Wait in line for ever. Computer system is always down. Cannot return a product because it electrical.

I placed an online order at the Samoset St. Store. Go there an hour after placing the order. Wait ten minutes or so for them to look for the part . It turns out that even though it says they have it they don't. They call the Pilgrim hill location and have them check stock seeing online it said both stores have it. Turns out Pilgrim hill store did have it. So Samoset St. Store gives me a slip and sends me up to this Pilgrim hill store . I walk in and the guy says this ticket is nothing. It is only a pick ticket and proceeds to circle the word pick . I told him I was given this by the other store and told to come here. He says again this is a pick ticket it means nothing!!!! Circles it again. Then proceeds to tell me what I should have done and what the other store should have done. I told him the gasket is right there behind you so someone pulled it out it even has my name on it. He tells me that doesn't matter. I have to cancel my order online then reorder from them and wait the 20 - 30 minutes for the order to process. I can't believe that is how it has to be done. The attitude of the employees was a I don't care about anything and actually rude. I normally deal with the Cranberry highway location and I drove 20 to get this gasket because cranberry highway didn't have it. I won't make that mistake again. Very unprofessional .
