the problem resolved. The CRV is back to running smoothly and efficiently!!! Always appreciate the expertise and professionalism from Tires Too! My Honda Civic had not been serviced in awhile and I wanted to make sure it was in shape for a number of upcoming long trips. Tires Too found and repaired a rusted out back bumper bracket, changed needed fluids and oil and mounted new tires. They completed the work quickly and kept me informed through the process. Very satisfied.
Tires Too has been excellent to me. They are so thorough and inspect your whole vehicle when you bring it in for a specific problem. They make an organized document with the results of the inspection including pics and tell you which items are urgent and which can wait. They never pressure me to fix anything I want to hold off on and their state inspections are very reasonable and don’t require your car to be perfect. I’m a customer for life at Tires Too. They’re always pleasant, polite, and considerate. On Sunday my car died and I called AAA. They came out and tested my battery and alternator and told me I needed a new alternator so they called the tow truck and I had it towed to Tires Too. I wasn’t sure if they would be able to fix it the next day on Monday because their appointment schedule seemed booked up. But Monday morning they called me and had already gone through my car and told me what was wrong. Then it was fixed, inspected, and ready to go just a few hours later. I thought I would be without my car for days. I’m so grateful for Tires Too.

I had my 35” tires replaced with new ones no problem. To all you lifted vehicle owners out there this is the place to go.
There not afraid to work on them like most shops that panic when you pull in with a nonstock vehicle. I just moved back to Londonderry after ten years so I’m very happy to find a shop to bring my truck to.
I believe in bringing your vehicle to the same shop all the time they get t know you and your truck and you get to know them.

Great experience as always with Tires Too! They were flexible with my schedule, efficient, and promptly communicated the service progress and the additional work recommended. When I picked up my car, it looked like they had wiped down the dash and center console which was much appreciated!
Tires Too has consistently provided our family of cars with quality car service. We've had everything from routine oil changes and state inspections to diesel truck services. We even asked them to check out a car we were considering buying because we trust their opinion. There was a one off check engine light that came on following a recent auto service and Tires Too was nothing short of over-accommodating in resolving the issue. We appreciated the offer for a loaner car and their thorough follow up until it was worked through.

Honest, professional, and excellent service. They keep you informed about diagnostic issues and get permission before conducting any unexpected repairs. When it turned out the recent repairs my car would need (which a previous business had “supposedly” already repaired) would take another day’s work, the let me use the “loaner” car. This fall when I had to buy new tires for my Jeep, they took the time to suggest tires based on my driving habits and needs but still gave me a detailed list of brands/styles with prices for me to choose. Jake and his crew are the best!
