I recently moved to Rowen at Pinehills and I’m in love with this place! The community is beautiful, quiet, and very well taken care of. He answered all my questions, made everything easy to understand, and was always super friendly and professional. You can tell he really cares about the residents. I was visiting a friend who lives at Rowen at The Pinehills and was really impressed. The property is beautiful, well-kept, and has a very welcoming feel. The staff I interacted with were very corteuous and friendly while i was there. It is a great community from what I experienced!

From Day 1, The Rowen has exceeded all of my expectations. The staff is outstanding in every possible way. Will, Christine and Sophia are always professional and welcoming and always go above and beyond. Chris and Joe you guys are amazing. Joe, helping me above and beyond to find my car keys. The Rowen is not just an apartment complex-it’s a home with amazing community!

My experience living at this apartment complex was consistently disappointing and fell far short of what’s expected from a property marketed as “luxury.” The fire alarms were a recurring issue, going off nearly every week—often late at night or early in the morning. Sometimes these were labeled as drills, while other times they were triggered by someone smoking in the parking garage. These frequent disruptions made it difficult to rest and, on multiple occasions, I had to make alternative sleeping arrangements. The amenity management was equally frustrating. The pool did not open until 10 a.m., which is inconvenient for residents with morning schedules. Even then, maintenance staff often arrived late to unlock the gate, leaving residents waiting outside for extended periods. Other resident’s behavior was also disappointing. Trash areas were frequently overflowing, and many residents ignored posted rules by bringing large groups of guests to the pool, making it difficult for actual tenants to enjoy the space. Finally, the move-out process was poorly handled. It took nearly two months to receive our refund check, despite multiple follow-ups from my partner. When the check finally arrived, it bounced and was voided. It then took another two days just to reach someone in the office to resolve the issue. Overall, I would not recommend this property seeking a “luxury” living environment.

I lived at the Rowen in Pine Hills for a year and a half and Christina and her team were absolutely the best. Joe and Chris of maintenance dept. were so professional and kind, I will never forget them. I thank you all for making my time living there easier and most pleasant. So many lovely residents, and I also enjoyed all the handy conveniences that Rowen and the Pine Hills offered. I highly recommend the gorgeous Rowen for convenient living in south Plymouth! We moved into Rowen about two months ago and it has been amazing! The staff is so welcoming and helpful, from the second we walked in for our tour with Will we knew it was a place we wanted to call home! In talks with other residents we often note how incredible the community it is and how we feel like we live at a resort. The maintenance team keeps the property spotless and responds extremely quickly to even the smallest of maintenance requests! Rowen is also great at bringing the community together. They often host fitness classes, art classes, movie nights, book clubs, dinners, drinks, and seasonal celebrations, giving residents the chance to unwind, mingle and relax! I would whole heartedly recommend living here to anyone looking for an amazing new home and some amazing new neighbors!!

The Rowen at Pinehills is truly the best place I’ve ever lived. From the moment I moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond — they’re incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The community itself is welcoming and full of good energy. It’s the kind of place where neighbors actually say hello and the entire property has a warm, inviting feel. The maintenance team keeps everything in pristine condition — the level of care and attention they put into the grounds and common areas is unmatched. Everything always looks beautiful and well-kept. I’ve seen a few comments about fire alarms, but honestly, I’d rather have a proactive safety system in place than anything less. Safety comes first, and I appreciate that the team here takes it seriously. If you're looking for a community that feels like home with top-notch service and amenities, The Rowen is it. I can’t recommend it enough.

A quick note and shout out to the staff of Rowen at the Pinehills! Jim and I moved in just 8 weeks ago and already feel completely at home. Following knee surgery, we requested installation of a grab bar for our shower. Christine (property manager) processed the request immediately. Within days, Chris (maintenance guru) appeared at our door and installed the bar in an efficient manner, with no mess! It will definitely make for a safer space for Jim’s recovery. Being able to count on the maintenance staff is one of the many positives of living here. We can’t say enough about how friendly and helpful everyone is, and how much we’re enjoying our time here at Rowen.

