I do my best to not give any company a 1 star review. I don't like doing it. Especially when so many have had a positive experience with Signature Towing. Hopefully, this means my experience with them.isnt the norm. AAA Member who needed assistance with a tire change. All that was needed was a floor jack and a cordless impact or lug wrench. When AAA told me the name of the company I immediately called and told their dispatch the details. Floor jack and lug wrench. Driver calls and I tell him and he says he is 10 minutes away. 20 minutes later I get a text from a different company asking if I still need help. I called Signatures's dispatch back and asked for status. She said she would check and call me right back. No call back from her or the driver who no showed. Not good business. A callback saying they are not going to make it isnt to much to ask. Luckily, AAA had already contacted the other company who showed up shortly. I gave an extra star for the dispatch answering the phone.
To the Owne of Signature,
You should find out which driver this was. It was clear when I spoke to him that he wasn't exactly excited about the call. Maybe he had an injured leg. I say this because he asked me several times how far was he going to have to walk after I told him his truck wouldn't fit through the gate.
Arthur came to the rescue for my cousin and I after an early morning drop off of family to the airport. My van wouldn't start. Arthur tried a few things. He ended up loading it up and bringing us to meridian. It was a stressful morning but Arthur's calmness and engaging conversation was greatly appreciated by both of us. Thank you Arthur. Bless you ?

I am very late at writing this review and I do apologize. I have to say that Signature Towing and their tow truck driver Justin are awesome. This company and Justin deserve more than a 5-star and I honestly wish that I could give then a 10-plus star. I traveled from Fayetteville, NC to Tallulah, Louisiana to handle some paperwork for my late father and for my grandmother's funeral. The rental I was driving from Enterprise, a crappy 2024 Hyundai Tuscan, broke down on me in Tallulah and the crappy Enterprise 800 customer service agent gave me the worst customer service. The agent would not send a tow to Tallulah, and I gave me no choice but to drive that crappy rental back to my hotel room in Vicksburg. This vehicle malfunctioned on me and lost power too many times. It also powered off, 8 times as I crossed the Vicksburg bridge on my way back to my hotel room. The last time it powered off on me, I almost lost my life due to being less than an inch from being hit by an 18-wheeler. I missed my grandmothers repass and miss seeing off my two aunts and uncles that had to head back home after the repass. The whole bad experience and trouble with this rental had me very upset, along with me mourning my grandmother. On November 23rd, AAA did an amazing job calling an amazing tow company and driver for me. Justin stayed in contact with me the whole time and kept me informed. He went above and beyond talking to me, cheering me up and making sure I was okay. He picked up a nice rental for me from the Enterprise in Jackson. Justin and the manager at Enterprise, made sure I was placed in 2024 Toyota Camery (I didn't want to deal with another SUV) with a tank full of gas. Justin was very professional, nice and a perfect gentleman. Justin, Signature Towing, AAA, and the manager at Enterprise made my scary terrible situation better. Folks, this is my own personal opinion, if you have any car problems and need a tow, call Signature Towing. If you are a AAA member, request and demand, Signature Towing. I highly recommend this company and their driver, Justin.
On 8/14/2024, Earl from Signature Towing came out to my home to help us with a flat tire. He was terrific! He was dispatched quickly and communicated with us to let us know his arrival time. He had the right tools and quickly got us up and running. Great dude. Would highly recommend this company.
Where to start. From they time I called the person on the phone was very caring and concerned about my situation and wellbeing. The tow truck driver Justin was very quick on arriving. He was very professional and sweet and caring. And he even cared for my child and made her laugh and had suckers for her to pick out. He had my car loaded up and us in the nice A/C of his truck fast and in a hurry and had us dropped off at the mechanic and we were back on the road in no time. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to any and everyone I know. Thank you so much Signature Towing
If they can't help. It pretty much means no one can. Very professional drivers and dispatch. Very reasonable pricing as well. Best place to use. Still awesome, friendly, Considerate, comforting and compassionate
All I can say is every woman needs AAA or some type of roadside assistance. I have paid for AAA for years and never used it. In the past 8 months I have had a dead battery and today a flat tire. Shawn Valentine from Signature Towing has called on me both times. Great service!
I was returning to SW Florida, pulling a Casita 17’ travel trailer. My towing vehicle was struggling and Justin Byers came and and helped me. He is caring and thoughtful. Justin, thank you so much. I never had anymore trouble on the way home.
Signature Towing provided Outstanding Service in our time of need. We were in a real pickle when we experienced engine problems while traveling out of town for a family weekend wedding. Justin was dispatched and arrived on the scene quickly. Rather than just towing us to one of the local repair shops, that likely would not be open until Monday, he took a different approach. He demonstrated expert troubleshooting skills and provided the necessary tools and mechanical ability to get us back up and running. We are extremely grateful and appreciative for his efforts. We highly recommend Signature Towing whenever you find yourself in a similar pinch.
I am completely flabbergasted. My family had set up an appointment with this company for them to pick up my sisters car that had been having trouble so it could be dropped off at the mechanics. However they ended up deciding that they could care less about their agreement and didn’t notify us till almost an hour after the arranged time. And then they proceeded to be extremely disrespectful on the phone when we called them out on creating a messy situation that resulted in my younger sister being stranded due to her car completely breaking down, since her only option was to drive her car to the mechanics. I would not recommend this company and I am appalled at how they conducted themselves.
I wish that I could give Signature Towing zero stars but that is not allowed on Google. I am writing this as I am waiting to be picked up by their driver Earl M. He was scheduled to be here an hour ago but he is still a no-show. He text me 50 mins ago saying that he would be here to get me after he got gas. AAA sent me a link 2 hours ago to keep up with his location but he turned it off and they could not find him either when I called to check his ETA. Maybe it’s an Earl M. thing and not Signature Towing but he is a horrible representation of their brand!!
Fabulous job! AAA dispatched Signature Towing to my location this morning. I had a flat after hitting road debris. I was on the side of the road and not in the best location. He was there quickly and cslled before he arrived. A true angel.
Should be 6 Stars! Excellent service. Patient, kind, knowledgeable and just a good person. Sorry, but I couldn't get the actual name of our technician because it was very cold out today and he was wearing a cover over his face when he worked on my car but I hope including the day and time will let the owner of this business know what a great tech he is and how much we appreciated him. Our service pickup was around 11:35AM on 11/15/2024.
Let me say...this was the best experience. Our car just stopped at the gas pump with zero warning and we are traveling from out of state. Unbelievable, we didn't even know where we were other than outside of Jackson.
We called AAA, and about an hour later this super nice, patient, kind and knowledgeable man shows up. He gets our car started, so we make the decision to drive to AutoZone because we assume it is just the battery. He is so nice and thinks ahead and says he will follow us for a few minutes, and lucky for us he did because it turned out to be the alternator and we needed a tow to the BMW dealership in Jackson. He also drove us there.
I forgot to mention that he shook our hands both upon meeting us and when dropping us off. He wished us the best. I don't know about y'all but I've never had a tow truck driver who was so hospitable and committed to making sure he did right by us.

