a truck reserved for Friday. I called to ask if it was available on Saturday. The "man" who answered the phone was extremely rude and told me it was not available and would be leaving town on Saturday. I told him I was gonna call around to see if I could get a truck for Saturday. At that time I told him I didn't want to cancel yet so I could call around. He told me "too bad and he canceled the reservation". His reason? Because he claims I got upset when he told me no. I once again told him I didn't want to cancel the reservation and again told me he did because he didn't want to rent to me if I got upset about it being unavailable for Saturday. He then hung up on me. I have tried calling back twice and no answer. So now I'm waiting for a supervisor for corporate. I'm scheduled to move and he pulled the moving truck out from under me. I will never ever ever use them again. Including all the other services they offer day.

We picked up a Budget Rental truck from this location. Great service, the truck was exactly as expected. I enjoyed looking at all the pictures they had displayed, from towing service calls. It was a good experience.

Have never ever been treated so rudely for just calling. I made a mistake and apparently called the wrong number as it is the drop off for my Budget Truck. But if they can act that way over a misunderstanding than I wouldn't use them in an emergency for towing either.

It's been a couple weeks but these guys were seriously the best ever. They made me feel safe after my wreck and made sure I was ok. I am not sure the brightest when it comes to cars and stuff but they worked with me on payment and treated me like family

My phone locator app showed my phone. The last place was they were rather rude when I asked them if I could use their house phone that'd be their business phone to contact my phone. Just see if it would register or call aloud in their office...

Incredible. So it's the day after Christmas. We needed a tow. The guy comes over in 15 minutes! Then he says "Don't worry about paying me until I get to the mechanic shop so you can spend time with your family." 5 STARS.

My husband and I pulled into a rest stop in Oregon when we noticed one of our travel trailer tires was nearly flat and wouldn’t hold air. We had to replace the tire with the spare and a gentleman from Sparrs, who was on vacation, took time from his trip to help. He even opened his new sockets to find one that would fit, then suggested a place to get the tire repaired on a Saturday! Ended up not being the tire at all but a hole in the rim. Thank you for your expertise, we appreciate your kindness!

Twice in the past year I’ve called them to jump start our motor home and recently (Christmas Eve) my car that stranded me at the grocery store. Fast and knowledgeable. Polite and professional. Highly recommended!

Your employee Devon is top notch. Great kid with a great attitude, helped us out tremendously. You need more employees like that, you should probably give him a promotion and a raise.

Amazing company they went out of the way to help us during the holiday weekend. Without them we would not have been able to get back to our kids in time to celebrate the 4th of July.

Sparr's Towing & Automotive if at all possible I highly suggest avoiding this place at all costs! The “manager” is extremely rude. Won’t let you talk and is disrespectful. I called to talk about my moving truck I was suppose to pick up Thursday and he would not let me talk and kept saying call budget. and then proceeds to tell me “ I’m going to cancel your reservation because I don’t want to deal with people like you” he knew exactly who I was without me giving him my name. So he WAS able to go into the system for my reservation he just didn’t want to do his job! This place is contracted with Budget Truck Rental. Yes I ended up spending more money than I wanted but I avoided doing business here. Not to mention budget kept transferring me even after talking to a supervisor. I will never rent from Budget again!

I called because my truck broke down on I90 about 30 mins west of Missoula heading towards idaho. I called asking if they could send someone to come pick me up and the guy helping me out asked where I was. I’m not from Montana so I told him I’m about 30 minutes west of Missoula. He was very rude and said, “that wasn’t my question, where are you at!” To then I repeated my previous statement because I’m not familiar with the area. To then he proceeds to hang up on me. Luckily Reds towing is coming to pick me up and they were very polite. I recommend choosing a different towing service.

Moms car got a flat and was eventually towed by Sparrs. We had to change a tire and jump the vehicle just to get it out of the yard. The employee Devin was more than helpful the entire time and went above and beyond for us. As it was just my mom and I, I couldn’t be more thankful! If we do ever need a tow, we will absolutely be calling Sparrs.

Called because of a dead battery in our motor home. Arrived quickly. Knew exactly where the battery terminal was located. Got us going and on the road in no time. Suggested we keep vehicle running for at least an hour because our battery was pretty hard to start. Polite, professional and knowledgeable.

