Great experience buying a car here. Shane is awesome and they make the process of buying really easy. They also are up front and transparent about the cars in their inventory. They were flexible in terms of allowing us to have the vehicle checked by a third party as well (close by).
I would definitely go here first for next car.
We had a terrible experience with this company. I highly advise not buying from them. They lied about the car being inspected and not needing anything done, however, they sold us a defective car with broken tie rods amongst multiple other issues. It failed the initial inspection less than 7 days from purchase and when we told them, they said the issues for the failed inspection were due to normal wear and tear and basically they were not responsible for that. I reminded them they looked directly in my face and shook my hand and assured me the car needed nothing repaired! We even had to pay a deductible and we had the car less than a week! They insisted on taking the car in to their shop and I now know why, they “fixed” the broken tie rods with used parts! I discovered this because we had to bring it back in a few months later due to an extremely loud engine and car shaking and the new shop said “if” the tie rods even were fixed, they were fixed with used parts! It cost over $2K to fix them and all of the other things that were wrong with the car. I understand there will be issues with a used car, but they told me straight to my face the car needed nothing. This was a flat out lie. Also, the car had less than 50k miles on it so I didn’t expect so many issues. I should have not been so gullible and lesson is learned. This was my daughters first car purchase and sadly, it has been such a disappointment as the car has had so many problems as it was a real lemon. Also, the fact that they blatantly lied to us is the main reason I do not recommend this business. The car was a piece of junk can the salesmen dishonest.
777 Auto had the car I was looking for and they were friendly and helpful. ...a few issues though.
First issue was the headlights. On the drive home it was getting dark and I noticed the headlights were very dim. After looking at it a bit there were no high beams and very dim low beams. This car has the T4F HID headlight option. Someone installed aftermarket headlight assemblies with LED halos and installed H13 LED bulbs and jumper wires to go from the incompatible plug to the factory plug and wrapped it in electrical tape. H13 LEDs are not compatible with HIDs. I was not mad, just annoyed as 777 Auto is at best a 2 hour drive from where I live depending on Boston traffic. The warranty clearly says that any issues have to be taken back to them.
I called them and they were very nice about the issue. I drove up and dropped off the car. They called me the next business day and I explained I wanted the head lights back to factory and the LEDs are not an option with HID systems. Shane was agreeable and they called me the next day to pick up the car. When I arrived Chris assured me it was "back to factory" and he installed the bulbs that "matched the VIN". It was a bright day and I could at least tell I had high beams. I took the car and again, on the drive home I could see the issue was not fixed. I looked under the hood and saw they spliced into the factory wire harness and installed halogen H13 bulbs, also leaving the factory plug exposed and hanging off the splices. So he looked me in the eye and lied to me. At least with the halogen bulbs on high beams I got almost what I expect from low beams so I can drive the car.
The other issue was a bad tire. As I looked it over I saw the tires were in good shape, but I missed one. It was down to wear bars and had 2 plugs. Three nice Goodyears and one bad Continental tire.
It also came with just one key/fob. I decided it was not worth an argument over prices, trades etc. and I was able to get a replacement key/fob for just over $100.
I wrote them an email and as expected I did not hear back. I hope they see this and respond, it was the lying to me about the issue that prompted this review.

There was *no mention* of splicing into the harness. The factory bulbs were not installed. The factory configuration would be HID headlight assemblies, not Halogen H13s. If you have to spice the harness it's not factory. I have purchased factory replacement headlight assemblies.
I did not mention the tire to 777 Auto as I only saw it once I was trying to solve for a drive line vibration. I didn't feel like driving all that way back 777 Auto, I replaced the tire myself. To be fair I did not give them the opportunity to resolve the issue, but it should not have been sold with a bad tire and I should have seen that before the sale.
I initially was going to trade in a car and they were going to give me over KBB value, but "would not lower the price of the car". I also was going to give them the extra rims and tires in exchange for a second key. I was able to quickly sell the car myself so I did not trade it in, and they in turn were not going to have to give me over KBB value. So when I asked for a key at that point instead of money off the asking price I was met with resistance, and I didn't push the issue as I knew I could get a replacement myself.
I do not intend to make this an on-line argument, I just had a bad experience. If I was local to the Boston area maybe this could have resolved in a favorable way, but seeing the repair they did and the distance I chose not to pursue a remedy through them.
