I had such a great experience with Trish at Staples today! Even though the store was absolutely slammed, she stayed so friendly and patient with every single customer. She helped me with a smile on her face the entire time and got my order corrected no problem! Truly outstanding customer service and work ethic! thank you, Trish!

What a great experience I had at the Weymouth staples this morning! Everyone was so helpful one gentleman went and got my ink that I needed and returned the one I bought by mistake yesterday. A cashier appeared immediately to help me and rang up my purchase and helped me with my phone , such a dear!

I found it difficult to work the print/scan machine, once you figure it out you're set to go. You'll get extra help from friendly employees willing to assist you. Huge amount of supplies for all office and school products. Full services.

I was doing an amazon return. The cashier could not CARE LESS. There were two people infront of me. He did not offer printed receipts. "Your receipt will be emailed to you." He said to everyone. No hi, Have a nice day, or can i help you with anything else. Well i know you get a coupon when you get a paper receipt. So after he said "Your receipt will be emailed to you" , i told him i wanted a paper receipt. He let ou a sign that said why did you have to bother me. He got me my receipt. I asked him why he didnt ask he someone wanted a physical receipt. He response was that it "took to long" and he had to do a few extra steps to do it. The pure i dont want to be bothered tone this kid used the whole time was so upsetting Edit:9/24/25 I forgot how bad the sevice is here and why I don't use this staples. Just had the same horrible service. So the bad service never changes here.

Went to the on Staples in Weymouth September 3, 2025 in the afternoon, when leaving the Staples, two workers where smoking cigarettes next to the Staples main entrance with a heavy smoke cloud blowing in the stores main entrance and had a effect on me with the heavy cloud of second had smoke hitting me.

I want to thank 2 Ladies that helped me today with an Amazon return, Jade and Lauren(my Angels)… I do not have a printer at home and the person working at the Amazon desk said, “you need to see the guy at the printer desk to help you and all will be taken care of there”………… In the confusion of all of this, I could not find my wallet(many kind Customers came to help me and said, “we know what that is like” Not in my pocketbook, but I left it in my car!!! The kind customers all cheered when I held up my black rectangle wallet…… Will not be returning.. Thank you again my 2 Angels Lauren and Jade and the Customers that supported me., hugs to you.

One of the best experience. I always go to braintree, ma store for shopping. But they were closed. So, I decided to go Weymouth location with my son. So, I met David over there. David was one store employee in Weymouth. He was so helpful. He helped my son to find the right product for his project. My son said, dad this is called customer service. David went above and beyond to help my son. Me and my son were very impressed with his customer service. I wish every store has an employee like him. Thanks David for all your help and make a day great. I wish you can teach this to other employees. I will definitely send email to corporate office for your excellent customer. David be always like that and help others. 100 star for you. I will always recommend everyone to this store and will ask for you. You are a great person with smile. And also mention Somaya on the register with great smile. She was very helpful as well.

Went into the store to print three documents, which probably would’ve been a total of $.50 their system will not take my debit card so I went over to the print stuff and asked for them to put a pin in so I can print it and then pay with cash. They told me I could buy it through both gift card which I do not want to do it’s not I have to spend the $20 in Staples. She called the manager down to put a pin in who told me no I cannot do that, Mind you I have done this many times at this exact location the short blonde who look like she just rolled out of bed was so incredibly rude to me. I thought you was going to scream at me in front of everybody in the store for asking. I walked out and told her I would just go buy a printer and you can get one on Amazon for about 20 bucks for what I need . I was I’m walking over to the register all I’m hearing is a short, disheveled, blonde, so-called manager screaming at her staff mind you I’m all the way across the store now I turn and look back and she’s flailing her arms soon if I catch any one of you putting a pin in for a customer you’ll be fired. Staples policy or not the level of professionalism presented to me by Trish the manager on duty this morning at this location was awful. I work for customer service management for a very large company and oversee 30 reps. If I ever spoke to my staff like this, I hope I would be fired as it was simply unacceptable and degrading.. I really hope somebody and upper management sees us because this woman’s behavior was disgusting and I will refuse to do business here or with Staples again. $.50 jobjust cost you my husband’s company’s monthly orders for the way you treat your staff.

