Got your certified letter today mailed out 8/13 you have had this vehicle since 1/26 per your letter. You literally gave me the lien holder 2 days to pay you 8825 .. 125 per day storage fees. You never called you never sent prior letters .. I’m gonna say this. Your business sounds half done.. and lazily operated at best or you are a scammy business… it was one of the two. You deserve less than a one.
Let me tell ya about these shady people I was in the process of purchasing a truck from a 3rd party. Ivory was hired to tow the truck to me (paid on delivery) spoke with the driver at 10:43am said he was headed to the pick up location should be at my address 1ish. 1pm come and went,2pm come and went,3 come and went still no show no calling called at 3:25 no answer he called me back at 3:35 and said " hey I had a missed call from ya" I said yea "your supposed to be bringing me the truck " he said "OH yea I just brought it home" I bought it" so instead of doing what he was supposed to do and delivery the truck he decided to buy it out from under me and not have the decency to call and let me know he wasn't showing up wouldn't recommend this shady company
My vehicle was towed by the General Manager Keela at Chuck E Cheese on Ridgewood Court Drive Jackson, Ms. My vehicle was not parked in a tow away zone, it wasn't blocking anyone in, or even interfering with what little business they were receiving on Homecoming weekend. My vehicle wasn't even no where near the business. They used Ivory's Towing which per Google they are open 24 hours right. My car was towed on a Friday night after 8pm. When I found out who towed my car. I started calling the number at 10:54am. No answer in which I called several times. I then tried to call from a friend number with a different area code and he answered immediately. We went back and forth all day trying to release my vehicle. He originally told me I can pick up my vehicle by 2pm for $335. I called back at 1:03 and stated that I wouldn't be able to get to his shop until 4pm. He said that was fine. I started calling him at 4pm and he wouldn't answer the phone. We were calling from both numbers. He finally picks up the phone after 5pm. I informed him that we are 15 minutes away but in reality we were already on the highway and my GPS said 10 minutes. By the time we arrived this man states that he had left. Mind you we called the police cause at this point he playing with my vehicle. He told the Officer that he came from Raymond and it took us 25 minutes to get there which it didn't. If he was coming from Raymond we still would have beat him there if it took us 25 minutes right. So then he tells the police his business hours are Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm. My vehicle was towed way after hours. Yet monday I arrive to pick up my car and now its $585 due to additional storage days. I attached a copy of the receipt which does not show a regular towing service but an auto sales. If the business is 24 hours why did I have to wait till Monday. This business is scamming people and those reviews are fake. The truck that's in the picture aren't even the truck at his suppose to be business. I took videos of the property and when I tell yall I wouldn't even leave a dog there. The person releasing my car did not provide a name. He smelled of Alcohol at 10 in the morning. Yes the time is right. I called him at 9:24am and informed him that we were there. He stated he will be there in 5-10 minutes. He didn't show up until almost 9:50am. I would not recommend this business to anyone. This is just the half of what I encountered during this whole process.
I wanna thank Ivory’s towing company for coming to Rankin county and picking my car up! He also dropped it off to a mechanic shop in Hinds county for me! He was quick, his prices was reliable, and he was very kind!!! Thank you so much!
Great service!! He told me when he could get to me . . Asked questions about what was wrong to diagnose the best plan of action and kept me informed to his eta. Arrived when he said he would and was polite and knowledgeable the whole time . .Also his wrecker was able to handle my big 12" lifted Ram 2500 wit 24×14 rims and tires ! Would recommend his service to anyone in need of a towing service

This company is not reliable. My items were stolen out of my truck. He also abandoned my vehicle in the front of a place that was not open. I ask him and he lied about he had a special drop off place. Lies, Lies and more lies. Dishonesty is not key in God's eyes. You will pay for stealing items that did not belong to you.
