I had an excellent experience purchasing my 2025 Volvo V90 at Volvo Cars Plymouth. Joel Casser (my sales advisor) was friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me get the vehicle I wanted. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain all available options, and make sure I felt confident in my purchase. I want to mention that the other members of the staff I dealt with at this dealership (Kristie, Sonny, Evan) were also very customer-focused and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated the dealership's fair and transparent pricing, clear communication, and the effort they made to make the delivery as smooth and easy as possible. I went in an a whim. Knowing my lease was up on my Jeep. I ended up meeting Rob. A sales associate. I test drove a car and then said I’d be in touch. I still hadn’t made up my mind. Rob stayed in touch with me via text and I asked about a pre owned vehicle on their website. I then went in and test drove that car. I ended up buying that car. Rob made it the smoothest car purchase I’ve ever made. Usually I leave stressed out. Confused and with a migraine. lol. This was also The first car purchase I made without bringing my husband. My own research. My own vehicle choice. I really lucked out meeting Rob. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new or pre owned vehicle. He was just on point and easy to work with

Broought our 2015 Volvo xc60 to address a balky heater. Technician quickly identified the problem and addressed it. Technician also called our attention excess wear on one or more tires and we concurred and two new tires were put on. The car was returned clean in and out, heating system was restored to full working status, andcwith the winter we’ve been having the new tires give us a bit more confidence driving in challenging conditions. We were kept informed throughout the entire process and pleased with the work, the technicians and the work/snack area that allowed me to sit comfortably while the work was carried out. Highly recommend to all Volvo owners.

Most people complain about getting their car serviced. I actually look forward to it! I always opt to wait there. The waiting room is so comfortable and conducive for just hanging out, or getting some work done. The staff is always welcoming, as well as clear and concise. I always feel confident that my car has been properly taken care of, and when I get the video with the walkthrough after it is solidified!

Rob, was excellent, efficient, very organized and professional. Volvo Plymouth is a really nice facility with great selection and options to buy. Process was quick and smooth, in and out in 45 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

Brought Wife’s 2022 Volvo V60 Wagon in for 40K Service. Everyone was helpful, got both a video inspection/ and multi point inspection form everything running great. I had waited for service, under 2 hours, comfortable waiting area.

We have had such a great experience with the service department at this dealership! (we didn’t buy our Volvo here so can’t comment on them). Everyone who has helped us has been so kind, knowledgeable, and have gone above and beyond. We have worked personally with Josh, the service manager, (customer service is outstanding!), Taylor at the front desk (always greets us with a smile, is so efficient and helpful!), and Gary, one of the mechanics (went out of his way to help us, always says hello when he sees us!). The repairs have been great, and the car comes out washed and the tires inflated. So there are all the mechanics behind the scene who are fantastic and are clearly skilled and knowledgeable. This is an outstanding service department and I recommend it highly!!

I made an impulse buy on a very hot second-hand car that turned out to have issues. When it turned out to haver been a mistake on my part, Joel Casser of Volvo Cars Plymouth identified a more practical used vehicle and unwound the first purchase without hesitation or fuss. They were great. Joel Casser had the second car, a dual motor XC40 Recharge which already had two new tires, fitted with two more new cars and had a thorough inspection done. The inspection noted some vibration in the front end while accelerating. He had both front end axles replaced. There was no charge for any of this or for the new wiper blades. The car drove noticeably better and a future maintenance issue avoided. I did not have to make any requests. Joel was terrific to deal with - positive, focused on making the car right, and he was forthright and communicative. If I ever buy another car (unlikely as I am about to be 83) I will only buy from Joel and Volvo Cars Plymouth.

I have been searching for a specific used car for a couple of months. When I found it at Volvo in Plymouth I was so excited but dreading the buying and negotiation process!!! My husband and I walked in and were greeted by Joel, a very pleasant salesman. He got the process started to value my trade while we went on a test drive. When we returned , we sat down and he explained all of the numbers. Next we met with Laurie, one of the finance managers. She explained all of the different warranty options and answered all of my questions. There were no surprises and we were not pressured to buy the extra warranties we didn’t want to buy. Sonny, the Sales manager checked in on us several times throughout the process. Everyone was AMAZING. This was by far my best car buying experience. Highly recommend!!!

My experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing due to repeated administrative mistakes. They mishandled paperwork once during the sale and three separate times after. Most concerning, they never properly registered my vehicle. I only found out when I received a letter from the state notifying me of an impending fine. When I reached out, the dealership “discovered” they had accidentally sent all of my paperwork to Florida. They took my car back for two weeks to correct the issue, because it was no longer even legal to drive due to the lack of registration. They also lost the VIN check documentation in the process, which had to be redone. I was given a loaner during that time, but when I asked to be reimbursed for two car payments I’d already made on a vehicle I technically didn’t own yet, I was rudely told I should be “grateful” the loaner was complimentary. That kind of response sums up the experience: multiple mistakes, zero ownership. Looking back, I should have known what to expect when they initially processed my loan under the wrong terms and told me to “just pay it off early” instead of fixing it properly. This experience was a complete breakdown in professionalism, accuracy, and accountability. I would strongly recommend confirming every detail in writing if you choose to do business here. I was genuinely surprised by how many errors and excuses there were, I truly would have expected more from a Volvo dealer.