My husband and I moved in March 1st 2025. We had been living in Boston for 4 years and were a little scared of moving further away from the city. Moving to Rowen at The Pinehills turned out to be the best decision we could’ve made for ourselves. Yes the area itself is beautiful, but the constant support and availability of the team at Rowen is what truly allowed us to feel at home. Will Crowley had given us an AMAZING tour back in December, he is a really chatty and extremely friendly person which is what first attracted us to this specific property after touring so many. Alicia Good is always so incredibly lovely with her luminous smile and infectious laugh. Christina Look is such a hard working property manager, always running around the building making sure residents feel heard and supported. Chris Anthony from maintenance has always made himself available whenever we had issues in our apartment, working tirelessly and very efficiently, while always putting on a smile! Joseph Fitzgibbon head of maintenance has done a truly incredible job at keeping the building running, always saying hello to people with a truly incredibly positive attitude.

We are 1 month into living in the Rowen and are absolutely loving it. It was our tour with Wil over 9 months ago that helped us make the decision to sell our home on the Cape and make the leap across the bridge. We are enjoying the amenities daily, the stress free living of knowing that any issues/concerns can be addressed quickly and with professionalism. I've shaved off 25 minutes from my commute to Cambridge and when I leave the office I can't wait to get back here! Love living at the Rowen so far and glad we made the decision to move here. I'd like to give a special shout out to the cleaning team who keeps the amenities and common areas sparkling clean and smelling amazing, its like being in a 5 star hotel.

The maintenance staff at Rowen–Pinehills Apartments is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. They’re incredibly responsive, always polite, and genuinely friendly every time they stop by. Whether it’s a small fix or a more involved issue, they handle everything quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find a team this reliable and easy to work with.

Very impressed. I moved to Rowen in October. Such a great place. I am most impressed with my recent interaction with Maintenance. Chris responded within the hour to my 3 issues. One was easily fixed. One required removing and installing a new part for the AC system and the last required a new part for the refrigerator. All this was done quickly, efficiently and with obvious knowledge and skill. Chris was polite, professional and even provided a follow-up call the next day.

The rowen is more than a place to lay your head. More than a building, more than an apartment. It's a home. I have been to many apartments, and this one has taken the cake. Not for its amenities (which it has plenty of, the most I've seen before this point) But for its people. Fancy buildings are empty without people to share it with. (but yes, the Rowen is very fancy as you can tell from online) My fondest memories weren't by a pool, but in the halls, while going by a front desk, or enjoying lunch with the people. If you want to be a number, go elsewhere, but if you want people to enjoy the finer and little things in life… the Rowen is the place to be. From my favorite apartment boss lady. To the soon-to-be-married front desk man (I hope the staff and residents photo bomb you lol) The maintenance workers with heart (and skill, of course). That one Spanish lady who doesn't know a lick of English but always says hi with a warm smile on her face anyway. And all the residents I've become acquainted with while roaming the halls. The Rowen isn't just a place, it's a family. 5 stars, but I would give more if I could.

I have lived here for almost a year and can confirm this is a well run property. Management, leasing, concierge, and maintenance make repairs and community events a priority when it comes to communication or any kind of follow up. Whatever they are doing, you can tell there’s a lot of thought that goes into it. The property itself is also very unique. You basically have urban amenities (including an underground garage) within a small community that includes wooded trails in every direction. You’re also about five minutes by car to the cape, and a handful of minutes more to the Nantucket and MV ferries.

I moved in on March 31. Will and the rest of the team @the a rowen did a great job and answered all my questions. The entire process, lease, check in and move-In plus walking me around everywhere was seamless. Look forward to our year here. We are glad to call it home Ray & Robin

Great place, great staff. Big, bright apartment and everything works well. The garage and 24 hour gym make it for me, but I'm liking the walking trails and food across the street, too. Plus the market I can walk to. Still have to try the other amenities in the community, but so far so great. I hate writing reviews, feel like there are better things to do and they all sound the same. But the staff here are so nice, I kind of have to. It's the least I could do to take five min to say how great they are. Nicest people and so competent. 5 star living thanks to them.

