Duncan’s Auto Service did a great job replacing my heater core. After the initial repair, another issue was discovered, and they promptly picked up my vehicle from my home, fixed the problem, and returned it. Excellent service and communication.

Absolutely the Best European Car Specialist I’ve Ever Dealt With! I honestly don’t know where to start because this place is just THAT good. If you own a European car (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, whatever), stop wasting your time anywhere else and bring it here. These guys are true specialists, and it shows in everything they do. Every time I’ve called, they’ve had convenient openings – no “we’re booked out for three weeks” nonsense like every other shop. You call, you get in quickly, and they get the job done fast Super efficient, super professional. But what really sets them apart is how genuinely kind and personable they are. They have the friendliest golden retriever that greets you in the lobby – instant mood booster! My favorite story: this was my son’s first car (a little surprise for his birthday). I had literally nowhere to hide it before the big day, so I mentioned the situation when I dropped it off for some work. Not only did they offer for me to keep the car there at no extra charge, when my son finally picked it up they had placed a birthday gift bag on the passenger seat for him. He still talks about how cool that was & the stuff they gave him is certainly what a teen needs with 1st car! That’s next-level thoughtfulness. Just today I called with an oil concern “bring it in whenever, we’ll give you a loaner so you’re not stuck.” Zero hassle. Their customer service is off the charts, they handle everything in-house, and they treat you like family (the good kind of family). I wish I’d found them years ago – no other shop even comes close. If you’re tired of mediocre mechanics and want the best experience possible, this is it. One of a kind. Highly, highly recommend! Not a typical Mechanic ??

I am a long-time customer of Duncan’s European Auto, and this week I was reminded why they are a champion for their customers. I took my 2022 Volvo XC60 to them for a second opinion. Having recently moved to the Seacoast area, I recently took my Volvo to the local dealership for a scheduled service as it was more convenient. Their inspection of my car revealed rear brake pads that would barely pass inspection as well as a brake seal leak that they suggested needed immediate attention for total estimated cost of $2000+. I told them to hold off on the work and made an appointment to take the vehicle to Duncan’s. I shared the first garages diagnosis and anticipated that if Duncan’s came back with the same issues, I would feel better about having them do the work. Instead, I got a call from Adam Peschke, the Store Manager for Duncan’s after the mechanic had time to look over my car. Adam’s assessment was that my brakes had another 10,000 miles on them and the leak was miniscule. He showed me the pictures which showed the discoloration from dampness without anything dripping. instead of a large repair bill I came away with a free Duncan’s coffee mug and the reminder that when you find a good mechanic it is worth the drive to ensure that you are being treated fairly. I can’t say enough positive things about Duncan’s European Automotive and their staff.

I’ve been bringing my cars to Duncan’s European Automotive for over 10 years, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they’ve provided. Over the years, they’ve consistently been professional, courteous, and delivered high-quality work on time. Their estimates are always accurate, and their customer service is excellent. The team at Duncan’s are highly trained professionals who truly know the ins and outs of European cars. There have been multiple times when they’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs. One particular instance stands out: my car had a failure where it was stuck in gear, wouldn’t turn on, and had to be towed. Duncan’s not only helped me find a towing company but made sure the car was transported safely without any damage. They even provided a loaner car so I wouldn’t be without transportation. They diagnosed and fixed the issue within a couple of days, even though it was completely unscheduled maintenance. They always follow up after any service to make sure everything has been resolved. On the rare occasion that an issue persisted, they took the car back in immediately and addressed it at no extra charge. It’s rare to find a trusted mechanic shop where you can build a long-term relationship, and I truly value the customer experience, honesty, and expertise that Duncan’s provides. I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.

I arrived in their parking lot to just have the steering box checked. They offered to do this for us after a tire store said we needed a major fix before having a front end alignment.... While in the parking lot the radiator blew! Steam, fluid leaking everywhere, it was a big show! Everyone jumped in to get the mess cleaned up and they kept the car and did work on that and more. They kept us up to date, sent helpful emails, phone calls and worked with us to make sure what was being done was the priorities for now and what worked for our family (it is actually my elderly father in law's car). I originally looked them up a year ago when looking for help with my volvo that had water damage and they suggested I call my car insurance company. Which I did and they covered everything. The team there really cares about giving the customer the best service all around.

Every person I talked to was incredibly nice and accommodating at Duncan’s. I waited at their location for a car inspection and was asked multiple times if I needed any drinks or anything. I had wipers in my car that I hadn’t put on yet and they said it was no problem to put them on for me. They also include a cleaning and vacuuming as part of their service. My car was so messy and I came back out to a freshly vacuumed front seat. AMAZING service. I’m definitely going back there for all of my services.

I brought my BMW X3 M40i in for a brake service last week and was met with excellent customer service. Although I initially intended to have the work done at BMW, Duncan Automotive matched their quote. From start to finish, the team was professional and accommodating. I’ve decided to take all my BMW service needs to Duncan's from now on.

I am very confused at the 1 star reviews for this shop. This is a perfect example of a shop where you get exactly what you pay for! We have used Duncan's for 2 of our business vehicles now becuase we don't have time or money to throw away with other shops hoping to fix an issue. If you want it done right, the first time, Duncan's can't be beat. They had our Mercedes Sprinter back to 100% in under a week, with some major issues that needed to be addressed. Also, cheaper and more knowledge in my opinion. Never once did we feel they were pushing us to fix something we didn't want to. Everything was a suggestion, with facts and pictures to back up why they felt a specific problem should be repaired. They truly look over the entire vehicle to make sure everything is SAFE and will not present a future problem. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Duncan Team with all of our euro needs!

