Took them over 4 hours to show up. Told me it'd be within the hour. Lied so I'd use them instead of anyone else. Once he showed up the price did not match what he said on the phone. It was much higher once the tow was completed. I'd stay away from this place. Too many deceptive business practices.
The Driver arrived earlier than expected. I had my vehicle towed to my home and had to ride in the tow truck. The truck was clean and most importantly it had air. The Driver was polite, professional and I felt safe on the drive to my home. Great conversation as well.
Had a truck break down in Jackson, MS and placed a call for repair. Driver reported back that service was fast, friendly, and inexpensive compared to other big name road service companies. Will definitely be using again if needed!

Had a incident on I 20 in Jackson Mississippi called Wards wrecker service they responded immediately getting my truck off the freeway and my load recentered and me back in route to my destination
There are four ppl that I did come across there today that were nice and they did the price together. Still need to have a friendly greeting when you call and when you come in and location was wrong. I was wrong on that and I am woman and nice enough to change my review once things got right
