My husband and I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 from this place a couple of months ago, we stopped down on a Friday and put a very large deposit down in order to get a purchase and sale (they wouldn't send it to us without the big deposit, even though we live in Maine and this was a 2+ hour drive for us one way.). We come back after the weekend finally being able to finish our loan now having the purchase order. They had promised to "get it all ready for us" over the weekend. Read Jake McInnis' review for details. Long story short, after seeing his review they called us stating they were sorry and were going to be sending a $200 check in the mail to pay for our oil change and such, begging him to take down his review. We figured we'd wait until we receive the check to take it down just incase it was a lie. 6 weeks later, we still have not received the check, even after my husband called an told them our address. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE. They tell you what you want to hear to make the sale/get you to be dishonest with your experience.

I called and spoke to Kevin to check on the availability of a particular truck, and asked if it would be a problem if I took it to an independent mechanic. I was told no problem. I found a local mechanic that was opened on a Saturday and made an appointment. When I got there Mark the owner refused to let me take the truck to the mechanic I selected, and would only allow the truck to be seen by certain mechanics. This felt very sketchy to me, and they were not honest when I called to ask the question. Only allowing vehicles to be seen by selected mechanics does not feel independent. I walked away but wasted 3 hours of my time. A bit of honesty and transparency would have avoided this.

Saw a beautiful f350 sitting on the front lawn. Went in and Matt and Mark did everything they could to help. Very pleasant experience all around. Highly recommended getting you’re next rig here

Looked at a vehicle on the lot for sale. Couldn't take for a test drive per owners policy. I was allowed to sit in the vehicle. Vehicle wouldn't start. Sat in another vehicle that also wouldn't start. Left my number with sales personnel to call me when vehicle was repaired. Never received a call or text. Attempted to reach out with no response. I didn't feel like a customer I felt like they don't need the business. Most likely the only dealership in NH that doesn't allow test drives and vehicles are not maintained while on the lot.

I recently bought this Ram 1500 from this place. The guys were seemingly nice and as helpful as they could be. Come to find out it’s just a face to make the sale. I drove the truck off of the lot to find out that the thing was pretty much on empty. First stop was the fuel station. The second thing I noticed is that the change oil soon light was on. I checked the oil, as black as the oil I pull out of my Cummins during an oil change. Next up, I notice that they left a half peeled off sticker attached to the dash. Brake dust still on the rims. What poor attention to detail these guys have after having 3 days to prep this vehicle for me after I put my deposit down. Finally, I get the truck home to find out that ALL of the fluids are low, and in need of service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. To buy a not that old used vehicle from a dealership and have to send it straight to the shop for updated servicing is unreal in my opinion.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. Although the exterior appearance is nice, the overall service is lacking. The salesperson, whom I believe was named Eric or Derek, provided incorrect paperwork, forcing me to return multiple times. The car was not cleaned as promised, even after waiting for hours. When I escalated the issue to the owner, I was told the salesperson would handle it, but he never responded to my calls. Additionally, a warranty issue with the vehicle was not resolved, and I was given the runaround for months. It’s clear that the dealership does not take customer reviews seriously, and I’m sure the owner will respond with a generic message. My advice to potential buyers is to do your homework and have the car inspected by a trusted mechanic before you pay them a penny. Do not rely on their promises. Avoid this place unless you’re 100% checked your vehicle by a trusted mechanic.

Mark's offers great vehicles with very fair prices. They will go the extra mile for their customers to ensure a positive experience which is exactly what I received. Patrick was my salesman and he is a very friendly and honest guy who wants the best for the customers. The same can be said about Mark . Thank you guys !

Purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado 8/2023 and stupidly signed up for their warranty and so when my mechanic found >8k worth of issues with this lemon the warranty company would only fix 3/11 problems found?!? Even though the issues are related to what the warranty says they’ll cover. It took too long to cancel this warranty too as Marks Discount told me I have to go through the company directly and they told me no Marks has to cancel for you; anyway it’s finally cancelled and no $ refund no change in what I owe?!?! Also Marks wouldn’t offer any discount on this used truck but would only give me $500 for my trade in); they said they price their vehicles fairly!. I keep leaving unanswered messages asking about all this; hence this review. When will car dealers just sell decent vehicles and at decent prices?

I would have given this company 5 stars, as I truly like everyone there—the owner, the mechanic, and the salesman. However, I believe there’s room for improvement. Mr. Patrick, when someone purchases a vehicle from you, it’s your responsibility to ensure that any issues are resolved promptly. Passing things off to your mechanic (Mike), who was extremely helpful, is where the customer experience fell short. Had you taken ownership of the entire situation, the experience would have been much more positive. Most of the concerns I raised were eventually addressed—except for the cracked windshield, which was in the driver’s line of sight. Despite 15 text messages, phone calls, in-person conversations, and even a written statement confirming it would be repaired, it never was. I ultimately decided to take care of it myself. That said, I understand it’s a used vehicle, and imperfections or occasional failures are to be expected. Everything else was acceptable under that context. My advice to future buyers: take your time when considering a vehicle. They have a great selection, but if you notice any issues upfront, insist they be fixed before completing the sale. That was my mistake—lesson learned. Patrick, I genuinely like you and appreciate the deal, but please do better next time. The purchase process was quick, but once the check cleared, follow-up support was slow. Your deals are excellent, and I truly love my vehicle—cheers!

