I dropped off my cars 2 days before with BIG NOT inside the car Dealership Name , address and phone number after I called one day before the auction to make sure my cars will be run in auction, they said oh no worries and in auction date my cars are not on sale i called and the girl Crystal she said oh call to Mellissa and it’s impossible to reach out her . And it’s second time like this and im just wasting my time sending my cars to this auction. They don’t allow me to talk owner and they are rude and unprofessional. I remember how was before and what you guys did with this auction. I don’t want to do any business with you anymore and will definitely not suggest my dealer partners.
Was on my way to work with one of their flat beds riding my bumper my whole commute. Was going the speed limit and was in the commuter lane, will be reporting to local authorities later today as well as emailing with the license plate "AANE-2" to you and your local authorities :)
It's a good thing I didn't have my child in the car and didn't need to make an emergency stop otherwise we would've been killed by this reckless behavior. If you're going to drive with marked vehicles make sure you follow the rules and road regulations and give cars enough space, not two feet of my rear bumper to your front bumper.
Great selection of cars and trucks. Mr DeLuca is a great guy. I lost my phone and he personally try to help me find it. And he runs the show. I'm just a small dealer. So hats off to him
This is a dealer's only auction that is one of the largest in the northeast usually running about 1000 to 1500 cars through every Thursday.
You need to have a dealer's license to purchase here and your dealer will need to have a relationship with them.
However if you know someone with a dealer's license this is the place to find your dream car
My experience was not at all good. Bought a vehicle with only 1200 miles on it. I expected no damages, but received it with front end damage. They refused to allow arbitration stating that the vehicle can only be arbitrated for "structural damage". Highly unfair to the buyer. Seller need not disclose existing damage. We will no longer do business here.
Love the auction its self but WOW they need to move along with technology and change their online bidding system like EVERY other auction nationwide! Most frustrating thing trying to watch an online auction here. Forget trying to watch it on a desktop without it freezing every second, you cannot even access it through a tablet or phone!! Its 2021 people, new digital world!! It's time for VELOCICAST!! Its mind boggling that they haven't changed it yet after all these years!
Pathetic is an understatement! I first stopped in this Auction nearly 15 years ago just to be sent a “letter” a Month later as a “cash” Customer only. I had already been buying vehicles from ALL New England auto auctions for two years and NEVER had an issue! Fast forward, I applied for a check cashing approval and received an email back from Michelle Dealer Registration, that was three weeks ago! I have since emailed her, called her, and still not registered! I contacted her boss Donna, Auction Manager, I left a voicemail and received nothing! What a pathetic Company! Good thing I’m not the owner of this Auction, there would be some very unhappy Employees shown the door if they can’t do their job!
I am dealer in VA, bought a vehicle on OVE, totally misrepresented the vehicle, totally deceiving advertisement. I recommend stay away from this place.
it was a bit confusing walking into here but the lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful and the other lady at her desk was amazing and was expecting me ! they gave my tires air and gave me a jump ! they even where great to talk to on the phone just overall super employees i couldn’t have asked for anything better!
Be aware of those time wasters you will spend hours watching vehicles purchase them then to be told the vehicles are not available and it was a mistake.. they just perform unbuy like the time I spend watching and buying those vehicles I would get back. Worst auction experience ever

The New England Auto Acution in Londonderry, New Hampshire, has always been my number one choice to buy any used car! The staff has always been wonderful and very friendly and the service is great! I've been doing business with AANE since their beginning in 1995 and find them to run a top notch operation. Its always been a pleasure to deal with their staff as they're extremely accommodating and professional.