Shane was an excellent help with getting my Cadillac ATS and made the experience as smooth and easy as possible. I will definitely be coming back when the time comes for an upgrade
Great place to buy a used car. Shane is a pleasure to deal with…no nonsense, straight up, and extremely helpful. I plan on returning to 777 Auto whenever I have a need for a used car. And with two teenage kids about to drive, I’ll need all the help I can get.
Friendly and easy to make a deal with. Shane is a good guy. If I needed to buy another car I'd see what they had on the lot. Now I just have to get MY new car away from my wife.
Purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima and the car was handed over with the gas light on, zero windshield wiper fluid, one wiper broken and although it had been vacuumed, it had not truly been cleaned on the inside or out as the dash area was covered in dust and the outside was very dirty and had several surface blemishes that came out very easily with a quick professional detail. The no windshield wiper fluid thing made me nervous about other fluids and it was a good thing as I brought it in for an oil change and I was told the engine coolant was dangerously low as well. I understand that none of these items are technically a necessity when selling a used car, but it just seems like a little better customer experience should be had and little things like gas in the tank, fluids being checked/Topped off and the car being detailed should be minimum standards in 2025. I came to 777 because as a small business owner myself, I like to support other small businesses in the area. Unfortunately, this experience was a mistake and Im pretty sure had I gone to a larger, more reputable dealership that all the items I mentioned above would have been done as part of the experience. Lesson learned on my end.
I bought a used Camaro online from these guys, and had no issues at all. Their service was excellent, and they shipped my car to me immediately. A very friendly and reliable staff!
I had great service, they needed to call me back. It was as soon as they could usually within five minutes. Everything was breeze very easy. People are very attentive would definitely go there again, much better than other used car places I have been to.
I drove two hours to look at thier 2015 Audi A8l. The vehicle was brought around and I proceeded to do a basic inspection. It was in great shape. When I opened the trunk lid, water poured out from inside the lid into the trunk. I was told it would be repaired, so I left. Fast forward a couple of weeks. Someone else bought the car and i'm told there was never a leak. I decided to write this review at that point. Hopefully, the owner of the car gets it repaired before it causes damage.
Purchased a 2015 audi A8 sight unseen the car was as advertised and endorsed by my salesman Shane. Had the car delivered to my doorstep and it was as advertised beautiful in and out. For anyone looking for a good car, take a look at this dealership. Have my eye on another car at this dealership. I would rate the 10 out of 10 with there customer service being unheard of great ?
We had a good experience buying a used car for my daughter. Shane was helpful and responsive. The only thing that was a downfall for us is that 777 doesn’t have a person/runner to take care of the registration process like a lot of other places do, so it was quite a bit of back and forth to the dealership.
Shane & the sales team were very customer friendly and sold me a 2017 Volkswagen GTI which I am highly content with and no issues or concerns after driving 2,200 miles since last month. This was also my first time purchasing a vehicle out of state and only reviewing the pictures on the website before purchasing. Shane and the team were top notch and worked to satisfy every need. I have bought many high end cars just like the Mercedes I acquired from 777. They are as good or better than any dealers with whom I have worked; quick to reply, willing to work to resolve any issue. I bought the car sight unseen and had it delivered….everything worked out as promised. I couldn’t be happier.
Shane was super helpful and patient with all our questions. We love our Chevy Suburban! It’s clean with low miles. We even sent our son there to purchase a car. He bought one too!
Paid $36,000 for a 2018 Porsche Cayenne VIN WP1AA2A28JKA00183 from 777 Auto LLC. Paid $900 to have it shipped to me in Texas. Upon receipt of the car, we had no temporary plates, no current registration or safety inspection. The registration that was in the car was the original one from 2018 done in Sarasota, FL. We received the car on a Wednesday and the left front headlight didn’t work, the back window had a tint that was so warped, we couldn’t see out it and the car also had a peculiar smell. The car couldn’t pass any safety inspection and we couldn’t register the car. I informed Chris about all these issues. He disputed everything that I told him but agreed that he would pay the fee to have it looked at by a luxury car approved mechanic. Five days later, I had the car inspected. I paid $229.50 to have an initial inspection done. Upon the completion of the inspection, the mechanic said that the light assembly was water damaged and someone attempted to repair it DIY with caulk. They also identified a water leak but would have to disassemble the car to see how serious the water damage was. They provided pictures and talked to Chris directly about the problem and told him it would be best for both of us to return the car. Chris disputed this also. He took no responsibly for any of the issues. I told him I wanted to return the car he said that wasn’t possible. He had three chances to fix the car. I told him I wanted to talk to the owner, Svetlin Popov , instead of him. He said that wasn’t possible and he spoke for the him. Finally, he agreed for us to return the car. He refused to pay for the return of the car because I complained too much and only agreed to pay half of the initial car inspection. I was charged $1000 to return a car I never drove. Do not conduct business with 777 Auto LLC. They are liars, bad actors and rip off artists that have no accountability for their vehicles and utter disrespect for buyers.
