I’ve been taking my auto, wife’s auto and son’s auto here for many years. Apparently I’m well pleased with service and the outcome of work. I fully TRUST Luke and Charlie to diagnose, repair and invoice.

They replaced my car’s starter, but I immediately noticed a weird zing, zing, zing sound as I turned the key to drive it home. It wasn’t like any sound I had ever heard when starting a car, so I brought it back a week later and asked if it needed an adjustment. They said no, that couldn’t be it, although they didn’t offer to check it out. They said to come back in a month although they didn’t say why. When I came back a month later, they said that the mechanic that worked on it wasn't there but would call. He never called. Car people I’ve talked to have guessed that the starter is defective, or that perhaps it was a rebuilt part. I wouldn’t trust them to work on my car again.

Honest shop with fair prices and always friendly

Horrendous, had my car taken in last year for a fuel pump issue, they replaced the spark plugs instead, did a tune up instead. the problem hasn’t gone away of just cranking and cranking with no start, the cherry on top was calling them and them telling me to just hit the gas tank with a hammer, I paid well enough and got nothing as a solution avoid them at all costs

Staff is always helpful. They do their best to help you when your car is in need of repair. The price for an oil change is very reasonable. The service is reliable and trustworthy.

After having 3 shops try to align my car and it never went straight ... I had Charlie and Luke look it over... they told me what was wrong, I fixed the issue and had Charlie align it and it goes straight.. Awesome These guys are great and have become my new best place. Great Service... Great Pricing... Great People...

I moved to this area a few years ago, and found a very experienced and professional mechanic his name is "Charlie",. I have had several problems with my Jeep Patriot as it was getting old, but Charlie fixed everything it needed and every time I get a oil change and tune up it runs like new, you will not be disappointed they also will get you in as soon as possible.

Excellent work done... very happy. Better prices than most. Staff was fantastic. Recommend getting your vehicle fixed here.

I had reviewed this shop once a couple months ago. At that time there were about 20 reviews here on Google. But it seems all the old reviews for this business on Goggle have disappeared so I'm reupping it. I've gone here twice. The first time was a spectacular experience. Professional with an estimate up front, fast repair turn around and fair pricing with a receipt at the end detailing all the work done. Based on that visit this would have been a 5*. However the second time was a vastly different experience. I made an appointment for an electrical problem. No estimate up front even when they identified the issue. They had my vehicle in the back about 45 minutes. And the guy came out told me they had to replace a switch and 2 4 foot lengths of wire. So in my head I'm thinking maybe $130-150. When he told me the cost was $247 I was shocked. I paid as I needed my vehicle and this time only receipt I got was the credit card receipt. I don't know why it was so much. There was 1 hour of labor and I looked up the switch and it was only $36. Must've been some either REALLY expensive wire or a HUGE mark up on the switch. So I decided this would be my last visit here. Even though they do a GREAT job with the repairs. I highly recommend that you get an estimate up front which and a detailed receipt at they end if you decide to come here.
