I had a small problem with a part, I called and found there was a charge to the part I was unaware of. The service department investigated and I received a prompt response, less than an hour. Most of the time from other companies all I hear is crickets and after a day or so I have to call them back and maybe get an answer. RV Elite will move to the top of my to order parts list.

Very good service the only thing I didn’t like was that they charge almost 35 dollars for a 3 day delivery and it took 7 days and I didn’t get reimbursed

The item I ordered was in stock and shipped on time and arrived very quick which is important because we travel full time and are moving every couple weeks. It installed and worked the way I expected but I thought the price was a little excessive, which is the reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars, but since I could not find it anywhere else I was forced to pay. I bookmarked the site and will use them again for hard to find items.

We had just bought an older motorhome and needed a relay for our slides. I found it on the RV Elite Parts website. I needed it to be shipped at an alternate location since we were out of country. I called in and asked for help with ordering it. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. The nice gentleman who answered the phone made it happen. We got the relay in two days and now all is fixed and we can continue the journey. Seemless communication and service. Thank you RV Elite Parts for all your help.

I had a broken door handle on my RV. I was able to find the exact right one very quickly and get it ordered. They shipped the same day and I had it in a couple of days. It fit perfectly and even came with two new keys. I would buy from them again with no hesitation.

Part is as advertised except motor end did not swap sides, the wire follows a channel to the other side. But works just the same. Easy installation and quick delivery.

Ordered the part but I made an error on the delivery address however I sent an email hoping to change the address and no problem. Sure do appreciate RV Elite. Now the hard part, getting under the back of the rv and putting the part in. Thank you RV Elite.

I ordered the bottom (convex) mirror for my Remco side mirror. It arrived in a few days. All the parts were there to install it but I had a hard time getting the mirror to "snap" in place. I was afraid of pushing too hard and breaking it. My wife suggested using an oven mitt on my hand. Using the mitt, it went right on. We are able to see again!!

This was my first time buying from RV Elite Parts Group and I am extremely pleased! They had some hard to find parts for my 2005 Safari Gazelle. Prices were very reasonable and shipping was very fast. Great communication from them as well. I will definitely be back!

Product took longer than expected to arrive because of customs but RV elite kept me in the loop and product is just what I was looking for. Fits perfectly for dicor wheel simulator that are no longer produced by dicor.

Motorhome entry door handle was failing. Need to replace and RV Elite had the part available. Ordering online was painless, shipment tracking precise and the delivery was quick. Always good when you can get in & out of your rig.

Visor was slightly longer than original but went in with no problem. Works great. Nice to be able to use the motorized visor again.

Good quality door hinge. Fit perfect other than drilling two new holes . Would of been nice if it included mounting screws and rivets for the price .

Money was taken out of my bank account the day after I ordered, then I received an email that the item was back-ordered 5-7 days. 2 weeks later, still no item or update. After numerous phone calls, I cancelled the order . After another week of waiting, I still haven’t received a refund!

I ordered a part for our motor home, paying extra in hopes of receiving it before departing on a trip. I was informed the part was on back order. It wasn’t necessary that we have it before we left but would’ve been nice. I emailed them to let them know I paid extra for the expedited shipping. I received a response immediately and was told they would refund the extra shipping cost. To my surprise, we did in fact receive the part before leaving on our trip. Very satisfied with the service they provided!

We ordered the 92” power shade for the front of our motorhome. It had 2 - 45” shades, but we decided since we use it more for privacy the larger shade would work perfectly. It mounted super easy (especially after I read the note that said mounts weren’t included) and hooked right up to our drivers side power. Smooth, quiet operation. Shipping was fast and the product was exactly as described.

** UPDATE REVIEW ** I had mentioned a couple of things about my order , one being they did not mention how long the item would take to get to me. It only took a few days so i was happy with the shipping and the part fitted perfect so i have changed it to 5 stars. Thank you for the note below and reaching out to me.