I recently bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler from Mark's Discount Truck. The staff were all professional and friendly. Matt and Patrick were both helpful and helped me through the process quickly. Mark, the owner also had noticed I was a veteran, and immediately informed the team to take $500 off the Jeep. The vehicle was detailed and passed inspection. What more can a guy ask for haha. Thank you guys, this was the first pleasant car purchasing experience I have had in years. -Cody

Bought a Subaru WRX from this dealership. They were very welcoming and helpful with this purchase. They were negotiable and meet me at a great price! In New Hampshire cars are sold “As-Is” but this dealership provided me with a warranty free of charge with my purchase. Very happy with the car and grateful to all the staff.

I originally was satisfied with my experience buying my 2018 Volvo S90, however after what I’ve been dealing with the past month I have to change my review. The shop clearly does the bare minimum required to get their vehicles in a condition to sell. The car ran fine for about 4 months and a few thousand miles before the issues started. Now I’ve already spent over $1200 on repairs and a new tire and I’m looking at another few thousand since discovering the patch up job done to the exhaust which ultimately is not holding up. The dealership clearly knew of the issues and swept them under the rug or did a terrible job fixing whatever it needed to sell. Not to mention the “bumper to bumper warranty” that is terrible and hadn’t covered anything wrong with the car. In the end.. DONT BUY HERE!!!

I purchased a Ford E250 and the process was extremely easy. Matt was excellent and shopped for the best rate. His communication with me was great he stayed in touch with me keeping me updated daily I would definitely recommend Mark's

Purchased vehicle Wednesday price was great, I called Tuesday spoke with Patrick he was great, made the 3.5 hour trip i was buying a car no finance process was fast. So far car rides great my only issue was they don't accept cards banks cards ect for purchase cash or cashiers check which cause problem as my bank is not there!! I called my bank found a solution. But I wish they accepted cards. My other issue was we were told there was a 90 day warrenty but after I signed the papers we were told no warrenty. Other that that it was a good experience so far I would make the trip again. Thanks Patrick!!!! Update 2/ 28/25.. check engine light came on 2/14/25 called these people they were no help, car would not pass inspection got car fixed had to drive it for 100 miles, scheduled inspection again had to drive it more to 2/28/25 check engine light back on still can't even get the car inspected. So I had this car about a month still can't even get it inspected due to check engine light keep coming on. I feel like I bought a lemon and these people were not willing to assist when I called them 13 day after I purchased this. So car still not inspected back to the shop tomorrow.. I'm so upset.. never again.. the car has been in the shop more than it's been with me!!! I hope yall feel good about selling lemons!!!! Update March 8 had car in shop 3 times check engine light back on still won't pass inspection thanks rip off DO NOT BUT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I sent a request to test drive an SUV we had seen online. I did get a quick response to head on over, so we did. We were greeted by Matt who answered a few of my questions, so I stated we were ready to test drive. We were then grilled about how we planned to pay for the vehicle, which we told him. Then, he asked if we planned on purchasing that day, to which we said no, as we were comparing other similar models and take a few days to decide. In a nutshell he said that we couldn’t do the test drive unless we were ready to buy that day. That’s when we left. Shocked. How on earth do you run a business like this? I have never ever heard of such a ridiculous “rule.” It’s too bad, as we were serious buyers. I’d never return.

We had a great experience with Marks Discount. Mark is a great person who helped us with setting up with salesperson Patrick Great communication and service.It was simple and easy to do the paperwork and they did an excellent job finding the right bank for the loan. My wife is happy with the purchase and the process of her BMW. Many options of cars trucks and SUVs The lot is organized and clean. The office building is gorgeous and felt comfortable like being in your own living room shopping online. Staff were polite and helpful. Not pushy and very understanding when customers are purchasing an investment. Highly recommended for an option when looking for a car truck or SUV

? BUYER BEWARE ? I purchased a 2015 Tacoma with a New Hampshire inspection sticker, only to discover serious issues that were never addressed by the seller. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the brake lines were in such poor condition that the truck failed Maine state inspection. I drove three hours to have these issues fixed, but instead of replacing the brake lines as promised, they simply scraped them off and claimed the work had been done. ? INSANE. Now, no one at the company is willing to take responsibility. This dealership only cares about taking your money—they have no interest in supporting you after the sale. Please think twice before buying from them, and protect yourself from going through the same experience.

Great experience at Mark's! Eddie was personable and very helpful. Found the perfect truck that night! He even stayed late for us when we came to pick it up (we are an hour away and were coming after work). Contacted him a couple of days later with an issue (non warranty) and they made it right, without question.