I have been going to Duncan's for a few years now for my Volvo repair and maintenance. They provide hands down great service at a price far more competitive than dealer shops, while providing as much or more confidence in the craft. Additionally there are loaner vehicles available at a reasonable rate and the office staff will assist in chasing down warranty compensation.

I recently had an issue with my Mercedes GLE and brought it to Duncan European Auto. I worked with Adam, who was absolutely fantastic—responsive, helpful, and truly on my side throughout the entire process. He was patient and guided me step by step through my warranty claim, which made everything much less stressful. The work performed on my vehicle was excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Duncan European Auto (and especially Adam) for anyone looking for trustworthy, high-quality service.

I want to express how exceptional my experience was with Duncan's European Automotive. My wife was traveling and visiting her son when her son discovered a break in the power steering line on her Mercedes. She was set to leave back to North Carolina the next day (a Tuesday) and needed to be back by the end of the week. Her son recommended Duncan's, who he had heard from a friend was top notch company. They are! Calling from North Carolina to coordinate, they treated me/us as if we were a regular repeat customer. They rushed ordered the parts in, and had it repaired and ready to make the long trip within two days, and for a reasonable price. Not that we are likely to have another breakdown (hopefully) up there again, but if we do, we know where to take it. Thank you team Duncan; great job!

Great shop and great people to deal with for all of your euro car needs!! The team at Duncan’s is warm and welcoming from the moment you come through the door. I drive an hour one way to have my car serviced here by people I trust to get the job done e and not break my bank doing so. The Volvo service specialist Adam is well versed in these cars and has helped to bring mine over the 150,000 mile mark from when we first started at 20,000 miles several years ago.

Been going to duncans for over decade they've always done excellent work on my bmws, Benz, Porsche's I've had over the years. Always taking care of me right. Highly recommend to anyone with German vehicle.

I was extremely happy that my car was stored inside. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the work area. Office personnel (Sam) kept me well informed on the repair progress to my vehicle. First time customer at Duncan's but won't be the last. Extremely impressed with the entire experience, from initial contact through vehicle pickup. Everyone treated me with respect and courtesy. It was a first class experience. Adam is a terrific service advisor, great communicator and knows about technical details. Travers did the work I needed and then some. Pictures and details provided in the 8-page report were professionally done and comprehensive. They provided all the proof I needed to know the work was completed as expected. Bonus, even got a cleaned car inside and out! I needed an alignment on my Model 3 because of premature and uneven tire wear. Duncan's was able to do this within a day of calling for the same cost as the local Tesla service center but here is the game changer...Tesla was booking out 35 days for the same job! Based on Tesla's less than ideal build quality and after reading the alignment report from Duncan's, I am convinced the car was delivered to me from Tesla already out of alignment. Tires that are rotated every 6k miles and kept at proper pressure should not wear unevenly after less than 20k miles. I could tell from driving it home after Duncan's did the work that it is more in alignment than when I accepted delivery from Tesla. Very highly recommend Duncan's as a service center! I will be using them for future service.

Traveling from NC through NH our Sprinter had an alternator issue. DEA was the only certified Mercedes tech within a huge radius that would see us. They made time for us knowing our situation when nobody else would (Hello Mercedes and Winnebago dealerships!). DEA quickly diagnosed the issue which we were able to rectify and get back on the road. Personal service at its best!

It was my first time here as I just moved to Derry a few months ago. They took my car in immediately where other shops were scheduled weeks/months out. The front staff was very kind and kept me up to date via text which was incredibly helpful and now my high mileage Audi is back in tip-top shape! I couldn’t be happier! All around great service. 10/10 would recommend!

I recently purchased a car through Carvana the day I drove it home the check engine light came on - Duncan's Auto was one of the approved shops Carvana has that fall under their warranty program. Duncan’s never met us before we were brand new to their shop, they advocated for us and made sure the work that needed to get done was covered! Once it was all approved they got the work done in record time, and they kept us well informed along the way. We will never take our car anywhere other than Duncan’s!

Just a quick note specifically to Sprinter T1N owners who are in need of really good troubleshooting and repair. I own a 2005 3500 T1N that I obsess over. I do my own service on as much as I feel comfortable with, which is a pretty wide range. Long story short, was in a hard limp home mode, one forward gear, one reverse with a Christmas tree assortment of lights on, on the dashboard. I struggled to turn my baby over to others but after a few conversations with the DEA group, I turned my Sprinter over to them. It was an experience better than I anticipated. They diagnosed the issue , recommended service, and implemented the solution. I could not be more pleased. I build relationships, it’s the only way to move through life. I’m pleased to be building a relationship with DEA. Thank you Adam, Ben, and the entire team!

I purchase a high mileage sprinter motor home and I’ve had Duncan completely go through it ,from a new front end to replacing the oil cooler. All experiences have been first rate. Now I’m having them do the regular maintenance to be sure it’s all caught up. Since they have performed all the work I’m heading across country after a January trip to the Keys.

The team at DEA is fantastic. Very thorough, friendly, professional, and detailed. They are the only shop I will bring my 22 year old BMW E46 to.