Picked up my Volvo today. I was so very impressed with our salesman Cory, Sonny the sales manager and our experience in general. Car buying has never been something I personally have enjoyed. In this case I felt that these people generally cared and I never felt that my opinions and concerns were not important. I was also extremely impressed with the young man who very patiently showed me the ins and outs of this very impressive vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend this particular dealership to everyone.

My salesman, Corey listened to my wants and needs and found my car! He made the shopping experience pleasant and he was so helpful! Lori, in the finance department was equally great to work with! The techs were also great! They helped me navigate the electronics in the car and set my sound system to just how I like! I can't say enough about how amazing my experience was with the team at Volvo Cars Plymouth! They kept their word on everything, which really stood out to me. A standout moment during my test drive was with Joel, who let me focus on assessing the EV’s motor and drive-train in peace. He understood that, as he put it, "he doesn’t come with the car," so why should I need to assess his wit while I was focused on the vehicle? It was a nice touch that showed they respect your time and decision-making process. After having seen many EVs and dealing with a “who’s who” of pushy salespeople, I came in with a bit of "Used Car Salesman Shock." But this experience was so pleasant and professional, I almost thought something was wrong! If you're looking for a no-pressure, customer-first car-buying experience, Volvo Cars Plymouth is the place to go!

Was greeted quickly and immediately felt at ease with Cory. The purchase was seamless and was a perfect buying experience. This place is top notch and I will refer and will hopefully do business here again when the time comes. Sonny was very helpful as well and made me feel at home. They also had the best pricing on the used jeep that I was looking for.

10/10 — Cannot recommend this dealership enough. My husband and I were always in the market for a Honda CRV and my husband did a ton of research to find really good used options in our area. I would have never have guessed that we would buy our Honda from a Volvo dealership, but it was truly the best deal and the most amazing experience. Joel and Sonny are the A-Team. We had issues checking out “great cars” only to find out that they reeked of smoke. Joel did a thorough assessment of the car before we drove down to test drive it and assured us there was no smoke. Sonny was able to get the final price in line with our budget. What’s more, when we arrived to pick it up, Sonny noticed that the rain guards on the windows were peeling. He asked if we could wait 10 minutes and he brought the car right into the shop and had the guys prioritize getting the rain guards off. Overall, it was a really personal and intentional experience. Highly recommend this dealership even if you’re not looking for a Volvo. (Oh, and all the paperwork was easily signed online as was the money transfer. Smoothest purchase ever!)

I had been searching for a car for a while and that search brought me to Volvo of Plymouth. I called and spoke to a sales person Joel, he was very helpful and made plans to head up from the Cape to test drive the car I found online. Well life had other plans and due to a back injury a was in the hospital. Joel gave me his cell number and they were great and healed the car till I could get up the following week. The used car needs some cosmetic fix’s and new tires, Joel had it all taken care of. I am very pleased. The car had a leak in the windshield washer reservoir, I had to bring it back and they fixed it while I waited in their beautiful showroom and waiting area. This dealership is top notch from sales to service. Their service writers are great. Thank You will start my search here when next looking for a new ride.

So, I was somewhat in the market for a new car. I didn’t really need one but I sorta wanted a new car so the value for the car had to lineup with the price if I was going to justify myself buying a new car so I was unsure if I was going to end up staying or driving away. Online I found a 2022 Volvo S60 AWD that was within my price range without too many miles on it, and was a former leased vehicle. Joel and I worked together over the phone to coordinate payments, and document signing, and the only trip I had to make down was to pick up the car. The buying experience was solid. Whenever I buy cars, I try to but them from dealerships that are either independent or are not part of a large chain, and this group Premier Cars checked all those boxes. Many dealerships try to get you to pay a bunch of extra fees on top of the vehicle price, not here. I only had to pay the documentation fee and the fees required by law, and the sales tax. Overall a strong buying experience and I’ll be back sometime to buy again in the far future.

This was my first time purchasing a car through a dealership and let me say, this dealership won me over! I stopped at a few others before coming here and was not satisfied, so luckily I found Volvo in Plymouth. As a 24 year old solo young lady, being persuaded into looking at cars im not comfortable with was my issue. I made my last stop at Volvo last week, and with the help of Jake & the financing with Marquita, I could not be more satisfied! They made this purchase smooth, quick & easy. I did not feel pressured what so ever, and was provided with ideal excellent service. Nor did I feel like they were trying to sell me everything.
