*edited original review* Have ordered a dumpster from this company twice. The first time, the overweight charge seemed possible since it was filled to the top. The second time, however, the dumpster was maybe half full with mostly leaves and some wood, and it still came back over the weight limit. I understand weight is measured on certified scales, and it’s possible factors like heavy rain played a role, but the charge still felt off to me as a customer. What ultimately left a bad impression was not the charge itself, which was paid, but the follow-up. After posting this review, I received multiple emails that felt aggressive, pressuring, and ultimatum-driven, demanding that I change or remove my review within a set timeframe. As a repeat customer, the tone and approach were disappointing and unnecessary. The service itself was otherwise fine and pricing was competitive, but the way this situation was handled afterward made the overall experience unpleasant.

Very smooth transaction. Only place I could find that doesn't charge extra for up to 14 days of rental, which worked out well to have the dumpster for 2 weekends. Dumpster was dropped off and picked up on the days promised.

We had a cleanup to do over the weekend and called Sunday to see if it could be removed before the business opened on Monday morning. They made sure the dumpster was there when we needed it and removed it in plenty of time so it wasn't blocking customers as we requested. Their service us always top notch!

When I spoke to the owner I showed him pictures of the driveway and made it clear he had to back up. When he arrived he drove up the driveway and had to back all the way down then back up the driveway like we had talked about. I mentioned to him that the home owner wanted to be there and he was nasty and said why does the home owner have to be there. When I was done with their service and told him the dumpster was ready to be picked up. He said no problem I’ll get it the next day. A week later the home owner called me and said is the dumpster supposed to still be here. I called the company immediately and he said it was checked off that it had been picked up. It had not been picked up. The next day he sent his guy to get it and he had a lot of trouble getting the dumpster loaded onto the trailer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Precision Disposal was a pleasure to deal with. I had a scheduling conflict right after I scheduled the dumpster drop off and they couldn’t have been more understanding and helpful. It was greatly appreciated. The delivery and pick up were on time and went smoothly. Overall, a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again!

I mistakenly left a review that was intended for another company “Precision Dumpster” It since has been removed. Unfortunately it was not a positive review. I called and spoke to the owner Nick of PRECISION DISPOSAL to apologize he was kind and receptive. He told me others unfortunately have made the same mistake online and even complaints of what some thought were his trucks driving erratically. Fortunately he and his wife as small local business owners were able to track and prove with GPS technology those incidents were not their trucks. As the names are so similar and both have equipment black with white lettering. Sometimes in moments of stressful situations especially behind the wheel it is easy to make a mistake like I did. Hopefully my leaving this review for PRECISION DISPOSAL will give pause the next time they are mistaken for Precision DUMPSTER. I wish our contractor had used this company rather than the latter.

This was my first time using Precision Disposal, and I'm very pleased with the service. They provide a contract, prior to delivery, so you know exactly what you're in for before, and after using the dumpster. I'll highly recommend Precision to friends & family, should they need this type of service.

The rate started out reasonable, but the extras brought it up higher than any one I'd called. My contractor said it was the worst he'd seen. Also the rental time period is the shortest -- a werk. Most places I called allow two weeks. My contractor's service gives him a month. The other places are so popular, though, that they had no dumpsters, so I tried this place. First and last time. The only thing good I can say is the dumpster had a nice paint job.

I ordered two 30 yard dumpsters for construction work and basement clean. The service was outstanding. Nick broke everything down to me in details with no hidden agenda. On time delivery and quick pick up. I highly recommend using them.

Following a house fire we have gotten 3 dumpsters from this company. The owner is very responsive to questions and information. He was very easy and pleasant to work with. He recently responded over the weekend to a message I left for him. That is rare nowadays!! The dumpsters were always delivered and picked up on schedule. They were also always clean . I know that may not seem like much but it is much more pleasant to load a dumpster if there is not guck left from the last person. I would definitely use them in the future as well as recommenced them!!!

I rented a dumpster from Precision Disposal and had great service. Dumpster was reasonably priced, with inclusions, and was dropped off when it was supposed to be and also picked up. The owner, Nick, got back to me via e-mail or telephone pretty quickly when I left a message. It was quick and easy. They are also transparent with pricing and any extra fees up front.
