My sons car broke down on friday night about 9. I was settled down about to watch the celtics when i got the call to my dismay. Called performance towing and they said they would to the car in 25 minutes. Mind you i had no faith seeing that i have waited hours on end for tows. Well low and behold he arrived in 25 minutes as said and proceeded to tow car to our home which was not an easy task. Our house is at the top of a hill surrounded by snowbanks and very dark. He did this with no problem along with being professional and courteous. Would highly recommend and will use in future should the need arrive! In addition, price wqs reasonable.
2/12/24 which was a Thursday. I was stuck in Myles Standish State Park on Center College road. I thought it was clear but anyway. I called all tow companies and on this towing company came to my rescue. Travis was very understanding and cooperative. If no one came I would been stuck in the woods. Travis tried everything he could to get me out. He’s a very understanding guy. Very easy going. Pleasure meeting him. Deserves 10 stars if possible.
I have to say Travis the owner is an absolutely amazing person! I was involved in a multi vehicle car accident, and I had to be brought to the hospital via ambulance. My suv was totaled, I was severely injured.
My Sister-in-law went to pick up my personal items including my phone from my vehicle. Travis talked with her over the phone to coordinate that, also he prepared her for how bad my suv looked. Once I got my phone Travis called me to work with the insurance companies to get things figured out. I still had some items in the suv and needed the plates. Travis got everything ready for a friend of mine to pick up, as I am not able to drive due to my injuries. He always asked me how I was doing, and if there was anything at all that he could do for me. His kindness during this process has not gone unnoticed! If you need any of the services they offer, call them! Highly recommended!!

These guys are amazing. Had my work box truck stuck in my driveway against My neighbors fence. They were here within 30 mins, was able to get it off the fence without damaging any of the paint and the price was far better than I had anticipated. Highly recommend these guys.
I would give negative stars if I could. My car was towed by this company and fortunately I had left my bank card in my vehicle. When I called to have someone meet me there to let me get my car they told me that in addition to the toe cost that I would also need to pay an additional $150 to have somebody come out there to let me get my vehicle. I said OK that is fine. I will pay when I get there and I get my card out of the vehicle. They said no that they need the payment right then and there over the phone and I said well I can’t do that because my cards in the car obviously. They said well that is too bad. My house keys are with my house keys and they Told me to find a shelter to Sleep in for the night
Travis tried to scam us we just went to mcarthy's instead. Thet are great. Good luck choose wisely make sure you question everything travis says! Good luck.
Travis and his team are top notch. I’ve brought all of my vehicles to him and he has never let me down. His prices are excellent his turn around and lead times are superb and communication is awesome. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for work done to their car.

I cannot praise Travis the owner at Performance Auto enough !!!!! His kindness I only hope to pay forward to others in my community! I am a single mother, had he not put him self in my shoes and allowed me to not pay a storage fee for my vehicle. I would have lost my car all together.

I just want to say today March 3rd 2021. I was at Walmart in Plymouth & there was a car stuck on the curb. The driver you sent out did an AWESOME job removing her car. The car didn't scrape or get damage any further.
Had a phone call with the gentleman about having my car Dino to accurately gauge my horse power for a before and after, he said we don’t work on any imported cars only muscle cars.... well you lost my business
The place I will never use I took my son car to this place they called and told him your car frame is damaged it’s going to cost $1500 and the car only need lower control arm $79 for the lower arm
I don’t know how the people go there I don’t recommend this place to any one unless you have money you don’t need it