I can't express enough gratitude for Sparr's coming to our rescue, about 25 miles outside Missoula, MT. Clint was helpful, quick at getting vehicle off hwy, understanding, compassionate & just plain NICE! I appreciate everything he did for me & my family. I spoke with Pete the following morning & he was just as pleasant as Clint! Great job Sparr's Towing!

Called a couple different 24/7 tow companies that didn't want to do the job until it was convenient for them. Calped Sparrs and they were there in 20 minutes. Had glass shelves in front seat that were still intact and they dropped off promptly at the described location on my property. Would use this company again.

These guys are by far the BEST in town. I never told them that I was having some financial hardship, but they knew it anyhow because they really cut me a break when my car was towed (after breaking down in a business lot) during an extremely low-tempature weekend. I didn't think that I'd ever be able to get it out, but they gave me a leg up and made it possible. I truly thank them for their professional, honest, hard-working, down to earth experience!

My truck broke down in a drive thru. Driver was very timely, efficient, and friendly. Extremely satisfied with all aspects of my experience. I would highly recommend anyone needing help on a bad day to use Sparr's

I was sent a young man named Hunter and his service was just outstanding. I couldn't believe how friendly he was and how he made me feel a lot better about the situation I was in. He took great care of my car and I believe Sparrs deserves credit for training their employees so well. Hopefully I don't need my car towed again any time soon but if I do, I know who I'll be calling. Thank you guys!

Awesome business! After getting stuck in an underground parking garage, I contact my roadside assistance and explained the situation. They had a hard time finding someone who would take on the job, since it would need to be pushed to the entrance and then either winched or pulled up the ramp. Two other towing companies either couldn't or wouldn't do anything, until Sparr's said yes. They showed up quickly, with two guys. They pushed it right up to the ramp, then hooked up to my Jeep and pulled me out of the garage. They got my jeep to the dealership quickly, and all in one piece. The guys were super friendly, quick, and worked with my roadside assistance so I didn't go out of pocket. Great service, highly recommend them!

Wow!!! I was sad to see get hauled to the shop but loved how well Rick treated her. The mechanic was at lunch so Rick even helped push me into a spot so the car wasn’t sitting in the middle of the driveway. Thank you Sparr’s towing for the help today.

Never have I ever seen somebody struggle so much to do a simple job. I just watched this man try 15 × to pull a vehicle onto his trailer as he blocked 15 customers in the goodwill parking lot from leaving. Not only did I just lose 30+ minutes of my day but I was late to pick up my kid from school. If you need a tow company try finding a company that knows what the h*** they're doing.

Best service iv ever had driver was polite and punctual.loaded my car right the first time. No dents or scratches and answered all my questions. I will use sparrs sevices in the future and recomend them to any one needing services.

Made our reservation for 8am pick up. Opening employee was 5 mins late. We still gave her time to open before we went inside. Opening employee had a very foul additude and told us we had to wait until after 830am to pick up. When she was called on being late herself she gave every excuse possible. We asked why we weren't notified about the delayed pickup as we made our reservation weeks in advance. Apparently their system is so old they don't get notifications of truck rentals in advance and couldn't inform us of the delay. Reserved an autohauler and they didnt have one for us. The one they had on site was broken and wouldn't have another one until noon. I decided trying to get a better "deal" wasnt worth this frustration so I went to uhaul. Was informed next time to call uhaul and they will price match and I'll get the service I deserve.

An absolute waste of time - I booked a Budget truck well in advance, get a phone call the morning of that they don’t have any trucks for the pick up time. So not only did I have to drive 2 hours to get my truck, but they wait until the morning of my pick up to tell me that I have no truck. Simple customer service here guys, don’t list times you can’t hold your end of the bargain on. If there was a 0 star option, you guys would more than deserve it.

I would highly recommend Sparrs for timely arrival and friendly, excellent service. When I contacted Sparrs the man who answered was knowledgeable and informed me right away I would need a flatbed for my car. Josh arrived in about 20 minutes and was friendly and cautious to ensure my car would arrive safely at Big Sky Imports.

My AC was starting to act a little flaky so I gave Mike at Sparr's a call. He was able to get me in quickly, fixed my car up in a couple hours, and now the AC runs like a champ. I'm no expert, but I think the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended!
