We have been coming to Levis Gulf at the Pinehills for about 6 years now. They have helped us with all of our cars routine maintenance, emergency maintenance and safety inspections. They are always so helpful and honest with their recommendations. They let us know what is needed to be done right away but also let us know of items that upcoming with no pressure. I never feel as though they are 'upselling' anything and have shopped around to find that they are very competitive with cost. They are friendly and welcoming. Nobody likes getting work done to their cars, but the crew at Levis make it much more manageable and stress free. Thank you for all you do for us!
Always a great experience coming here, staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. Best detail around, interior and exterior spotless every time. The ATM is also very convenient!
They tried to charge/upsell for an unnecessary repair. I brought in the car for an oil change and to check a specific sound. Got a call that the oil was done and I could pick up the car. When I asked about the sound, they said "oh your tie rods need replacing, $300."
1. The sound was NOTHING like a bad tie rod.
2. They hadn't brought it up without me asking
3. THEY had inspected this car one month prior, no issues found on inspection
4. I brought it to a different shop, no issues found, tie rods just fine.
Other issues have included installing the wrong brake drum on my vehicle. I noticed because the ABS light lit up on my dash when I picked it up. This was new, and something they should have noticed after installation. I had to take it to the other location to diagnose the problem same day. They did replace the brake drum the next day they were open, but just an absolute string of failures.
Convenient if you live in the pinehills, however gas is usually $1 more per gallon than other stations. They do annual sticker testing and both car wash and detailing.
I definitely make it a point to pop in for their full service gas station from time to time! Chase was especially nice too when he replaced my wiper blades in a timely fashion! Thanks for everything you do! Wishing you a booming summer! 😎

Been going to Levi’s at both locations for over 25years. Simply the best and most honest around. I have family from Boston to Plymouth using them now!!!!
Love them , they are always quick, efficient, friendly and reasonable. My family has done lots of repairs and stickers with this family. You’ll never find a better family to work with.
These guys saved our day! Got a flat tire with our rental car on the way to Logan airport and they had us back on the road in 20 minutes. Highly recommend!
Same young man that “works” there is quite lazy… nothing ever works, or too busy even when I have scheduled appointment. Most employees there are helpful, but I keep getting this one.

Usually, a very friendly staff...but the Grinch was working today. I made an appointment to have my car detailed today at 9:30 AM. I arrived at 9:32 and was scolded by a young man with a beard, who told me I had just made it. He was sure to inform me that they only accepted details after 9:30 on Saturdays and were short-staffed today. Needless to say, I still need to get my car detailed, and buy a gift certificate for the better half. (I was 2 minutes late because I stopped at the bank to get cash for a tip)
Gas price was almost two dollars per gallon more expensive than any other station. I got off the highway needing gas, my gauge read only 20 miles left until empty. I stopped here, saw the price, and was going to get one gallon to be able to make it to the next gas station comfortably. I paid for 1 gallon and started to pull away and noticed it did not move my gas tank gauge at all. My gauge still read 20 miles until empty! I get 48 miles per gallon highway so it should have gone up at least a little bit. This place is a scam and didn't give me any gas. Do not come here. I see another review that says the pump is scamming gallons and I definitely believe it
Very friendly and helpful staff. I stopped in with a low tire light on, they quickly got me in and out. Clean and professional facility. Highly recommended!
