Oil change and tire rotation done earlier today and I learned that one lug nut was incorrectly applied (by an entirely different company) causing damage that prohibited the tire removal without further damage. This was not a cheap fix, but well worth having the problem corrected. I appreciated being shown the issue and described completely. I then mentioned an issue that I really didn’t know if this VIP would be able to do more than advise me about it and they actually took care of it! I am very pleased with this location.

Being from Virginia, I was going home and my alternator went bad and left me stranded. I had few options. "That towing company" was able to get me there before lunch and they had my car fixed by the days end. I made it home without incident and am pleased with the work that was done. For someone who does their own work, I was a bit shell shocked about the costs, but legitimately the charges were all standard and warrantied.

The team at VIP are awesome. Answered all my concerns and repairs were done in a timely fashion.I had a special ordered wheels installed and wheel alignment.Paul Mike and Alison are a great team. Thankyou J Kimbal

Professional and friendly, they checked my "diagnosis" to make sure a battery is what I truly needed. They explained the test results, gave me options and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely recommend!!

I can't say enough good things about V.I.P. Mike who I believe is the manager of the mechanics and the staff is absolutely super. He explains things to me in layman terms. I believe their prices are very good and fair. TY everyone at V.I.P.

Paul at VIP is amazing! He always gets my cars right in and keeps me updated throughout the entire process. His communication and customer service are top-notch, and we truly appreciate how easy he makes everything.

Well after they didn’t adjust my rear toe and supplied the wrong information to why, they gave me a call and refunded my alignment fully. About a week later they also called and said bring it back in and we will adjust and if not can replace the toe links. We brung it back and they were able to adjust the rear toe and replace 3 tpms sensors that were not responding free of charge. They also admitted there mistakes and apologized for the mistake. I appreciate it very much vip for correcting the situations and taking care of there customers.

I’ve been here for two years and two inspections and the service is always great! It’s easy to schedule an appointment and the work they do is timely! Always informative and kind with interactions too.

Originally I had schedule to stay while the inspection was being done, but my plans changed and I wasn't able to. Paul is very nice and seemed extremely knowledgeable.

Always a great job at the VIP Auto in Londonderry. Mike, Paul, Allison and the rest of the team are always invested in my needs, and recommend the services that they only think I will need - never trying to push unnecessary costly upsells. I will bring all my cars to this location. I was in need of four new tires for my daughter's care, and in a pinch they were able to accommodate me with short notice.

Needed a last minute oil change and the quick drive-through I usually use didn’t have the oil filter I needed in stock. VIP was able to take us, had the filter, and was less expensive than the drive-through. Great friendly service at a low price!

Staff is always courteous and helpful! Stopped in this morning because I suspected I may have a nail in my tire. They squeezed me in and fixed my tire!

Tires rotated and ballanced. 2014 ford focus $63 with AAA discount. Need new lug nuts quote was overpriced, way cheaper online but overall im satisfied

Got a great deal on tires for my truck. Originally the wrong tires were ordered. The correct tires wouldn't be available until the next day. VIP store added a free oil change. But, windshield sticker was not changed, old sticker from last oil change remained. Truck dash message was not reset. So, did I get an oil change????

The price was fair & completed in a timely manner. However the tire lube for mounting the bead was smeared on the interior dash near the glove box (tire wheel lock location) driver side running board, all the wheels & rims. More attention to detail & a wipe down would go along way.

Had an inspection done and they failed rear spot lights as back up lights. Do not know the difference from a body panel to vehicle structure support. My best suggestion is take your vehicle to anyplace else. They tell you things are wrong to have you spend money on things that do not need repair. Question the skill level of the technicians.

They were very friendly, took my car right away and done within half hour. Great service and answered any questions I asked. My husband and I were veterans and I appreciate the free car inspection plus other discounts they offer veterans. It's greatly appreciated.

I have an older Hyundai Sonata and was worried when I had to bring it in for service at VIP the other day. Fortunately it turned out to be far less than what I anticipated having to repair. I was thinking it might have something to do with the much more expensive alternator but it turned out to only need a new battery. The team had it installed and I was quickly back on the road. Excellent customer service. First went here a few months ago to get information for new tires. They were more helpful and more informative than the other two places I went. Returned for oil change and tire rotation. They did a full inspection and recommended other interval service I may need but suggested I check my own records as it may have already been done where I had been taking my car for service. There was no pressure to do more than may have been needed. I will definitely return for all future maintenance.

I've been coming here for a few years and everytine they've been great. They've serviced my Maserati, Mercedes AMG SL and now my AMG GLE. Never a single issue. I recently got my SUV and didn't realize my tires would be unsafe in the snow so I came in on black Friday unintentionally. He made a good recommendation based on what I wanted not what brands I initially suggested. After getting my tires and taking a drive to the seacoast to test them I can say that these new tires are better than the ones Mercedes originally put on. My SUV drives better than when I originally drove it off the lot. I come here because they're better than the dealers. Truly perfect service. I'd say they're pretty on par with what Maserati offers from a service perspective.

Came in to get a tire on a rim on a busy day. The gentleman at the car service desk was a huge help and accommodated my request. I was extremely impressed by his ability to juggle the numerous incoming phone calls, handling the customers, his ability to find solutions to all that came in. A true professional. Thanks again!

I’ve previously left positive reviews on VIP, and never leave a negative review to anywhere unless it’s completely necessary. I brought my car here for a routine oil change on my new car, which I’ve done many times here. After my most recent experience that could have blown my engine I won’t be returning to VIP. After I got my “oil change” which is something that should be standard at any garage, then leaked out of my car completely then initiating issues with my vehicle. The only good thing was Mike was very kind and helpful to fix the issue. Personally wouldn’t put my trust in this place after that.

I’ve been coming to VIP auto for more than 10 years. I have been bringing my Honda Civic for oil changes, tire rotations, state inspections and preventative maintenance. I’ve always had a great experience here. Highly recommend you come by for service.
