I had a rather unusual situation where a replacement key was made for my car, and seemed to be malfunctioning. I couldn’t get into my car and a very kind, polite technician arrived quickly and had my door open in probably 10 minutes or less. It was a big relief once we both figured out how to silence my alarm. It was expensive, ($78,) but it was much cheaper than a few other local services I called. When you realize the cost of operating a tow truck on an on-call basis, it really isn’t that bad. It was a pleasure to deal with someone like your technician. I’d definitely recommend this company for any lock-out situation.

Andrew was amazing! He showed up as quickly as possible to a chaotic accident site. He was kind, efficient, and worked with law enforcement to get all cars back on the road quickly and safely. Thankfully damage was minimal and towing was quick to my intended destination. Got the tough work done with speed and precision and was a gem of a human during a tough moment for quite a few people.

Erik was wonderful picking up the car. They were super quick and made the process so much easier than I’ve had it in the past! I definitely will be recommending them in the future!

I had a great experience with Grand Valley Towing. Nathan came out to tow my truck after I had a popped tire, but instead of automatically towing it, he suggested changing it to my spare tire, which ended up being a much better and more affordable option. He arrived in less than 20 minutes and had my tire changed in about 2 minutes. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. I really appreciated his honesty and efficiency. Highly recommend!

We got stuck in a snowbank today with whiteout conditions and I misjudged the ramp onto the freeway. That’s a scary situation to be in all of a sudden. Grand Valley service was amazing from the very first moment with the gentleman on the phone who initially helped us all the way to how quickly Andrew was able to arrive despite terrible conditions and how busy all the tow companies must have been. He helped us so calmly, efficiently, and with compassion and kindness-it really felt like he was an angel sent to us. I’m so glad I called Grand Valley Towing on this snowy day in January when my car slid sideways and I was unable to get out of the snowbank. Andrew, the wonderful tow truck driver was there to pull me out within approximately 12 minutes! He was very helpful, courteous and friendly and seemed happy I didn’t have any damage done to my vehicle. I’m giving them a 5 star rating and will keep their number in my phone always! Thanks guys-I appreciate you lots!!

They arrived within a half hour to pull me out of the ditch, others were stating 2 hours!! I was sent a text when they were on the way and the driver called when he was within 5 miles. Driver was extremely friendly. I would definitely use them again!

Professional Timely. Driver gave me notice so I could meet him there. Showed up maybe 20 seconds after I did. Got to the house I have a slope driveway covered in snow. He spent a good 15 minutes trying to get as far up the driveway as he could even salted. I was very happy. Other than having to do it in the first place.

Don’t normally spend time writing reviews but had an absolutely fantastic experience with Grand Valley Towing. Jorden was very kind and helpful after my accident involving black ice. Being a younger person just starting out on my own, I haven’t had too much experience on how to deal with the aftermath. He was able to walk me through next steps in a highly professional and calming manner which made me feel better about the unfortunate situation. Obviously nobody wants to have their car towed but if I had to I would without a doubt recommend/choose this company again!

I was in a bad way due to blocking both lanes with my truck at a railroad crossing. The dispatcher got me a tow truck within 20 minutes of my call. The driver was able to jump both of my batteries and patiently waited until I got my truck to the side of the road. It was only about 5 degrees outside so I am grateful for their quick response.

Seth and Ian blessed me today by giving me a free tow. Before Seth reached out to me I was sitting in my car freezing and stressed out. I was calling different places and just couldn’t foot the bill. Seth made sure i would get home and sent Ian. Ian made sure i was warm, comfortable and safe. These are good people who serve their community right. i’m so glad Ian came and got me. His humor and nurturing spirit really turned my day around. I needed a blessing, Seth and Ian came and did just that.

My truck broke down and I needed a tow. Did a quick Google search and this company showed up with glowing reviews. The experience was the same for me. Fast response and affordable price. As an added perk I got a ride to my destination. I rode with Andrew and his truck was super clean. We had a good chat on our 30min drive. Hopefully I don’t need a tow again, but if I do, I know who I can call.
