I like it. Employees are nice. But can ya rethink some of your prices. Its savage world! Why is the butcher block the same cost as the darn regular big box stores. I was ready to buy two but not for $150.00 a piece. I may as well order on Amazon.

Rude cashier!!!!!! It was 5:45 14 Oct. The store closes at 6 yet we were yelled at at 5:45 saying that he had to close. Luckily I’m a respectful person and just left to avoid confrontation. The place is great but I’m sure he’s going to run some customers off.

This is a really neat store. My family is somewhat new to the area and came across it and my husband and I decided to check it out. We brought the rest of the family up the next day and both times the employees were wonderful. They have pretty good deals on things and the employees took the time to talk to us and were super friendly. Highly recommend checking it out if you havent been there . We will be coming back for sure! I've been there a total of 3 times now and I don't have one bad thing to say about the experiance.
Went last week (Thurs). Saw a fridge. The heavyset black guy assisted me at first, the price was $140. I ask can he do a better deal than said price. He had to call Jacob. Jacob was on speaker phone so I could hear him. Jacob agreed with the employee they would sell it to me for $130, TAX INCLUDED. That means $130 total. When they tried to ring me up, they were trying to charge me $140+ because they were adding tax, even though their boss clearly stated I could get it for $130 TOTAL, with TAX INCLUDED. It’s a circus up there, a straight clown show ?
I was in there excited to find some things. But the girl in the store looked irritated about me asking any questions. Really bad attitude. Some items did not have prices on them so I had to ask. Bad attitude equals I don’t buy anything.
It is one of those store you go to get lucky. You mite find good deal might not. That is why u keep going back. When u do find one its a awesome one. And the staff is great.
I bought a pallet of ceramic floor tile and it was a steal not a deal! The employees and Owner Mr. Tony were all great. Oh and I can't forget my friend Lewis.
Terry and James are crooks. Please don't shop here unless you absolutely have to. Terry sold me a mattress for the price of a whole set and when I went back to get my box spring James wanted me to pay 70 for it when I had already paid for it .
Prices too high and aisles are too junked up to walk. I am sorry to find out it changed hands but I knew something was different as soon as I walked in. I loved shopping there before.
You can find great deals . but buy at your own risk some things didn't last as long as John stayed in the Army and he didn't go. bought an air fryer didn't work but black two weeks.?!
I bought a dresser and night stand for my 16 year old daughter, but to our dismay the dresser started falling apart within 2 weeks. My husband fixed it the first time but the second time, which by the way was within a week; he couldn't figure out how to fix it because it was something different. I went to the store to inform the manager, but he wasn't there so the young at check out counter called him about my problem and I was told he couldn't do anything about it because no one else has had that problem. ??♀️ I paid $125 for that dresser which is not a lot, but I expected it to at least last a year not 2 weeks.
Salvage World is my daily therapy !! I had a house fire in September on the 24th and starting over has been a lot easier by shopping at the SW .....I go once a day and the customer service is the best !!!! The manager is always on site and greets me each time and knows my liking!!!! The young man are always ready to load with any complaints.. oh yes lil Ms Bre is awesome... .... keep up the good work
Store didn't have much in it. I walked in and passed the clerk with no greeting. I walked the entire store and no one said may I help you. I proceeded to leave and still no one said thank you for shopping with us. They need customer service classes.
It was a great experience, the employees were so willing to help and very patient with me and my millions of questions. I appreciate their willingness to be so helpful.
The managervshe was very rude and is this way everytime I come in to shop I really love their furniture and odds and ends and don't think she will ever change she really need to be replaced to help the store to survive.
Where do I start! The employees there were sooo kind in helping us with everything! The deal are steals! I highly recommend this store to anyone on a budget or looking for a great deal!!
