They were amazing during a traumatic time. I recently got into a late night collision and wasn’t sure who to call. Speeds was recommended by a local and from the first call they have been wonderful. The boss was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, and so was the driver. The crash happened by Alberton and after coming to get me and tow my car back to the yard he gave me a ride back home to Missoula. Their kindness really made a difference in a scary situation.

Can’t say enough good things about Speeds Towing!!! They’re local folks who actually care about helping people, not just making a buck. When my car broke down, Dallas showed up fast, was super friendly, and made the whole situation way less stressful. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be calling Speeds again if I ever need a tow! They’re AMAZING people!

I gave Dallas until 5, it's now 7 & still no word. I went to Missoula & purchased a car 3 days ago. The car didn't even make it out of Missoula. He was working with me at first, willing to fix the car. But the transmission is slipping & I told him a trans service does not fix a slipping trans. He's not responding anymore. I'm just out my money & no vehicle. I'm a single mom who commutes 45 minutes to work each way & travels 3 hours one way for Dr appointments every other week & needed a dependable vehicle. I will leave reviews every & I plan on turning his buisness(s) in to BBB. But at the end of the day, I'm out a lot of money & no car. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from him. He seems honest at first but knows nothing about the junk he's selling.

Hands down the nicest company I have ever worked with. I got in a car accident and they were so compassionate, professional and helpful during this stressful time. Will forever only call them for service.

Last weekend I got myself into some trouble and my vehicles was towed by this outfit. My truck was towed about 18 miles and spent 1 full day at this business. It was $944.00 to get out of impound. I called around and even other tow services in the valley couldn't believe that.They charge a whopping $125 every day your vehicle is there. I think they do this hoping you can't get your vehicle back so they can make even more money. This place is shady and takes advantage of people in a bad situation. I know if I had my choice I would go with reds or irons horse towing. If you want to save money and not deal with a shady business I highly recommend you don't use this scam artist. They have a bunch of vehicles in impound that have the license plates taken off. That's because the owners couldn't afford to get their vehicle out. So now speeds towing is going to sell them. Real good people at speeds towing👍

These guys did fantastic! Driver was courteous and professional, they grabbed my truck and had it to the shop in no time. Highly recommended!

5 stars and I tip my hat to you guys. Not only did speeds towing come in to save the day but they showed up and helped me fill up my tire when iron horse towing wouldn’t. Saved the day guys first on my list for sure

They saved the day when iron horse towing was rude and wouldn’t help!! Speeds towing did ! we got a stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire with my 2 yr old and husband . our paycheck 3 weeks out and out of there hearts they came aired up my tire and got me and my family home thank you guys so much ! 10/10 recommend for all your needs !

Courteous, timely and hassle free. Lifelong local resident, first time needing tow service and they did not disappoint. No one wants to need a tow, but if you do, these are the folks you're going to want to call.

Thank you to Speeds towing and especially Dallas for taking the time to not only help me get my car back quickly but even worked with me to keep it in my budget! It was definitely an unexpected expense so I was terrified to even call but he made it as painless as possible. Definitely recommend!

I used their jump start service and they arrived with the time they said they would and the jump start took literally 30 seconds. I paid $125 for that service and a 14 minute drive. That is very steep in my opinion. I appreciate the quick service but OUCH!

I moved here in 2021 .after having my car keys lost ,n my car stuck down town I called speeds towing from ol'eary street, Missoula Mt. This company towed my vehicle from down town to my house free of charge . Until I could call them with my payment card the next day. I called them paid the 99.00. I have been relying on speeds towing for any vehicle problems. I even call them for recommendations on vehicle repair. I am never disappointed with the referring.i definitely recommend Speeds towing for all your towing need. The men were so careful towing ,and releasing my vehicle to be parked. I have had a horrible experience with these guys and I don't know where to even begin. We had our car towed from a concert in Missoula last year. We had no idea where it was because the police didn't tell us where it was. Then, we finally found out where it was towed to and they would not let us come get it that night- even though we live 4.5 hours away. So we were stranded in Bonner at 11pm, no car, my vital medications were in the car and the towing company wouldn't even allow me to get my meds out of the car. I even explained that these are life or death meds and if they couldn't release the car that evening, to please let me get my meds. They wouldn't. Additionally, out 15 year old daughter has to stay the night alone with our 6 year old because we were expecting to be back home that night. We had to get an uber to a hotel in Missoula, which all costed additional money that we didn't have. Then they also said that night that it would be $500 to get it out the next day. We Uber there the next morning, and then they said it would be $750. For 9 hours of storage. So they quoted us incorrectly. We paid it, then they made us sign a form before looking at the car saying there was no damage on it. THEY DAMAGED OUR CAR! I pointed out the damage and told them I was going to write a review about all the trouble, signing the form, not allowing me acess to my medication, and having to spend the night there which was not planned. They said they would issue a storage fee refund as long as I promised not to write a bad review. So they were bribing us. My husband just wanted to get the refund, so we brought the car back and had to pay the damage on the rental car and I spent all day in the ER for not having my meds. Then these guys gave us the runaround about the refund for the last year. We haven't received the refund. With the bribery, car damage, lack of compassion for stranding us in Missoula, our kids being alone all night and missing part day of school the next day because they wouldn't allow us to meet them until 830 when they opened, husband had to take the next day off work- not planned either, and my ER visit.. this was the worst experience with a towing company I've ever had. Don't go through them because they bribe customers to leave good reviews. I have attached proof that they agreed to the partial refund. Then, we attempted to contact them about it again and they pretended to *just buy* the business and acted like all this was news and they weren't the same people. More lies from this unethical company. Terrible, unethical company!

