Had the part my bf needed on a saturday so I could drive it up to the mountains so he didnt freeze n die up there. Its a MT thing.

Be very specific if you can. They have a very big assortment of options and you may not get what you're looking for if you are not specific enough. They are not mind readers. Thank God they are patient.

They're all very helpful very knowledgeable normally they have your parts pretty kind of well-priced. Google maps took me out of the way took me to the wrong place over there so don't trust Google maps If you're looking for car parts always call Spalding's they normally have them if not then they get them from Spokane. It's pretty reasonable and I suggest going there to get car parts.

I went there with the intentions of leaving unhappy. Couldn't find what I needed anywhere. They took me out into the yard ,after looking up my parts on his computer, and found exactly what I was looking for. Price was way better than expected. Couldn't be happier.

Pleasant experience! We were immediately greeted by who I believe was Lane, were able to ask about a specific front bumper we needed for our 05 Subaru Outback Legacy. They were able to tell us that two bumpers were available. Then they were kind enough to have another employee, I believe his name was Don, take us to the yard in a truck so that we didn’t have to walk. He did all of the work for us, told us stories, and kept ensuring we didn’t need anything else with the complete willingness to keep working in the hot sun to take things apart until we were satisfied. Great guy! When we got back with the parts, Nathan was awesome and helped us come up with a fair price for what we had, noticing how the bumper we wanted wasn’t worth the price in the system. He was also kind enough to negotiate on the price with us. He and Lane also told us stories, and Nathan was willing to give us recommendations on what to do for the weekend while we are in town, and to top it off, they have a great cat, Persia, who was sleeping in a box at the front and super affectionate and sweet. What an awesome experience! We will be back if needing more parts in the future!

They have lots of parts for older and newer vehicles cheaper than most places around. They know their stuff! Nate is awesome!

Spalding saved my a$$!!! These guys are 💯% on top of it!!! I hit a deer in my Promaster van.... ordering parts on Amazon, I'd have to wait 10 days to be shipped.... it's my work van I don't have 10 days Neither AutoZone or O'Reilly's could order one of my parts (power steering reservoir). I called Missoula Spalding and he immediately text me back confirming the part was in Spokane and it arrived less than 48 hours later for half the price. Doesn't get better than that!😌 My advice...... don't wait 10 days when Spalding can find it for you!!!

Nathan was super helpful! I emailed some pictures and descriptions of parts I was looking for. They pulled them for me, and had them ready for pickup. I was having a tough time finding these parts online. Spaulding is a great option, and quite affordable.

They where great to deal with, I live 3 hrs away and they where kind and helpful over the phone. Had my bumper sent from Spokane free of charge and when I was late to pick up they gave me zero grief. When I showed up the bumper had a few more dents than I expected and they worked me up a very fair price no problem. I always enjoy going here and have been thrilled ever since they opened up shop in Missoula since their Spokane location already had such a great reputation.

I’ve dealt with Spalding on two different occurrences; once to sell my car after totaling it, and another time to purchase a part from them. The staff from the Spokane and Missoula location are always super helpful and have great customer service skills. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Missoula!

Great outfit, helpful knowledgeable staff, quick delivery time, notified when part was delivered. They had what I needed and when one time I got tires only took two days to get what I needed. I definitely recommend this business.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I was in a very tricky position where I had to ship a damaged car cross country and could not find any auto body shop to take it in for me. The car was not salvageable but had a lot of personal items inside I needed to retrieve. Both the customer service via phone in Spokane as well as the Spalding center in Missoula were so kind and helpful. PJ was very thoughtful and supportive for my situation and his team really helped me out and even helped me take the door off the car to get inside. They let me store the car for free for a few weeks and then took it for parts and even paid me for that. I underwent a lot of turmoil to deal with this situation and Spaulding was the only company who was pleasant to deal with. They are a team of people who care about the community and their customers. Every interaction was well communicated with fast response. I am really grateful for their help and would recommend this group to everyone!

They were very nice and helpful in finding an obscure water pump bolt for me. Although they didn't have my specific car, they did have the correct 3.8 engine on a shelf, and went through the trouble of pulling it down and getting the bolt for me! I would recommend these guys for finding odd parts that online places just don't have
