We broke down on a Friday night and they got to us quickly! The driver was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help us out. We will definitely be calling again next time we need to get out of a jam.
McCarthy Towing is amazing! Over the past eight months, we have had to use them on three of our different vehicles. Sean has always been the person who has helped us. Sean has always been pleasant and knowledgeable, and handled our Vehicles with great care.

They suck. I asked to have my car put at the Cumberland farms in mass as my insurance company instructed me to try and do that. The man who gave me and Emily the girl I was with a ride back to Cumberlands, he told me. “Well who’s gonna pay for the ride”. when it was literally 3 mins from the highway off the exit. Like I never wanted this man to come take my car I wanted my INSURANCE company to pick it up because I had NO cash any of that to pay him. Keep in mind I live all the way MANCHESTER NH now I have to wait till Monday to try and pick my car up. They are pathetic
We had one of our customers get stuck in some beach sand and we called McCarty towing to see if they could assist our customer with a winch out seeing we are not close to Plymouth. The women who answered the phone wich was dottie said she would send someone by to observe situation and with a shortly response back to us and said its out. We at advanced towing inc appreciate the fast services from McCarthy towing and thanks dottie.
Honestly I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE who needs roadside assistance. They are rude, very unprofessional. They will do anything to make sure you pay a higher bill. They don’t try to work it out instead they have a horrible attitude. Save yourself time and $ go elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I would.
They suck! I needed roadside assistance and I called, they got my information and had me waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I called back and they told me that they couldn’t assist me.
Should’ve told me that in the first place instead of having me wait for almost 2 hours and being super late for work.