It is rare to find a business owner who operates with a small-town mentality: who wants to be helpful, provide quality, and treat people like friends, not just customers. Cody at Speed's Towing is just such a person and this is exactly how he operates his business. He is trustworthy, extremely capable, and impeccably professional. He gets the job done quickly and with obvious skill. Moreover, he is just a great person who likes to take care of folks. I have never had a better experience with a towing company, and this comes from someone who spent her 20's locking herself out of her car. I've had many run-ins with the tow-truck, and in a world that feels like it is nickle-and-diming you every step of the way, the quality of service and character here is overwhelming. I'll never look for another towing company in Missoula. This is the one.

Knowledgeable to the max! Our RV quit dead on us near our house. Cody got it going, but it just didn’t get us all the way home before it shut down for good. Cody gave us a tow and the next morning he came and towed it to the RV dealer. Polite & helpful - and he has an impressive fleet of big boy trucks to get ANY job done. Thanx Cody!

Called up AAA for a tow in 20 below 0, and an hour later told me that they are still trying to get someone. Called David with Speed's towing, and he was there within an hour. Extremely helpful and polite. made sure I had a ride after tow! Would recommend him with all my towing needs.

David at Speed’s towing is a pefect example of why small business rules and why large corporations and cheap chain stores and AI answering services will never replace real customer service. When my ignition switch cylinder failed in my beloved honda element, David offered potential solutions and options. He was not concerned with the potential loss of business, but instead, was genuinely concerned with presenting viable options and solving the problem. When this didnt work, he made it incredibly easy for me to leave my car so that, despite the late hour, he could haul it off to the mechanic. His authentic willingness to propose solutions and work through potentials was some of the best customer service I have ever recieved! Thanks so much David and Speed’s!

Highly highly recommend calling David for your towing service. He helped me and of course everyone who is in a very stressful and unfortunate situation. He is straightforward and thorough with his work. He assured my car would be in good hands at Lithia Dodge, Lithia Dodge did amazing at keeping me in the loop they contacted me as soon as David dropped my car off to them and they called me with updates on my vehicle. I’m very pleased with David and highly recommend him. He’s a sweet guy as well, he is very knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. Speeds towing is very lucky to have such a great asset in their team. I have had to call David twice, and once he was on a tow already but came to me immediately as he he was done, I was very pleased and satisfied. Please call David!!!

My PU broke down 35 miles out of town during an arctic blast. The only towing company that answered the phone was David. He did an excellent job of communicating the timeline to get my vehicle home. Great customer service in the midst of a very busy time for a towing company. Used his tow truck to put my pick right where I needed it. Thank you David for your dedication and service to all the distressed motorists that call on you! Hope I never need a tow again but if I do I’m calling Speed’s!

We got locked out of our RV and Bless David at Speed's Towing for a quick response (1/2 hr) to get us in our RV. Thankfully we were getting propane at Love's and had a warm place for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs to wait. What a great guy, highly recommend his company.

Very prompt and professional service. When he said I’ll be there in 15 minutes. I thought it would be a hour. After 15 minutes he pulled up. When a flat tire on I-90 turned into more than a flat. David from Speed’s Towing went out of his way to call the Ram dealer and have the parts ready for us. A very honest and professional towing service.

David was excellent! Not only was he fast and efficient, but he showed up with a positive friendly attitude which really helped calm me down after the car accident I was in. He was also quick to respond to my phone calls whenever I had a question. Not only was he helpful and good at his job, but the pricing was very reasonable! If anyone needs a tow, I would highly recommend Speeds Towing! I know that they're the only towing service I will be using from now on!

Speeds certainly lived up to their name. My vehicle was picked up barely twenty minutes after I called. David was able to get my vehicle onto the truck and dropped off at my mechanic without any trouble, and he was even generous enough to give me a ride home afterwards.

Speeds towing picked me up at my house less than an hour after my call. I got my truck stuck in a difficult place in deep soft snow. Speeds got me back on the road fast and was very polite and professional. I recommend choosing speeds towing if you want fast professional and affordable wrecker service.

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. I moved from Ohio to Washington and when I was passing through Missoula, MT I was hit by a car. I was driving my brand-new truck and pulling a trailer. I was 8 hours from my destination and now stuck. I called Speed's Towing of Montana and was immediately saved. I told Dave where my insurance was telling us to take the truck and he gave us great information and recommended the RAM dealership instead, stating they have better customer service and results. We dropped the truck off there and now I needed a rental. Dave took the time to drop me off at the airport to get a rental. He went above and beyond anything I could have asked for. Dave also allowed me to keep the trailer at his business until the truck is fixed and I could tow it to Washington. I kept in contact with Dave sporadically and he always remembered who I was and was so enjoyable to talk to. I would recommend this business to anyone that is needing towing services.

Dave at Speed’s towing knows his business! He was friendly, knowledgeable and went well beyond just getting my rig off the road quickly and safely. Do your self a fine favor and let these guys handle what they do best; safely getting your vehicle off the road. Have a heavy tow scheduled and will follow-up on my review. Bought a salvage MCI M9 40’ Coach and will have it moved a few times. Guy sounds knowledgable and experienced. Follow-up to come! **UPDATE** 10/17/17 Speed's came and towed my 40' Coach without issue! Their heavy-hauler is top-notch and perfect for the big stuff! We had problems with the air bags on the coach inflating so it took much longer for them to get underneath it. I called just about everyone in Missoula to move this coach and Speed's was by far the most reasonable and honest company to deal with. Thanks Speed's Towing!
