They did a great job repairing the damage. The front area workers were extremely kind and helpful. The only reason I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 was because the repair took soooooo long. Nov11 until Dec 5. I guess cars are made of such cheap material that someone backing into a parked car could cause so much damage.

The staff was unbelievably friendly from the moment I walked in and made the whole process stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me great advice on the best options for my car. The quality of service and professionalism was top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone needing auto body work!

Everyone had great service only had your car for a month. My car 8 weeks, wrong part ordered 2nd part came in dented. My car insurance 30 days was up I had to pay over 300 dollars. They take too many cars in that they can fix in time. They even told me that they took on too many cars. Now I am out 300 Dollars for my rental. I would hope they would help me with the cost. That didn't happen. Maybe you should not take on too many cars to fix it you don't have enough staff. I trusted you and now I am out 309 dollar

I had an excellent experience with Kings Collision in Plymouth, MA. They made the process very seamless. In addition to continual updates on the progress of my vehicle. Brian Cox was extremely helpful and walked me through every detail. Grateful for his help and King Collision team. Lastly, the repairs were done in a timely manner with a quality finish.

I can’t say enough about this family-owned business. At my age, being in a car accident is traumatic enough, then having to deal with everything else, like insurance, etc. Kings Collision put me at ease from my first pleasant phone call to my appointment, only to find out that my car was a total loss. 🫣 King helped me with many questions to take back to the insurance company. They never rushed me in having my car towed out of their lot. I cannot say enough about how happy and pleased I was working with them. Had my Rivian R1S hit in the rear quarter and the team there at King Collision did an amazing job of repairing the vehicle within Rivian's strict rules of repair. Brian looked into other requests I had while Ashley took care of the communication. While there were a couple of issues post repair, Ashley got me in next day to quickly rectify them. They pride themselves in post-repair service to ensure everything is up to their high quality standard, which I strongly value for a complex vehicle like this.

This is my second experience with King Collision. This was for a window repair. They got me quickly after it broke to plastic wrap the window until the replacement came in. They also cleaned the car immaculately before returning it to me. Highly recommend.

I got into an accident and they were so informative ! They kept me in the loop with everything . They made it easy to pick up my belongings when my insurance company deemed my vehicle totaled . Completely professional and understanding when everything with my insurance went south . I didn’t have the chance to have any work done but their professionalism is what would send me back if I need work done in the future !

My Honda Van had damage from another driver who clipped my front end. I had previously had work done on another vehicle I own so I am a repeat customer. They do top notch work. My van is a low mileage but older van in great shape. The damage was not extensive but needed to be repaired. They did a great job on my van, it looks like it’s new again. With only 48,000 miles it was in great shape now it looks just as good as before the accident. You can’t go wrong with King Collision they do the repairs right. Their workmanship is exactly top notch.

I just had the best experience at King Collision! They took care of everything which included having a rental car ready when I arrived to drop off my vehicle and continued updates on the progress of the repairs. Every facet of my experience with King Collision, Brian Cox (Appraiser) and Ashley Swift in Customer Service was exceptional! The office and everyone associated with King Collision truly exceeds expectations. My Enterprise Rental car was ready and waiting upon arrival with an Enterprise associate on site to make the first transition perfectly seamless. Ashley worked seamlessly and diligently with both my insurance and Jeep procuring parts and kept me informed with consistent messages and texts. Everyone did exactly what they said they would when they said they would~a rare experience now - and did so with amazing professionalism and empathy and kindness! This is the place to go when your vehicle needs care!

Takes a bad situation and makes it all better. En route to Florida his past December we were side swiped by a semi tractor trailer truck. I was inches from being killed. The damage to our Honda Crv was nightmarish. We brought it in to King Collision and like a fairy godmother, they brought our Honda back to its original glory. You would never know the damage was there. See for yourself the spectacular work they did!

My car isn’t even fixed yet but I have to put a review just for the costumer service! I had gotten into an accident a couple days ago, it was a pretty good hit. From the second I had an appraiser set up to come look at my car, they have made sure to keep in contact with me and update me with any additional issues, what they plan on doing, and answering any questions right away for me since this is my first time going through this process they have made it so much easier! Usually with body shops I feel they can take forever to take apart your car and you have to kinda bug them abt it, at king collisions that’s not what happens! They got my car looked at within a couple of days, quicker than the date they were originally going to take it apart. I even have the shops phone number so we can text about any issues/questions. Brian and brianna are absolutely amazing! very professional and very good at their job. Highly recommended! Update: Ashley Brianna and Brian are the absolute best!!! Thank you to everyone who had worked on my car she looks brand new!! they even detailed the inside of it! I HIGHLY recommend King collision