I needed a printer. Staples had the one I wanted for a good price so I ordered it on line. It was ready for pick up in less than an hour. Drove less than 2 miles. I was in and out in less than 5 min. Easy- Peasy.

They handle the In-store service are great, but lousy on handling over the phone when call. First call was answered but put on hold then hung up. Immediately called back, same as the first time, but instead of hung up, they let on hold for over half an hour.

Ron from Print & Marketing Services was incredibly helpful and kind. I’ve ordered print and marketing materials from this location several times, and the quality is always outstanding. The staff is consistently friendly and supportive. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff who are always helpful. The store is clean and organized well so you can find what you need quickly. The UPS service is great...worth using since you also get a 15% coupon to use that day, which saved me plenty on a new office chair.

Cameron used all the sources he could think of to help me redeem a $150 from almost a year ago and did not give up. He got all the information that I needed and I wa able to purchase a new printer.He was determined, relentless , patient and kind.

Honestly, Staples used to be a place you could go to get print and marketing help for your business and the customer service specialist knew how to operate and get you set up with all the items that you needed for your business. This is no longer the case, and what you get now is an associate that actually knows less than you do about the Staples website, essentially pointing the screen at you and using you for assistance, navigating their own website. They just lost a very valuable customer in me and I will never be returning.

5 stars for Juan in Print Services! He is so knowledgeable and provides stellar customer service. I went to Staples and worked with him for the printing of several items for my grandmother's celebration of life event and he handled everything with professionalism and care. The quality of the prints were amazing! I've also been to Staples to deal with business needs and appreciate Juan's help with those items as well! Highly recommend working with Juan!

What a lifesaver! I needed prints of images for a Children's Church class Sunday morning and it turned out to be impossible to print them myself. I called Staples and Emma was so willing to help me get what I needed, in spite that they were incredibly busy. They were pleasant and helpful from beginning to end! She and the young man working with her gave excellent service! I picked them up about 7:30 that evening and couldn't be happier with the results!

I end up at Staples Weymouth quite a bit due to volunteer commitments and general home office needs. I wanted to take a moment to highlight the superior customer service I receive from Matt, the Store Manager, and Juan in Print Services. Matt is great to work with and provides honest recommendations when it comes to products, e.g. printers. Juan does an excellent job at quickly executing on requests such as custom stamps. Both Matt and Juan are so nice, patient and easy to work with. You can tell both of them enjoy doing what they do, and it really comes through by way of the customer service they provide. Thank you, Matt and Juan, for being so excellent!

I don’t know his name but it’s an older man there that just stands there and wants to look outside at the cars. I’m sure Staples is doing him a favor and hiring him but please don’t put him at the cashier, it is obvious he’s having a tough time and doesn’t like customers. He’s rude and rolls his eyes if you ask him questions and he’s very lazy. It’s not even because of his age, he clearly doesn’t want to be there so please don’t have him face customers anymore. There is an older lady there however that usually is at the register and she’s very pleasant! The staff in the printing area are always very kind. I know it’s awkward to have a conversation with someone who is lazy but he really shouldn’t be customer facing and should be spoken about given his poor attitude. You can see customers like myself are patient and kind and then when he’s rude, it’s just very uncalled for.

I just had the best in-store printing service from Margarita. She was helpful, skilful and fast. Nothing was too much trouble and the prints were exactly what I wanted. Plus she has a beautiful smile! Thank you Margarita.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences with the store itself - a manager went above and beyond to help me secure a desk chair and I had a great experience buying a laptop. But their printing services… wow. It’s rare that I would have a project done on time but usually it’s only a day behind. Recently however I had to check in because two days after my project was supposed to be done I still hadn’t received a call or email to tell me it’s ready. I called the store only to be told that it’s been ready for pick up for two days. I told the clerk that no one ever called and the website still says it was pending. “Oh the website is behind” - right but no one called. “When we click the ready for pick up button the website usually changes but it’s behind” - right but no one called and usually you call. “The website is behind.” So, don’t expect anything grand from the printing services. Glad I didn’t need my project urgently otherwise I’m sure this review would be full of vitriol.
