Great place to bring your recycling and scrap metal. Easy in and out. Decent employees. Always a good place to pick up some extra money for your scraps and recycling. Well run and very organized. Made 56$ on a pickup load of scraps.

If they’re going to close the doors at 4:45 it would be nice if the closing time on google reflected that.

This place is a total rip off anytime I send my girlfriend freind to drop off metal they lower the grade down I dropped my #2 copper clean bare wire off should have been 3.50& 3.70 per pound and they wrote her up for plumbers copper at around .91cents a pound i stripped it down myself there were no contaminants also clean and sorted my #1 copper and was paid plumbers copper rates sorted and clean sorted my yellow and red copper cleaned it perfectly been running and clean theses types off metals for over 30 years every single time I send my girlfriend to drop a load they cheat her and blatantly take advantage of her we were ripped for at least 100$ this go around this being the third and final time I will ever do business with this business and another thing I just got back from traveling to Utah and idaho in salt lake city they paid 4.75 cents for bright and shinny copper 4.25for 1#copper aluminum wheels .84cents a pound thats utah idaho paid even more than that so why do all the montana recycling business pay so much less they are farther away so its not the distance washington state pays better to the lowest paying state is montana and pacific pays the least and will do everything they can to pay you the least wake up people copper is at an all time high and climbing up everyday two major copper mines have major shut downs in production and there is more demand than supply now is the time to get paid stop letting these big company's ripp us off if they won't pay the correct rates take it out of state every day prices go up but there is no increase in the pay out because they are only there to cheat and take all the money they can get stop ripping us off and pay the money 💰 this is the worst recycling center in montana stop letting them ripp us off they are not a local company why would they care about what money get put into our economy shame on you for ripping off the working man I am going to ban this business for life the only way to fix this problem is to boycott your local location and tell everyone how they work just take a look at the prices they getting for the hard work that we put in they get much more than they should just look at how much more the states all around us are paying meanwhile montana recycling is lining there pockets fatter everyday and cheating more every day please don't take my word for check for yourselves

We live right across the street and they start doing work at 6 am, or earlier, when it is against city regulations on noise ordinance… this is seriously affecting everyone’s sleep….

I have always had a pleasant experience here. Those who feel the need to berate and belittle others publicly should seek help. It is a sign of seeking to be superior and therefore displays their insecurities.

Been here multiple times to drop off large quantity’s of fridges, freezers and scrap. I’ve only been helped by the same brunette gal every time except for once. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional from this particular gal. Very stuck up and visibly upset EVERY time I go in. I don’t really care to much besides having to come here a lot and wonder if all the other customers get the same treatment? Thanks for your business and I’ll watch for a name tag to further describe the individual next time.

Only time I can bring my stuff to recycle is on Saturday. Sucks they aren't open on at least one weekend day.

I took my cardboard to the convenient drop off on Latimer St. It has been closed. Not good.

I took some computers and cables to recycle and was planning on using the money to buy a beer... I got .85 cents... but that's okay, it's the market. The guy who helped me was super friendly and quick. Same with the guy handing me my new fortune. I've got more computers to recycle and I'll take it to Pacific again.

This place is a blatant rip-off. Their weighing apparatus for aluminum cans purposely under weighs by at least 20 percent. My home scale is accurate to 1/10 lb. I had 13.1 lbs of cans all dry and crushed their machine incorrectly said that I only had 11 lbs. When I asked for them to be reweighed they ,of course , could not do it. So instead of $6.50 I only got $5.50.

Hurray for recycling! Self help drop off site only takes #1 and #2 plastics, and also paper, and cans, but at least they take plastic. Bring your own bottle of water and towel for washing your hands afterwards if necessary. The self help drive through can be a little busy and/or a little messy at times, clean up after yourself and make it a little better for all of us. Edit for reply: Some bins get really full, so staying on top of that makes it much easier for all of us dropping off. Not sure how practical it would be, but possibly alternating types of bins rather than having all cardboard in one area and all cans in another. Mixing types of bins would allow customers to drop off and not walk so far (mostly a time issue to keep the line moving and avoid dropped items). Other than that, maybe sweep and hose down the drive once a week. Not sure how else to make a dump run a 5 star experience.

Definitely the place to go to get your heavy metal needs (and I am not talking about music right now). Dan in the office was super friendly and helpful to a guy that doesn't buy metal that much. Laura (I think that was her name) was very helpful in the back with cutting the metal and even drilling holes for me!!

The staff were very helpful in our quest to recycle a truck full of cardboard. We moved to the Missoula area in the past month and needless to say we have a ton of boxes that one seems to need. We posted moving boxes on Craigslist and only one person took us on our free offer. As the unpacking continued, the mountain of boxes grew. We broke them down and took them to Pacific Recycling and the person in charge allowed me to drive into the yard to dispose instead of tossing them over the fence into a bin. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Thanks
