For it to be a part store .. we spending plenty of money for parts . I asked if I could pay to have somebody to put a battery or either battery end cable on for me . Said they don’t do those type of things so my concern is ... Is it really a part store if they don’t do basics if we’re shopping from/with you all to be too lazy to do basics . 2327
Ken have always helped us Chris be having a attitude and just say he don’t know if u ask him for a part he don’t even try Livingston rd we are use to Ken the other guy got real problems and take it out on customers I hate to go to other part stores but I’m not going back until they get rid of him
We have a shop close by too if they get rid of that attitude Chris we would be happy to take our money back because auto zone trash but we not taking our money while Chris is there we love ken y he not the manager
On livinston rd in jackson ms the manager Chris got so much negative energy for the customers who deal with Ken in the back Ken is great but anybody who deal with Ken the manager chris give us wrong parts have a very bad attitude we been dealing with Ken for years and it was all good we probably gonna get together and go to auto zone and they gonna lose alot of business because we all feel the same way
Pamela helped me and she was great. I had to leave my car battery there though so they could charge and check it. She said 4p. Called the store at 3:50p to check status. The guy who answered said he checked but my battery wasn't there... When I arrived later, my battery was on the charger so blatantly obvious, I decided I will not use this company again. So many other deets of my experience with this store and others with this company, none good.
This location is better than Ellis location and I stay closer to Ellis. I value customer service and so far I haven't had a problem at this location, but Ellis oh lord retrain everyone
This place was closed up before posted time. I got here 10 min prior. This is only store that has my part… If you’re to lazy to stay open till 7pm then don’t post 7pm as your closing time..
They're closed right now... Its 6pm. Apparently it's acceptable to put a customer on hold and never come back to the phone. Then close an hour early....
The particular location I visited on Livingston road is never that crowded. So I get what I need and I leave. But I never get expensive parts at any brick and mortar parts store. To me, it's better to order parts online because there are way cheaper and worth the wait...
My battery died when we were at the doctors. Thank God O Reilly's was a short walk even with a heavy battery.
The workers were not very professional. The manager was very kind. He let us put the new battery in and come back to drop the other stuff off and so on. The only down side is the store had a few flaws. They did not have certain things set up in the correct places and they were behind in the work for the store. The shopping carts of products to be put out were laying around and not one single person was putting them away.
Was ignored after we came in the store. Then a few moments past , still being ignored when another person came In, and the lady on duty ask them if they needed help. I stood for a moment, they didn’t reply, so I was waiting for Her to acknowledge us. I said actually, yes we do need some help. Keeping this post short, I will not type how difficult replacing a battery was for us. After she had year, make, and model, picture of the vin, and the actual battery we were wanting to replace, she continued to say she needed more information. She was so rude and obviously was bothered that she has a job that should Have some basics in customer service. We left and went to autozone who gave us the absolutely best customer service.
