I went in to get brake pads for my adult son, enough said on that ? and I was greeted by Connor and his amazing personality! He was beyond helpful with his knowledge and his willingness to take the time and walk me through some stuff even though he was juggling multiple customers with the phone going non stop. His attention to details and understanding of the mile long ask I had was phenomenal. If I could give more stars I would! Best customer service I had in a long time, keep it up Connor, you’re going places!

Thank you to the gentleman who helped install my windshield wipers on my Audi this morning. They were a pain to deal with because of the adapter so his patience was greatly appreciated! Sorry I did not catch his name. Thank you!

Rude service and they are unwilling to help on returns. Go to AutoZone in Londonderry instead! Nice group of helpful guys at the Autozone there.

This one here had the parts I needed not like the Nashua store that was 0 for 3 and I walked out.

Fix your store hours online. Got there at 5:40pm on a Saturday expecting it to be open but the store sign says it closes at 5pm.

Called londonderry, they looked up my vehicle by make model and year. Said they had a battery in stock and could install it. Got to store and the employee behind the counter said it would take to long so he wouldn't install it. Called the Salem store same story yes we can install get there and they couldn't install. Company should either be true to their word or stop the false information.

Really? Close at 6? Some of us have to work and can't get there by then.

I went there to get a new battery for my car mainly because they offer “free battery installment” but after purchasing the battery the assistant manager Todd said that “they’re not installing batteries right now” .... and he offered to send us to a garage next-door for a $20 fee. We said we would try to do it ourselves (in -2 degree weather) and he just said ok. His customer service was horrible. The 5 stars I’m giving is for Bob!!! He works there as a regular employee/not a manager but he came outside and helped us install the battery after he saw us outside, freezing col with no idea what we were doing. He is the nicest person and it only took 5 minutes! He not only installed it for us but also showed us how to do it. Exceptional customer service. Whenever you go here... ask for Bob! Not Todd.......