We had the absolute best experience with Pat today and couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. He made the whole process so easy and had a smile the entire time. I would highly recommend this business for ALL your vehicle purchasing needs. We drove over 2 hours looking for a plow truck and are so pleased with the one we got. A couple of weeks ago I went into Mark's Discount Truck & Auto Sales with the mission of leaving that same day with a car. Their website inventory and prices looked great so I figured I'd give them a try. It had been over 12 years since I purchased a car so I was a bit nervous having to go through the process again. I met with Pat and was immediately put at ease by his professionalism and friendliness. Within a few hours I was able to leave my old vehicle with them and was driving to work in my new car! The process was incredibly fast and easy. Pat understood my urgency for getting a car that day and he pulled all the strings to make that happen. I will continue to have a repair and purchase relationship with Mark's and I would highly recommend their services.

I purchased a 2015 Tahoe with 113,000 miles on it and the transmission and torque converter is junk! The warranty they give you is garbage they will not cover it and say it’s pre existing issues. Would not recommend getting a vehicle from them at all ! $6,500 for a remanufactured installed. UPDATE on my transmission: the warranty was garbage and they wouldn’t let my transmission garage do the work because they wanted to pinch pennies! Now they have to take it AGAIN to change the torque converter! They got a remanufactured transmission from the Chevy dealership and installed it themselves and now the torque converter in it is junk but they don’t believe me and are now having me bring it to a Chevy dealership near me to have it diagnosed I’m so tired of the run around with these people. Plus I had to add another $1,000 for the transmission that still isn’t working properly! I shouldn’t have had to pay anything if the warranty was what it was supposed to be! Crooked dealership read other peoples reviews on different sites besides this one. New update 4/27/24 So I was told to take it to a dealership to be diagnosed and the mechanic never put it on the lift and just took it for a test drive and felt the shudder but told me to go with it. I knew that something wasn’t right with it so I took it to the transmission shop and come to find out I was right! The torque converter was just and Mark’s never did the hot flush of the cooler and was packed with metal grindings from the torque converter. Took three times to get it all out! And had to drop the transmission pan and there was metal chips in it and on the magnet. Then found out they did a hack job on it ! They cut my exhaust instead of lowering it down, they put the fuel line bracket between the bell housing and motor, they never changed the transmission lines that has a thermostat valve in it and was leaking so had to have them changed also. They never put the heat shield back on the side of the transmission, they didn’t put a bolt in one of the transfer case, they cut the bottom of the tube for the dipstick to get it back in the transmission,the vent hoses weren’t hooked up and bracket was missing, all in all this cost me $3,500.00 out of my pocket! ? NEVER BUY FROM THEM !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ! Lemons ! ? Update again 7/23/24 because they don’t know how to read the garage that they had look at it to diagnosed it did not put it on a lift! If they did they would have seen the hack job they did on it ! The torque converter was bad in the remanufactured transmission so they had to put a new one in and guess what I was right in the first place and payed out of my own pocket because these people weasel their way out of everything ! Don’t buy from them you have been warned !!!!

Amazing dealership! I had a wonderful deal with Matt! He was very professional! I met the owner and the whole team are very professional! Great guys! I traded my toyota highlander with new SUV and was very happy with the purchase! This dealership when i bought the SUV they bought a warranty on it ! Engine, transmission and drivetrain warranty! I had the SUV now for a month i had a problem with it i called them they gave me a loaner car for free fixed the problem and i picked it up ! First dealership that doesn't press you to buy ! Win win trade in value! Recommended!

I purchased a used 2017 ford f350 back in December ‘22. The truck has been excellent and has been reliable as can be. Salesman was very honest and had nothing to hide. The price was fair and they even had the truck reinspected, serviced, two new tires, and detailed! I highly recommend taking a look at their inventory when you are shopping for that next car or truck.

I couldn't be happier with Mark's discount truck and auto! Needed a new work truck after my old truck died. Mark's auto had a beautiful 2016 GMC sierra for a awesome price. Had some trouble securing financing as I am self employed. They held the truck for me for a week while they got me financed. I highly recommend! I definitely recommend if you are shopping for a new used vehicle visit/call Mark's auto and ask for JR. JR did an awesome job helping us. He put our needs as customers first, and he kept in contact updating us along the way. You won't find a salesman as genuine or honest. Thank you Mark's auto, and thank you JR.

Probably the best buying experience I have ever had. Keep in mind that I am so old I fart dust. I waited 3 months to write this review. I find that emotions dictate responses in the first couple weeks so I waited. So here I go. These guys are the real deal. Extremely honest and very down to earth. I will definitely go there again if I am in the market for a used vehicle. I purchase a 2013 Nissan Frontier as an "AS IS" purchase. After the purchase I went to a Valvoline shop to have a safety inspection just to make sure that Mark's inspection sticker was valid. Valvoline was so impressed with the work that was done that they asked me where I purchased the truck. Mark's Discount Truck heard about the inspection and kept e-mailing me asking if there was anything they could do. They thought I had an issue with the "AS IS" truck and were panicking trying to correct any issue. That is a dealer who truly cares.
