Devin or Devon, wasn’t sure but this man is a SAINT! Came out and gave me a jump and popped my lock quick and easy, really kind guy. If it wasnt for this guy I wasn’t getting home no way no how. I appreciate not only him but this company, really understanding and made my experience amazing.

I cannot say enough, good things about Superior Towing. They made a very difficult situation so much better by being compassionate, thorough and extremely fast. I would highly recommend!

Took care of a tire swap on a U-Haul on a Sunday morning. Took a lil longer than estimated originally, but this was a unique situation.

Thank You Devon for coming to our rescue … when the other company could not meet my needs. Coming home from Yellowstone, pulling a camper, and I’m on the off ramp for the Reserve Street exit and the truck just died! Traffic all around me and the towing company my insurance company wanted me to use said I would have to disconnect and leave my camper there? I call Superior Towing and within 15 minutes Devon was there and brought my truck AND camper to the shop of my choice. THANK YOU … Devon was fast, efficient, and so personable we laughed and smiled at how much worse our situation could have been.

While on my way to Virginia for a family emergency, just a few miles out of Superior a mule deer decided to run INTO ME! Hence, Bryan & Tifany to my rescue! They were so professional & ABOVE & BEYOND helpful. They were going to bring my car & myself to Superior UNTIL I told them what my family emergency was and that I absolutely could not go back I needed to keep going FORWARD. So they brought me all the way to Missoula late at night. They recommend a hotel for me to stay at that Tifany's sister had stayed. They just made the whole ordeal so much easier with less stressful. They are two professional extra helpful special human beings. Thank you both again for all your help & kindness.....also for listening to all my stories!

Stranded after hitting a moose and josh showed up like a super hero, not only did he go out of his way to take me to missoula but offered to swing me by my house to drop off my dog and empty my vehicle. The cherry on top was me leaving my registration in his tow truck and he sent me a copy of it. Solid 10 out of 5 stars for professionalism to compassion. For as terrible as that day was superior towing was a light in the darkness. Thank you josh

We broke down just north of Missoula on Labor Day. Our insurance company estimated four hours for roadside assistance, so we started calling around. The first place we called said all of their people were already dispatched. The second said the same. Labor day = lots of accidents. By the time I called Superior I was almost in tears. As soon as Brian heard we were stranded on the side of the freeway with our two small children, he was out the door and pulled up behind us in less than 20 minutes!!! He got us all safely into his truck, then calmly talked us through all of our options there in Missoula. He somehow made the whole situation seem like it was no big deal. And within two hours, it wasn’t. The car was left at a mechanic’s shop, and we were back on the road in a rental car. I don’t know how we were so lucky. Thank you Brian and Superior Towing & Recovery from the bottom of my heart.

The best towing company. My car stalled right on the freeway, Denny Jones stopped himself and offered to help. The driver was very polite and did not demand anything from us. Many thanks to the company and the staff for understanding!

I want to say a great big thank you to the people that work for Superior Towing. Professional, fast, and kind enough to stop and offer help when I was stranded with a flat tire. Trying to get help thru my auto insurance was taking hours. Shawn stopped and offered help along with a business card, on a day he was traveling not working. I literally was in tears with gratitude. Took him about 30 minutes. My insurance should cover the cost of repair but even if denied it was well worth what I paid to have it taken care of. Thank you again!

My son was in a wreck and Superior Towing was called. They are super professional and friendly. They were able to pull the bumper of my son’s truck out so we didn’t need a tow. I experienced a flat tire on a motorcycle ride and was stuck by the side of the road south of Kalispell. Shawn with Superior Towing of Montana took the time to stop and help. He did not have his full rig and proper compressor as he was off duty, but still stopped to try and see if we could get the bead set. Ultimately the dealer who installed the tires came with a trailer, but Shawn went above and beyond to to help.

These guys were prompt , polite , fair , and professional. They saved me in an emergency and even helped me unload the truck.

I locked my keys in my van at the grocery store and Superior Towing came quickly to my rescue! I had bought ice cream and had to keep it in the store while I waited (not long-about 20 min) for them to arrive. When they came, I went back into the store to retrieve my ice cream from the freezer and by the time I had walked in and out of the store with my ice cream they had my drivers door open! Their truck and uniforms were clean and professional and they were friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend them highly! Thank you!

My wife, daughter, and her parents were on their way to the Seattle area for new years weekend when our truck motor blew up on the highway. Superior towing got them off the road safely figured out it was a big problem with the motor. Worked with us over the holiday weekend to get the truck to Kellogg ID for repairs. This is one of the best group of people I have ever worked with. Even with my wife being on the road and me at work. they worked with us over the phone, kept me informed what was going on. Going out of their way to help us . Will always recommend them.

Really a wonderful experience, all things considered.. our car broke down on the side of a Montana Highway, superior provided really great communication, they came quickly, and towed our new car 45 miles to a service center and then our family home. They also offer to Bill our insurance for the work. Really nice clean vehicles and professional service. Hope to never need a another tow, but will definitely call again if we do.

My puppy decided to lock my vehicle while I was getting gas and of course all my items were inside the vehicle including my child in his car seat. So as a mother I was panicking and was trying to keep my s*** together and the gentleman with Superior Towing showed up fairly quickly had the door open within a few minutes and went on his way and even though it was just a short period of time I spent near him he was super nice, professional and overall I was just satisfied with his work. Brian was our tow truck driver. Absolutely professional and friendly. He gave us a recommendation for a mechanic and called that mechanic on our way into town to insure he was able to work on our truck. He made this very frustrating situation for us so much more tolerable. We appreciate his service and professionalism immensely.

I was having a very bad experience when I called Superior Towing and spoke with Josh. He went above and beyond to help me. Bryan picked me & my car up and he was excellent. For the first time on my trip I relaxed and didn't have to worry about safely arriving where I was going. We hit a deer and by chance Josh was nearby. He helped walk us through the process of insurance and what happens. He went above and beyond making sure our daughter was taken care of and safe. My husband and myself was traveling from Seattle to Charlotte when our trailer driver side tires lug nuts broke. Not really knowing what else to do since we couldn’t use the spare tire we had to call a tow truck. They finally got to our destination! To make a long story short, Josh the owner looked and said “I can tow it to my shop, and you can pick it up whenever you can on tomorrow. We go to get a new trailer, get back to the shop to unload and put the items on the new trailer. Josh says after all he’s done for us the day before “if you need a hand I’ll be in my office just call me”! When I tell you he had our back from the time we met him on the side of the road up to the time we drove off! We offered him money to his cash app, or dinner but he said tell your story about my company is good enough for me! If you’re ever in a rut call Superiors towing he’ll get you unstuck.
