Very fast service here. Had my car checkednout for some minoy paint damage, they buffed and finished it in less than half an hour. Very friendly people and service. Definitely recommend if you need bpdy work done!

My wife's car ended up at Cape Auto after an accident. Although determined to be a total loss and there was no work to be done on the car, Matt Pennucci and the team patiently walked us through the process of what to expect, etc. We had never had an accident claim before, so were somewhat unsure, but were very comfortable with the process. They even discussed having an independent appraiser check to make sure the offer received from the insurance company was fair, which we did and it resulted in an additional $1,400 settlement offer from the insurance company even after the independent appraiser fee. Very trustworthy, will take future needs here for sure.

Great place from start to finish. Brought in my banged up car. They got the insurance supplement which said the car was a total loss. Ugh. They helped me understand what that meant, and helped me decide what my next steps should be. Not sure how they made any money from this, but they were very helpful! Will go back!

The people at Cape Auto in Plymouth are great. After a minor collision with my garage door frame when pulling into my garage, they did a quick repair of the most obvious damage. My car got hit by someone so it was a hit and run. I have never been to an auto body shop and was extremely nervous not knowing if they are reputable or not. I've always respected and had good experiences with Cape Auto, although I haven't needed to go to the collision center before. What a pleasant experience from walking in the reception area to Matt with the evaluation. He was great and explained himself very well. Meanwhile I was on a rime frame,which was also respected...I was very happy with my visit.

Amazing! Cape Auto Body goes above and beyond! I had a small job done the whole process from getting the quote to having the actual work done was quick and done well. I was also overdue for an inspection sticker so they brought it across town to their other location to have my inspection done!! So easy!

The staff... inside and outside the office got along well with each other, which led to a high level of service and my personal experience. Had a great experience during a very stressful time. They did an excellent job repairing accident damage on my wife's beautiful red 4Runner. The whole front end was smashed in. The repairs & paint match are spot on. Matt there guided us through the whole process & dealt with the insurance company expertly. Would recommend to anyone needing accident repairs.

There’s a reason Cape Auto has been going strong for so many years - they are just absolutely the best… Someone backed into my Roadster and managed to unhinge the back bumper along with leaving a dent in the passenger door. I arrived (without an appointment) at cape Auto and they had the car in the workshop within 20 mins and took care of me that day. While in the waiting area I was able to see how they were with other clients - they treated ever customer like family and you can tell why there are people that will trust no one else with their cars, especially an antique BMW like mine. Cape Auto did an awesome job on my truck! My passenger side taillight was taken out by a box truck and was pretty banged up. When I picked my truck up it was like picking it up off the lot again for the first time. The interior was super clean and it looked as though nothing ever happened. It was also blended really well and there is no indication that it was ever damaged. Their communication is excellent and I would definitely recommend them for any body repair.
