I have had excellent luck with either finding a much needed part or being told the truth they do not have it. They are always my first choice when trying to locate a part, always. Super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and extremely reasonable prices.
Called them at eight in the morning, for a cash trade. And completely blew me off..... Either get enough people to work, or just tell me it's to busy. Plus being hung up on the first time... Really horrible in my opinion... Not worth the effort...

Terry is a honest man with a lot of knowledge. He was quick at finding me replacement glass and a couple temporary parts for my truck until the exact ones I need can be shipped. Extremely happy with the prices compared to a couple other places that were truly trying to gouge me.
Showed them a picture of the part I wanted, they went and grabbed the exact part I needed no questions asked. They we're polite and professional. Great place with great people. I definitely recommend them to all of Missoula and surrounding communities.

I recently had to get rid of an old car I had that was beyond repair. I had an excellent experience. I called and they picked the car up the next day. They were extremely professional and I would definitely recommend them.
I called around before I went with A & T Auto Recycling and I'm very glad I did. They wery friendly and professional on the phone & in person, came when they said they would and offered cash for my car.
These folks are absolutely fantastic. Timely, and very respectable individuals work here. I made a call inquiring about a broken taillight, they had me a replacement waiting on the counter when I walked through the front door. Thank you for your hard work!

This place is awesome! Not only is everyone friendly and approachable, but they sold me the part I needed at 1/4 retail value AND installed it for me at no extra charge during Covid-19. They really did me right during these financially uncertain times. Had I gone to the dealer, I would’ve paid hundreds for this quick 15 minute fix. I’m so grateful for their expertise and generous help and will sing their praises from here on out. Highly recommend!

most parts are unmolested.....nor are they beat by machinery.
The prices are fair and the staff has a great mechanical knowledge.
They usually have the parts I need at a pretty good price, but it seems like as soon as they discover that I'm 18 they don't take me seriously at all and almost try to be unhelpful. If there were another comparable scrapyard in Missoula I would go there instead.
I've made several trips out there and they have been very helpful, either with advice or the part I was looking for. Reasonable prices and great people! I'll us them again.
Terrible prices...You can order parts online in better condition and have them shipped to your house for less money. Don't go to this place. It's not a REAL scrapyard it's a total ripoff.

Excellent customer service, not to mention unbeatable prices. Got a 3800 motor for the wife's car with only 54k on it for $600. When my mechanic took a closer look at the vehicle, it turned out he could work with what we had. Returned the motor and no problems. Terry is a very personable guy, and I will be going back to them for anything else I may need.
AMAZING! Last year I bought a battery for an 04 Caviler from A&T, it was used and I only expected it to last a couple weeks. Terry gave me a great deal and I still have not had to replace it (over a year later). When I needed tires he rounded some up for me and was MORE than reasonable with the pricing. I would and do recommend A&T if you want an honest deal.

Went in to buy a battery for my trolling motor and the owner said he could sell me one but it would not be up to the quality I was looking for and suggested I get one from a battery store. That is honesty. He gave up a sale. Kudos!
Bought a transmission from them a few years ago they gave me a 90 day warranty and i ended up using it and they rebuilt the transmission and got it back to me in one week. Recently used them for some steering parts and was able to get the parts in good condition and for a decent price.
A & T are great, I call down whenever I'm looking for something for my Subaru. They take a bit, and will have me call back after they have had time too check the yard. Everything I've needed, they have had. They are quick to get the part out, and make sure its in good condition. Never have had a problem. Thanks Guys, keep up the good work.
