They explained what happened with my car and had it fixed in no time. They treated me good, and I felt they would do a great job. Took my car in for a simple request (replace starting belt) that magically reached $400. Simply listing out the charges on the receipt, caused the mechanic to raise his voice and try to intimidate me. You can ask the owner Marion’s opinion- he will be smoking a cigarette out front and will even apologize saying he can’t get good labor to show up. Very concerned to have had those clowns working on my car.

Worst experience of my life with customer service. Just cannot believe it. Two men screaming on a lady till their faces turn red and demonstratively slamming the door!!. It made me feel unsafe!! Was shaking for an hour after my visit to this auto shop, left crying! I have never witnessed that in my life!! Absolutely disgusting. A mechanic turning his back and walking away when you are trying to ask the things. Simply shocked! I went for a windshield replacement in Master Auto Glass yesterday and the guy was fantastic, explained everything related to it, got the job done even before promised time - seriously, above and beyond, could not thank enough. Had my mechanics in NYC for 3 years, always communicated with respect. A Spanish speaking mechanic who could barely even speak English- even that guy was able to explain things without any difficulty. But this store is something else. Literally shocked with mens’ behavior towards a female customer who is not a threat to them in any way!! Not mentioning dirty and stinky chairs in the waiting area. The only normal thing about this visit was a front desk lady. Will keep a far far distance from here! Ruined my day completely. P.S. This is the FIRST TIME EVER I wrote a negative review for anyone!

Scheduled an oil change there. It was quick and close to me. I returned for a different issue and they were ok. I returned for a wheel thumping and they did fix it. But some other issues arose. it depends on who you talk to at the garage as to the reception you get when reporting an issue.

brought my f350 into shop to have a parasitic drain diagnosed and repaired that had been giving my problems for 2 years. several other garages had been unable to find the problem. I also had an aftermarket remote starter that had been broken for at least 10 years removed since it could also have been a drain problem. by later in the day the starter and a defective alarm were removed solving the problem. didn't notice till later that they had disabled my backup camera but when I brought it up they took the vehicle in and had it fixed before the end of the day. I am very happy with there service and ability to remedy my problems

DO NOT GO HERE!! UNEXPERIENCED DISHONEST MECHANICS!! THEY WILL OVER CHARGE & TAKE ADVANTAGE!! I am 7 months PREGNANT and brought my 2010 Range Rover here to fix a DANGEROUS ISSUE. When I go over a break in the road or bump, the steering wheel/ front wheels completely shake and shifts the car over. This was what I brought the car in for. They had the car for 2 WHOLE WEEKS and were not able to find the issue the first WHOLE WEEK of having my car. Well, they ended up changing the air compressor and called to have me pick up the car. I finally picked up the car after 2 weeks and the suspension fault light was BACK ON and the problem was not only not fixed, it was WORSE!! Today I went to Land Rover because I knew something was off when I got the car and Land Rover obviously knew what it was without even looking at my car. The service advisor told me the mechanic took advantage of me and charged at least $1200 extra in parts and labor and didn’t fix the problem at all. The part that was replaced is just going to break because what is really broken also affects that but THEY COULD NOT FIND IT. They just wanted my car out of their shop because they DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! These mechanics absolutely do not know what they’re doing and WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!! This is a seriously dangerous issue I brought my car in for and they made it so much worse.. how can I put a newborn baby into this car? Now I have to go spend another $2000 somewhere else to have it actually fixed that should be going to my baby. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

These guys are great! I got a car inspection here and they also helped me out with a minor issue with my tire valve. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. And best of all, they communicated with me with respect. Other places I've been they just grunt at me and took my keys and walked away. Will absolutely be returning if I have the need, and will be referring people here in the future.

Simply the worst experience I have ever had with a garage. When I arrived the service rep asked what I needed done. I told him I had filled out their online form detailing my repairs, without looking he responded with “Well I don’t have it so what do you need”. Putting that aside I proceeded to explain that I was looking for a quote on a number of repairs that were preventive, not necessarily required but I wanted an idea of price. While he took down my information he continually challenged me on why I would want the work done, he was aggressively rude and seemed bothered by the fact I had brought my car in. Service rep called me back that afternoon explaining that all I needed was a new timing belt. I tried to tell him that the prior owner had the timing belt replaced recently but he cut me off with “Look the sticker says you need a new belt so you need a new belt”. As you can see from the picture I have included the service sticker gives the milage of the last belt install and a recent completion date, not the milage of when the next install is needed. When I asked him about a quote for the other service I was interested in he again cut me off and said “You don’t need any of that”. So if you’re looking for a garage that will treat you with disdain, not listen to your needs and apparently can’t read a service sticker head on over to All Make Auto.

All Make Auto is my only go - to for one stop, full service shop. From A to Z and everything in between. Friendly, honest, reliable, and quick, efficient turn arounds. Highly recommended

Got there for a check up.... “nothing wrong with your car Sir”.... Even when I told them that I still didn’t fee right in my car.... well 10 miles away my car died in the middle of the road!

Brought my car in for air conditioning service as previously scheduled. In the shop without delay and out in a timely manner. Had to shut the A/C off on the way home. Too dam cold. All Make always does a fantastic job.

We have taken our cars to All-Make for years. They are dependable and trustworthy. We generally keep cars for 10-15 years, and All-Make keeps them on the road. They also tell us when we should skip the repair and buy a new car.

I have never had a bad experience at All Make. I always feel like a friend when I walk through the door and the service is outstanding. They know how to repair a vehicle efficiently and at more than reasonable cost. No upselling, they just repair what needs to be fixed and provide a heads up on any other issues

I have been bringing my 3 cars here for a few years, they have been very trust worthy, and the price has been fair. That is all I can ask for with my limited auto knowledge

Took my truck in (F350 Diesel Dually) with a Display cluster problem (gauges and radio cutting in and out) Along with a few other things I needed done. All I can say is I found my new Auto Shop. From the receptionist (as nice as can be) to the Mechanics. Very Fair prices and great work! I can Highly recommend this place as I will going back when needed (that's if they take my truck back LOL)
