They are a great company and very kind and courteous! They were n time and when a challenge came up they figured it out quickly. There was a new guy named Courtney he was getting trained and the trainer was very patient and informative with his trainee. I RECOMMEND THIS TOWING COMPANY OVER ALL THE REST!

Mark got out to us quicky when our car broke down, downtown on front street in the evening after hours. They gave recommendations on shops. Would gladly call again over waiting for roadside assistance via insurance.

Technically I was after hours when I called. They waived the fee and provided outstanding service! Mark went above and beyond his duties and was incredibly helpful! I'd recommend them above any other tow company in town! 10/10 would recommend!
We had to have our beloved horse, which had just been euthanized, removed. The receptionist, when I called, was so kind. The driver was also very kind and attentive and made sure she was removed respectfully. Thank you so much.
I can’t speak highly enough of these folks at Montana Towing ! My girlfriend was coming back to the coast of BC after a Powwow/art show in Black Hills South Dakota and ran out of gas by Clinton Montana and was getting very cold. These folks brought her fuel put it in the van while she stayed inside. Top flight people top flight service, would I recommend them ? Hell yes I would. The driver went out of his way and followed her into town and make sure she got to the gas station !

Quick response to a late night dead battery at the airport. The dispatcher was pleasant, I received texts right away to confirm they were on their way and the tow truck driver was kind and efficient in getting my hybrid battery started. He was there about 10 min after the call. I would definitely recommend their services.

So Kind!! As a single female traveling with just my dog and towing a cargo trailer, when my truck was suddenly inoperable in middle of the night in the middle of nowhere, I really really needed help. The woman who answered the phone in the middle of the night was so helpful and kind, the tow truck driver Rory (I believe was his name! Out of Drummond) was so kind and friendly and efficient. I felt safe and my interactions with both of them helped my anxiety immensely. I was able to get to my destination safely thanks to them and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you so much!!
Had a tire blowout on the freeway after hitting a ratchet strap. Mark from Montana Towing went above and beyond, he got to us quickly, towed our vehicle to a tire shop in town, and even gave us a ride to our hotel afterward. Super friendly and professional. Very quick response, everyone that I spoke with was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about what equipment was needed.
I needed to move my pickup from a parking lot to a shop nearby in a limited amount of time. They got a truck there quickly, even beating their own estimate. The driver, Mark, quickly got things hooked up and we got to the shop in time, before they closed.
I’m very happy with the whole experience. They really helped me out in a tough situation and I found the price to be reasonable.
We lost the serpentine belt on our class a motorhome. We have good Sam's premium RV service and they quoted me 1500 additional over what they would cover. I thought that was a crazy price so I called around and found these guys. They were prompt said they'd be here in an hour plus and where took great care to Towing our vehicle to service center and charge us a very reasonable price highly recommended very professional.

I found myself in a tough spot when my baby was accidently locked in my car with my keys, in the Costco parking lot and they came through quickly and professionally. We are traveling cross country in a Penske rental. The truck ran out of oil. Levi was dispatched to us and was there in less than an hour. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation filled us with oil and made sure it was safe to continue on. He even made sure my windshield was free of bugs.

Montana Towing wash awesome Nicole took great care of my wife and son who were stranded in Drummond. They treated us like family even though we are from Washington. Their first priority was making sure my wife and son were taken care of.They even waited for a day to get paid. Would HIGHLY recomend if you need a tow. Montana towing responded to my dilemma in a very short time and the driver who attended my situation (Devon) quickly assessed what needed to be done and carried out his task with total professionalism. Within a short time my vehicle, a 34ft motorhome that could not be driven was being transported away from the roadside. I was on a cross country road trip when a deer decided to give me a side quest adventure in Montana. I called Montana towing and Levi came and picked me up and towed my car. I just so happen to pick THE BEST TOWING SERVICE IN MONTANA. He drove me and my ride to the shop, but it didn’t end there! The service of Montana towing went above and beyond. Levi, Greg, and David all helped me out when I was down on my luck. Levi gave me paid work to help me pay for repairs, Greg helped me get a discounted room on short notice at the local inn as well as help me find the greatest mechanic in Montana, and David gave me a lift to the shop over in Superior and I couldn’t be more grateful for all they did for me. Without them I’d be stranded in Montana. But thanks to them I am now living my best life in Montana during repairs. Thanks guys you made it all possible <3
