I called the O’Reilly Auto Parts in Jackson, Mississippi because a customer needed an axle nut, and I wanted to put the part under my account. What should have been a simple process turned into a complete waste of time.
I had to call three separate times, and each time I was put on hold for several minutes. When they put you on hold, all they say is “hold on” and then click — no explanation, no courtesy, nothing.
After finally speaking with the store manager, Tony Benz, I was told they will not put the part under my account and that “each store is different.” That is absolutely false. O’Reilly accounts are company-wide, and I’ve never had this issue at any other location.
This store is very incompetent, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t understand how their own system works. Poor customer service, poor communication, and zero accountability.
I will be avoiding this location and strongly recommend others do the same.
Please note there score is zero 0. August 5,2025 I went to Oreilly's to get parts for my generator and see what parts they have for my fleet of cars. As a disable Law Enforcement and State Veteran. I almost could get in the door. I was in my wheelchair and a van was blocking the entrance ramp. It didn't stop there. I entered the store I was the first one in line. One sales associate looked past me to the next person and took care of him. I still sitting there another associate asked the next person that was behind me what they need like was not there. I politely turn my wheelchair around and made my way out the door. There was an associate that came running out the door. I was headed to get in my van and cross the street to Autozone where I did receive Excellent service and the customers and the sales people even helped me in and out the door.
Great experience. Always get my car parts from Mr Bobby on Northside Drive in Jackson Ms. Go see them for all your car parts. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!????
I'm giving O'Reilly 5 stars because their part was half the cost of the dealership and the same part. This O'Reilly's is located on Northside drive. I called them to see if they had the part I was blessed enough to speak with Trey. He searched to see if they had the part and informed me that there was one in stock. When I got there he still had the information in front of him on the counter. He was very courteous and professional. And for a business owner like me that is very important. So O'Reilly you guys are very blessed to have Trey on your staff he is a true professional. Thank you for getting me in and out with no snags.
This is one of the best O'Reilly's I have been to. The staff is courteous. The parts were there within 2 hours and the other guys were going to take days. That is what I call quick, reliable and affordable services.
Great place with great wonderful coworkers there assistant on finding things n helping u out alot. Rate them 5 star all the way. Much love from to O'Reilly ??
Do not go here, not only is this in a dangerous location there is a substantial lack of professionalism in this business. I ordered a part and every time I came in or called it seemed as if they were just ordering the part. Finally they told me after 2 weeks of waiting that they could not get the part.
Whatever is needed for your vehicle needs,you can find it there..except if you need a specific paint color for repairing a chip,ect..need to go somewhereike Ryan's on South State Street..but,might be other places,just new to area,and is where I was told to go..to get an exact match..
Has every thing I need except a diagnostic machine. If your engine light ever comes on, AutoZone is where it's at......and then get your parts from O'Reilly ?
Bobby, at the Northside Drive Store, is very knowledgeable and don’t mind assisting with installs. I truly appreciate him going that extra mile to help me! Great staff always friendly and ready to serve. Keep up the great work!
Very poor customer service. I had my boyfriend in there picking out which headlights I should get and I ran down to the store and the man working kicked him out and locked the doors because he wasn't buying anything. When I got there he was standing out in the cold rain I went up to the floors because online it said they were open till 7, but since I was there with the money he could come in.
