I bought a transmission this month for my 2006 Chevy suburban and it’s not working at all I paid 700.00 dollars for it and I had my mechanic to put it in for me and it was working at first but the more I drove it it would not get in gear it will get in park reverse neutral but it doesn’t get in drive it just sits there and I stepped on the accelerator and it idle up so high and then it Jake’s and get in gear it doesn’t supposed to do that it doesn’t not supposed to Jake like that I got a 30 day warranty on it so I don’t have no more money to take that one out and then put another one in there but my transmission is not working at all I paid that amount for it and it doesn’t work it’s out there in my yard now not running so I been reading the reviews on here and they having the same problem I am having with a transmission so if I get another one it’s probably ain’t going to be no good neither just like this one I have now and I don’t have time for that taking transmissions back and putting them in and taking them out I don’t have time for it two people recommend me to these people they said they have good transmissions but I got one and my transmission ain’t no good at all so that’s all I have to say about that take care you all.
When you get two wrong transmission that you have two pay your mechanic for putting in/out, you think , when you tell the cashier the part is no good they would work with you instead of getting a attitude, you all sold me junk, I didn't sell you junk, I will talk to the manager to see where this goes, already out of 3,400.00 from messing around with this company. Could have just brought a new transmission. Wow
Absolutely nothing but crooks! I called needing a 5.4 2007 and they told me that they had one... actually three. They asked for my vin number so they could be sure they have it. Said they did. Took off work to go get it and take it to the mechanic shop. Mechanic said it wasn't the correct one. Finally after two weeks, the owner...Joey said we can swap it. It's like he had to comprehend what a warranty really means.... besides they did offer a 30 day warranty. Got the other engine..... installed. Completely pissed off at the mechanic because he installed engine before changing spark plugs. One spark plug was already broken in the engine and in order to take it out, I have to pay someone to remove the head. Talked to Joey at complete light trucks and he was nothing but full of crap and excuses who acts like he's God's gift to people. Trust me when I say this....if you happen to read this review and are needing a engine..... RUN from these crooks. Go by you a remanufactured one at AutoZone or O'Reilly's. Cheaper isn't always better..... trust me. I found out the hard way. Never again will I give this company my hard earned money!
Very horrible people bought a transmission and was full of metal and the old man Tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was doing and wouldn’t give me my money back. Had the transmission for seven hours not even installed In the truck yet do not recommend these people to anybody
The Lady on the phone don't know nothing I had her get me a transmission pulled she got the wrong one pulled then wanted me to leave my transmission. I call the next day she got a attitude like she the one spending money my money so whoever the owner is needs to fire her ASAP. She is so bad for their business. I showed up wit money in hand and she's mad cause she messed up I drove almost 100 miles for nothing.
Can't to get to any parts because they pretty much covered them up with other vehicles. They need to take most of that scrap off to the scrap yard and get some more vehicles in there
This is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! I bought a motor over 6 months ago and it was the wrong motor. They have not attempted to make it right since. Do not do business here
Won't sell engine parts never heard of a scrapyard that wouldn't sell parts off a vehicle So you'll be lucky if you don't die from a truck falling on you or a landslide of engines and transmissions
Quoted me 30 for a rim said that they would have it ready when I got there. Had to pull rim myself then they wanted 50 for it bc it had a tire that I couldn't use.