I’ve lived at the Rowen for about 7 months and couldn’t be happier with my decision to make this my home. The property is beautifully maintained, the amenities are simply amazing, and the location on the Village Green provides easy access to shops and restaurants. But the biggest selling point are the people who work here. Everyone from management to maintenance is extremely friendly, accommodating, helpful, and fun… Each person goes above and beyond to make living here a wonderful experience. They made the move-in experience the easiest one I’ve ever had, maintenance questions are addressed immediately and they put a lot of effort into cultivating a warm community environment. 5 stars all the way!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Rowen at the Pinehills on behalf of my parents, who are looking for a place to spend their retirement. I can't say enough good things about the property and the experience overall. From the beautiful surroundings to the incredible amenities, everything about Rowen seems thoughtfully designed with the residents in mind. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and genuine, which put my mind at ease knowing my parents will be in such good hands. A special shoutout to Natalie Perkson, who led the tour. She was absolutely outstanding—patient, thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the community. She answered all my questions in detail and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. Overall, I’m so relieved knowing my parents will have a comfortable, vibrant place to live, with plenty of opportunities to stay active and engaged. I couldn’t be more confident in my decision to recommend Rowen at the Pinehills!

Where to start! Not only do we love our updated and spacious apartment but the entire property is just magnificent! Our favorite place to spend time in the summer is on the pool deck or at the grill area. What really makes the Rowen special is the people! The staff are professional, welcoming and accommodating while our neighbors have become our great friends. It has been a pleasure living here at the Rowen!

We love the pool time in the summer at Rowen but the holidays are even better. The staff have beautifully decorated, surprised us by hiding the elf everyday and now set up the Makers room with everything needed to wrap all those presents! Rowen thinks of everything…our first apartment living experience and we love it!

Our new home here at The Rowen is simply…AMAZING!! We could not be happier with our decision to move here! From the moment we walked through the doors, we knew we would love it here…and we do!! It is that special!! The Rowen is beautiful and charming!! It is classic New England coastal style. It is set in the heart of the village green of Pine Hills that offers a unique downtown Nantucket feel with shops and restaurants to enjoy. And we have so many wonderful amenities within The Rowen itself! There are also fun resident events put together by the wonderful staff here which gives us all a chance to meet others and create a nice sense of community. Everyone has been so nice to meet and we feel so welcomed. In addition to a great fitness center, fun yoga classes are now offered as well. Sweet Natalie ensures that there are fun activities each month for all who want to participate in them! The staff here is incredible and very helpful. Christina was so wonderful and informative during our initial tour last October. We left excited knowing that we would have a great place to call home once we sold our house! On a return visit, we met with Will who was also very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Together they both patiently answered all of our many questions and guided us through the entire process. And now after living here for 3 months, we can’t say enough about the entire staff who go above and beyond to ensure we are happy! So thank you to Christina, Will, Jackie, Natalie, Anthony, Joe and Chris. We appreciate all of your hard work and we are beyond grateful for everything! It seems impossible that I moved into the Rowen six months ago! From the day I met with Christina I knew this was going to be the perfect place for me! Christina was a joy to work with and made me feel like she cared and wanted the best for me. Of course the Rowen is beautiful ….have a tour and you will be amazed with all that it offers. ALL the staff/management (Jackie, Will, Christina, Joe, Natalie) could not be more accommodating and helpful with anything you need or concerns you may have. More importantly to me, it is not just a building you live in…there is a great sense of community and it is a goal of the Rowen to make it so….happy hours, cooking demonstrations, painting parties etc…. I have made wonderful new friends in the short time I’ve lived here. I feel fortunate to live in this new place I call home!
