Jeremy made my experience so much better than expected. He was so helpful by immediately trying to help as soon as I came through the door. He located the cars I needed to find in the computer and pointed me in their direction. He also helped me pick out a car jack. 10/10 service
My mom came looking for a part for her vehicle. She couldn’t take the part off herself she just came by to see the setup for later. As soon as she came in a beautiful young lady name Asha greeted her. She helped my mother look up the vehicle, showed her how it works and even showed her the used car sales area. It was the most amazing experience we ever had with customers service. She was helpful, knowledgeable and wonderful. The whole experience didn’t feel like a junkyard it was so organized and neat. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Asha.
Always looking for stuff for my old honda they always have a few on the lot to pull from. Never had an issue here. Glad this place is here and shoutout to Austin @ checkout counter. Top notch guy!

This past Monday was dreary and cold. On my hour drive home I saw the Jackson Pull a Part and stopped. I pulled into the lot at 4:51 never having been to such a store. A young man walked out the front door and i rolled my window down and he advised that they were closed for pulling parts. Told him my used car was missing a jack crank and he graciously said “come on in. We got those right in here.” As he was getting ready to mop at the day’s end I had the nicest chat with him and greatly appreciated Jeremy’s kindness.
Came in to pull a part looking for some used parts and without hesitation Mr. Raymond took the time to look up what I needed and facilitate the pull....im so greatfu to him...my holiday weekend was fixing to be ruined had i not gotten the part...Big thanks to Raymond and Clay
Raymond and Clay were excellent. They came to our aid immediately and Clay pulled the part for us. They were very helpful and friendly and I would come back for more parts in the future. Five stars!!!!!!

The young man was very professional and polite. He was able to inform me on the purchase price as well as any mechanical problems the car might have. I will recommend this salesmen to all of my family and friends.
I rented a golf cart. I was told that there was a $30 deposit $10 back. I got there at 2:30. I left at five I was told I don’t get no money back. I’m very upset about about the situation If you tell someone it’s a $$30 deposit and you’ll get 20 back that’s what you should do
Aisha is awesome. She's always friendly with me and jokes around. Keeps your spirits up being around her. The only reason for 4 stars is because I hate taking the chance of busting more tires on my tow truck running over the big chunks of debris scattered about all over from when the big forklifts move the cars and the pieces fall off. I do my best to dodge as much as I can
This location NO LONGER offers the "pull service", was informed they stopped it 1.5yrs ago. It's a pity really because I was on my way to work and needed an A/C line that sells online for $200 and has a removal time of 10min, but didn't want to get my office clothes dusty so was going to pay them to pull it.
Would really be nice if they'd start that service up again, they have enough part-strippers out there that a few of them were just standing around playing on their phones, so it would be a good financial decision to start the program back up since they have workers with spare time that could be better utilized making money, versus riding the clock.
The customer service sucks. It was my first time visiting their. And when I walked in I told Aisha ( manager) that I wasn't sure how it worked. She was looking down at her phone while I was talking very disrespectful. So I ask what do I need to do about purchasing a jack. And she just pointed it's over there. As she was just sitting down looking at her phone as if I was bothering her. I thought she worked there. So I ask over where. I told her that it was my first time there. Can she explain more. So again she just pointed again. So I ask her to write down her name and that I was going to write a Google review. She said with and attitude Aisha. I guess she didn't care if I was going to complain.
Pull-a-part is one of the best places to go for little odds and ends to keep your car on the road. I'm working on a 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8 that I picked up and I needed a 3rd brake light assembly. I checked the Dodge dealership and they wanted over $100. I was at Pull-a-Part for about 10 minutes before I found what I needed. I removed it and replaced it for less than $20....
