The staff went out of their way to help me with my alternator issue while visiting. Their assistance helped ensure I made it back to VA safely. Highly recommend.

Just had an awesome experience at OReilly’s in Londonderry, NH. Needed new wiper blades and needed a lot of help figuring out which ones I needed as well as taking off the old ones and putting on the new ones. Mike was extremely helpful and incredibly friendly. Just could not of been more helpful! I so appreciated it! Great customer service. Thank you so much!
Online the store advertises that they will assist you with basic installations of their products. When I called to see if they had the battery I need, the man who answered the phone (Pete) was extremely kind and helpful. When I asked if it was true that they would assist me to swap out my battery (like it says online), he told me that they were too short staffed and I could get a work order at the attached VIP store. I understand that and agreed to pick up the battery to bring home and replace with my brothers assistance. The thing that really bothered me was when I arrived to pick up my battery... there were no other customers in the store and two workers at the counter. I told them the employees name I had spoken to on the phone and that he had set aside my battery. They told me he was out back and would help me shortly. I had no problem waiting but it did seem odd they were unable or unwilling to just ring me up. I waited awkwardly while the two employees stood there doing nothing for maybe 10 to 15 minutes making jokes and generally just standing around. It got to a point that they clearly were uncomfortable waiting longer so one of them tried to ring me up but made a big deal of how they were doing it under the other workers login. During this, the employee I had originally spoken to came out and finished my transaction. The overall in store experience felt so awkward, clumsy and weird. Honestly, the guy Pete who helped me was great and overly informative, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I definitely feel like they denied me assistance in my battery swap because they were clearly attempting to bring in more money and customers to the attached VIP. I understand how businesses work and I even appreciate the recommendation to put in a work order next door... what I don't appreciate is being lied to and told that they're too short staffed to assist when there were two employees just standing there, joking around and doing literally nothing. I highly recommend telling customers the truth like, "we could help you, but we highly recommend you put in a work order next door so you're properly taken care of" or something like that; if anything, the store seemed over staffed with a couple extra warm bodies. I will probably not return here and visit Autozone in the future. Again, Pete was great and helpful.
Great place to get all of your car parts and needs! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I'm glad I made the choice to come here over Advance or AutoZone.
A nice woman at the desk helped me find a starter coil, not for my car but a circuit I am building. I came in with very ambiguous ask, and she was excited to help. This location did not have what I needed but derry did! 12/10 customer service
Everything seems to be overpriced, but they do have the stuff you will need in a pinch. I prefer ordering my car stuff online. If you have your car up in the air and need a part right away this place will for sure provide you with what you'll need. I just wish their prices were a little cheaper. Staff is friendly. I will go back if I need something quickly

Just stopped in to pick up new headlights and was unsure how to install them so Nico came out and helped me and it was not an easy process at all. Who ever put that last set of lights in made it impossible to take them out without taking the whole car apart, but Nico didn’t care. He stayed out there for over 30 minutes determined to get the new bulbs in, and he did. There aren’t many people that care about what they do like Nico. Amazing worked and person, definitely someone you want as a member of your staff. Thank you again Nico!
Went in asking for a rear wiper blade Londonderry location. At first we thought we had to order it, then a staff member went out back came back with one identical. There were at least 5 members all helping me out with their charm and smarts. Very happy. Very pleased. Will go back for sure.
Super friendly staff. I’m kind of a noob at cars and the guys had so much patience with us. Helped me pick the right products and attached my new wipers for me.
Dealt with Chris at VIP who did everything possible to get me in and out due to a dead battery. More importantly, I had plans to go away for the weekend and instead of bringing the car in the next day, Chris and his staff were kind enough to complete the job during the last hour of the day. I needed two items today. As soon as I walked in the door one of the three employees asked if I needed help. Suddenly a second employee asked what I was looking for
When I told him I was taken right to the items. Since there was more than one item I needed to make a choice. At that point he left me to make my decision. Once made I brought my items to the counter where i was promptly cashed out and on my way.
I was treated with respect and was made to feel valued as a customer.
I had a horrible experience there I stop there twice to get my tires aligned the first time they had a boob of a mechanic do the work, second time they said ill get my best guy on it.. and its still messed up