We called AAA as the dealer wanted us to have our vehicle towed in to determine if our issue was a battery or starter issue. Catherine Mikie with Signature Towing came out and quickly diagnosed it as a battery issue. She quickly replaced it and we were on our way. Would definitely recommend Catherine and Signature Towing!

I can’t thank you enough or say enough good things about the great service I received yesterday. Your technician Catherine Mikie was awesome. Very quick to respond and diagnose my battery problem. I drive a diesel truck that has dual batteries. Both needed to be replaced. The first battery was replaced on site and got me rolling again. Later in the evening on her way home she went out of her way to deliver and install the second battery at our home. GREAT JOB!!! Professional, personable and very knowledgeable!!!! It’s great to know that we have folks like you and Mikie to come to our aid when we have a need!!! 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!!

I had a flat tire last Friday night. I had my two granddaughters, a big night of football activities scheduled, and no one to help me with the tire! I called AAA and they sent Catherine Mikie from Signature Towing. She was great! Within just a few minutes of her prompt response, the tire was changed, and we were both on our way! Thanks Catherine!
When my tire blew out, I had triple A send me a tow truck and Signature Towing was sent and they were amazing, Catherine M. came and checked on me and made sure I was okay until the tow truck was able to arrive. Once it arrived, it was quickly hooked up and taken to the shop I requested. Overall a great experience for a stressful situation.

I hit a pot hole and ended up with a flat tire. I called AAA and was told a technician would be there within the hour. Catherine arrived on time and fixed it really fast. We were so pleased with her service.
I was in a sports bar this past week play dominoes with some of my buddies and when I left I noticed that I had a flat tire on my vehicle. I contacted AAA and they dispatch a technician Catherine to change it. She was fast and really professional at her job. It was freezing outside but it didn’t seem to bother her. Thumbs up? and I was on the road again.
My AAA car battery died while I was at work. I called AAA, and they dispatched Catherine from Signature Towing. She arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem--a bad cell inside the battery. She replaced the battery and had my car running within 30 minutes. Thanks!

One cold night after work, I found that I had locked myself out of my car. A call to AAA and 30 minutes later, Catherine showed up and had my car door popped open in no time. She was professional and pleasant to chat with. Keep up the good work!
