This is our first visit to Padnos on Burton. We stopped at the office for help. The lady was very kind and very helpful. We appreciated the information. It was easy to drop off the cardboard

My first time here and it was very smooth. I didn’t have to lug my stuff inside. Drive on scale they tell you what to do and where to go. Easy direction for traffic flow. As a bonus my first time I got a free portable charger and my second trip they will give me $5. I will recommend and return.

I love this place. I have been going for a few years now. They all been super friendly and always willing to give me help. I've asked for random tips from people and always so nice. This time I got a bunch of paperwork and advice on how to make more money by sorting my metal better. A couple years ago I had my general scrap + scrap in the little building. I had gotten way more than expected when cashed out so I didn't think anything of it. but a few days later I had gotten a letter and check in the mail saying, hey sorry we forgot to add your scrap from the little building heres a check for that. Made me feel really good and happy. I tell all my friends to come to this location. only thing I dont like is im not that great with a trailer yet and my truck does not exactly turn that great. so getting back on the scales some times a bit of a challenge. but I've always made it back on

I cannot express how awesome this particular scrap yard is. A guy named Ben helped me with some questions about current rates for certain metals. That lead to solid convo about metal and discovered that he and I have similar taste in music! Ben bragged a little about meeting the guys from Crowbar and I was jealous. He's super nice.

The cleanliness of this location was outstanding along with their eagerness and promptness to assist with my needs were impeccable. The ladies in the office were very friendly and helpful and awesome to work with. Would highly recommend the Burton street facility.

Staff out in the yard and inside the garage were super helpful and knowledgeable. The office ladies were amazing, you could tell they knew how to run things efficiently. My go to place to bring anything I need to scrap!

I’ve been here a handful of times over the course of several years, and it’s always a great experience. The metal guys always respect me and answer any questions I have without making me feel like I don’t know what I’m doing, and the people in the pay booth are friendly and make it quick and easy.

I Love Padnos on Burton Street Wyoming, Michigan. The Employees are very kind and helpful and I love their attitudes I’m there sometimes several times a day most of the week. Their prices are very fair and reasonable. They don’t rip anyone off. If anyone didn’t like them than your free to go somewhere else. No one needs to down Padnos on count of their prices. In case you don’t understand about how the scrap business goes, It’s all based on stock market prices. And because of our government prices may go a lot higher but that’s not on Padnos They have to make their money as well to pay their bills and all of their employees. June 14th 2022 Update, Ive been scrapping vehicles For over 34 years I’ve been at Dustys Scrap Metal, on Chicago Drive I’ve been To KMR Metal Recyclers on division, i’ve been West Side Iron And Metal on Hall and Buchanan. But I love Patmos on Burton Street The ladies in the yard Mary, Kay, And Heather are great yard women Big Ben is a great guy as well. Along with the two other yard guys which are very helpful when unloading vehicles. But when it comes getting paid my two favorite women office Rachel and Melissa they both seem to be very good woman with happy attitudes. Although one of them stole my heart and I think a lot about Her I just want to say thank you Padnos From bottom my heart and thank you for working with me and for me for over the years that I’ve been Scrapping with you And I hope to keep doing business With you for many years to come all the Padnos employees Are kinda like family to me And I wish each and every one of you A great life in a wonderful future ahead of you for many many many many many many years to come your friend Johnny Bedford.

Great place the people are friendly and it’s always clean. There has only been one time I picked up a screw in my tire and they were willing to pay any cost if I had to get it repaired but It didn’t cost me anything to get my tire repaired. I have been going there for about 5 year and I go there a minimum of once a week.

Great staff there, the entire experience was great. Staff was helpful and polite, the office staff was just as wonderful as the scale staff. Truly recommend Padnos over on Burton for all your scrap needs.

This place is a scam!! Truck bed full of aluminum cans supposedly only weighed 28lbs. I asked how many pounds I was up to at half empty truck bed. The worker just looked at me with a questioning look. Asked if that was all I had, I said no, about halfway there. Never answered my question. Got to the office and they were like you had 28lbs. 10.00$ I'll just throw them away from here on out. Total rip off. Not my first time scraping aluminum and this is the least I've ever gotten and it was the most I've ever had. 0 stars from me. Forced to give 1.

Gentlemen in the yard are helpful. Office gal is cheerful. :) Always suspicion around hidden scale readings inside--only workers see them. Additionally can't help but feel they can miscategorize for profit. Null transparency. No signs with definitions (or pricing) exist for the many ways each metal can be classified. Aluminum & wire are largest suspects.

This was my second visit to the Burton st facility. I was impressed with how well marked and easy it was to find out where to drop off my recycling. Rachael was the first person on the intercom with her friendly voice. She proved to be very helpful inside the pay booth building

Had never been there before. Parked in, what I thought was, an open spot in the corner of the parking lot. Walked into the office and was waiting for assistance. This employee comes in and chews me out for parking in the way! Nothing courteous. “Good morning sir, we will need you please move your truck”. Just “that truck is in the way and needs to move right now!” And then proceeds to walk back into his little hut. Not very professional. Lost a customer for life.

The absolute best people and service!!! The guy on the inside doing metals could be more polite. However, the ladies and workers in the yard are GREAT!!! Melissa and Rachel are FANTASTIC and always brighten the day!!!

This place has always done me Justice easy to come in unload get your money you're gone I suggest here panels five star
