Good used truck parts some more expensive than you would think but overall fair. They sell new parts also.

Can't walk around the yard anymore to see if they even have the part you're looking for. Even the staff said they were short staffed and it was obvious. At this point, ordering parts online is a better option, or hell, calling LKQ's main line and having them source and ship it. Can't save any money doing the pulling yourself.

Angela and the guys there were very helpful in finding a bumper for my truck.

I've ordered the hood for Volvo truck for $2k. They've delivered the hood damaged because they didn't secure it properly for the transport. Reimbursed only $450. I don't find this fair. The hood is beat up and damaged. Still functions but not worth $1550

I called in to this location for a part . Staff was very helpful and understanding my needs. The prices are very Reasonable . I’m sure you will be Pleased.

Mr. Sanders took care of everything once I got there; from getting out of the vehicle, fixing, and loading it up when it was ready to put back in the truck.

The customer service is absolutely terrible! I was put on hold for 28 minutes just to have someone answer to again tell me to hold! A total of 55 minutes on hold, and mind you the person who answered the phone was not pleasant nor helpful . All I wanted was to schedule a pick up time for a part I’d already ordered online . If it wasn’t that I had already purchase parts I’d probably wouldn’t purchase anything through this company .

Mr. Landon was great to deal with. Most definitely will shop there again.

Promptly loaded the part on the trailer and Marcus was very professional.

Terrible service!!

Forced to stand outside in 90 degree heat, no where to use restroom or wash hands...customer service in no rush to help. Yard hand was hard working. Go somewhere else to buy parts. Disappointing experience!

Terrible Service. It was 12:45 pm when I arrived. The call numbers no one would answer. Finally got someone about 1:20. Said someone would be out. When he came, he was taking care of everyone else. I was first person here. It is 3:00, they are working on what I need now. Huh!
