Very professional auto repair facility located in Weymouth , would personally say this is the best shop in the south shore area came in, no appointment needed for service on my vehicle was promised vehicle by the end of the day and was given to me two hours earlier than was told !!! Highly recommend this repair shop and will return for any future repairs for my vehicle

Overpriced and unfriendly . Was driving by, saw a car that interested me, but was given a dirty look and told “We usually operate by appointment only” by the very rude man in the office.

I had the best experience here with Steve. Extremely nice, professional and honest. Great prices. Not only did they make sure I was able to drive the car away the same day but they also made some accommodations to help me out which I so appreciate. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a used car and not get taken advantage of. Thank you to the EZ auto team for everything. I love my car!

bought a used audi from steve and he seems like a good honest guy gives it to you straight. the cars beautiful and the real minor issues we noticed at the start (key fob battery, windshield wipers) he to took care of for us no problem would recommend

My neighbor recommended EZ Auto and I wasn’t disappointed. My car needed a lot of work done and the dealership was quoting me nearly $3000 for the cost. EZ Auto gave me a deal and did for around $2000 and saved me over $800. I recommend going to see them, especially if you’re in the Braintree, Quincy, or Weymouth area!

E-Z Auto is hands-down one of the best shops I’ve ever been to.I brought my car in for some unexpected repairs and they took care of everything fast. The staff was super friendly and explained what was going on without trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. You can tell they really care about doing right by their customers. Fair prices, honest work, and great communication—what more could you ask for? I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. E-Z Auto has provider great service every time I brought my vehicles in. They have done excellent work with getting the job done quickly and very fair pricing. Clear communication about process and upfront with timing of completion.

This place is amazing Service and also customer service as well. I came out to my truck this morning with the starter broken. I called Easy auto and told them I had to Plow tonight and I was in a pinch. It was a longshot, but I. Had it towed to these guys and in less than an hour they called me to come pick it up. I couldn’t believe it.. these guys are super nice , efficient and easy to deal with I highly recommend them !

I have been coming to EZ Auto for a few years/ cars now. They are the most welcoming staff. Whenever I need assistance they try to fix it the day I call. I just recently had to come in for repairs and I was quoted a price, when I came in it was $100 lower. When does that ever happen. Honest, reliable, and fair. The only place I will take my car. Really great local garage- brought my car in with an idea of what was wrong. Mechanic not only investigated- called me with timeline, cost— picked up the car same day and was generous with lowering cost because he found the part at a lower cost. I will definitely use them moving forward !

I mean what can be said. Their biggest value which is very very scarce in today’s world is honesty. I went once and have become a big fan. All recommendations are bang on and very clearly articulated. Whoever wants a fair and topmost service experience a must visit. For me, even if I am anywhere in Mass I will always visit.

I recently scheduled a pre-booked appointment for a 5-minute inspection, expecting a smooth and efficient experience. However, I was met with significant delays and a lack of customer service that left me quite frustrated. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted warmly and checked in for my appointment. However, after I sat down, I quickly realized that the seemingly straightforward inspection might not be as quick as I had hoped. The wait time ballooned to nearly an hour before I was finally seen. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise in any service setting, it was disheartening to see other customers who arrived after me being taken in for their inspections before I was. I felt compelled to remain seated for fear of being passed over entirely, which added to the frustration of the wait. The environment in the shop was decent, but the lack of communication regarding the delays left a lot to be desired. A simple update about the status of my appointment or an estimated wait time would have made the experience much more bearable. Instead, I sat there watching the clock and growing increasingly impatient as I attempted to balance my frustration with the hope that the inspection would be quick once it finally began. Once I was finally called in, the inspection itself did indeed take only a few minutes. However, the lengthy wait preceding it overshadowed the service I received. It’s unfortunate because, under different circumstances, I’m sure this could have been a positive experience. TL:DR while the inspection itself was efficient, the overall experience was marred by a lengthy wait and poor communication. If you choose to visit this shop, I recommend preparing for potential delays, and if you have other commitments, perhaps consider scheduling your appointment at a time when you can afford to wait.

EZ Auto is by far the best auto repair workshop in the South Shore. High quality parts, expert advice and exceptional customer service. Jason and his team are super. Highly recommend them for your next car service, brake job, tuneup, spark plug replacement or anything else.

I've been having my vehicles serviced at EZ Auto for several years and I do not take them anywhere else. Jason is very professional, fair and understanding and is an excellent manager of the shop. He is always transparent and accomodating. His mechanics are excellent as well. I've also recommended EZ Auto to other family members who were also impressed and have continued with ongoing service. I needed a state inspection and some bulbs changed for my license plate, before I could get comfortable in the waiting lounge they were finished! Fast service, professional and courteous staff is all you can ask for when dealing with your car!

Went to go check out a car here as mine was falling apart fast, it’s exactly a week later and Ive bought it, it’s registered and inspected! Steve makes a stressful process fast, easy and enjoyable! He’s very honest and informative. Highly recommend!!
