Professional, friendly, efficient. I had a tire blowout on the highway on my way to my nightshift, and had to work my whole shift before I could attend to my car. I called Hansen, and they even picked me up from work on the way to my car. It took the driver less than ten minutes to change my tire, and I was on my way.
Thanks to Hansen, my ordeal was both far less stressful *and* far cheaper than I was afraid it was going to be. I hope I don't need them again any time soon, but now I'm fully confident trusting them when I have car troubles.
Fast, courteous, friendly. Got my car door open without issue and when he saw me go for my jumper cables he told me to put them away and gave us a hotshot.
I needed roadside assistance with a flatbed tow for all wheel drive, and these guys were incredible to work with! I was stranded next to the highway, and Hansen was super quick to arrive, get my car loaded up, and get it to the repair garage. Hansen Towing has fantastic customer service and is by far the most affordable service. I called them and they were here within 45 minutes. They were all so nice!! Highly recommend.