So I bought my truck from this dealer a year ago, August, since I’ve owned it, I had to have the whole front end replaced, struts, lower and upper control arms, inner and outer tie rod ends, ball joints, cam bolts, links, and a new stabilize bar. And a new AC condenser. It was completely rusted out. I was told by my mechanic that somebody try to cover it up with undercoat spray. I also had to replace the transmission coolant lines because they were rusted out as well, replaced a failed starter. And front hub assembly wheel bearings. it has cost me over $5000 in repairs to date. There is also rot in the bed of the truck that was covered up from a bedliner that didn’t even fit the truck.. be careful buying from this dealer. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.
My husband and I bought a Toyota 4runner back in May, 12, 2021. We agreed on the price and told us they don't do the paperwork for title preparation. We really need a car, so we signed and brought the paperwork to our bank and all the stuff. I found out, the dealership added a $295 for Dealer Service fee to the value of the car. I never hearf that kind of fee unless they're doing the title and stuff. Fortunately, the car is good, but they're scamming people of fees that is not supposed to be there in the first place. Buyer beware..
I had the best used car buying experience I’ve ever had with Hristo. He took the time on a Saturday to work out a deal with me that I felt comfortable with, Stayed with me while I talked to my bank for an hour, and I am 1000% happy with the car I drove away with. Highly recommended dealership.
Purchased a 2009 Subaru Outback from 777 auto in the fall of 2023. Great condition and low mileage for a 2009. All around great experience. Easy to communicate with and open to negotiating price/ work to be done on the vehicle. Small down payment allowed me to hold the vehicle while making a final decision. If you are looking for low mileage used cars take a look at 777 Auto, they have some gems.
I’m glad I never read the reviews before going to 777 auto in person because if I had, I wouldn’t have gotten my beautiful 2013 Chevy Cruze with only 48k miles! Contrary to the other reviews, the customer service I experienced was excellent & Shane is great! I brought my boyfriend with me as he knows the ins & outs of mechanics and he found only 3 minor issues needing attention. They included a replacement valve cover gasket, a cosmetic black triangle piece (located between the drivers side window and hood) needed to be clipped back on, & the drivers side overhead mirror flap had a broken peg on one side. Shane had the issues fixed by the following day, which was a day earlier than my scheduled pick up & even replaced the serpentine belt although we had never discussed it! I told him to not worry about fixing the overhead driver’s mirror flap, as I had plans to replace it with a light up vanity light up mirror anyways. When buying USED cars, there’s going to be some dings, dents or minor repairs needed. Nothing is perfect especially on a used car lot! I never once felt like I was being pressured to buy or taken advantage of. Shane was polite, respectful, professional and attentive during all encounters including phone calls. If there are any issues to arise, I will come back & update.. fingers crossed! ??
Excellent experience with 777! We have been in the market for a car for my son for a while and made several trips to 777 before we finally made a purchase. We appreciated their no-pressure sales approach during the car shopping process. Once we did decide on a vehicle the purchasing process went nice and smooth. Upon inspection, it was discovered that a couple of repairs needed to be made. That was unexpected, but the way Shane handled the situation surpassed my expectations. The repair work was done in less than 24 hours. In addition to what was needed for inspection, Shane went above and beyond to make an additional repair that was discovered when they were working on the vehicle. I would absolutely purchase from 777 again.
I do not do reviews but I’m deciding to go out of my way to do one because of my experience. They will try to invalidate what i say to save face (very juvenile). But i bought my car in Jan 2023. It checked out! Solid deal for the price & milage. I Did my due diligence & it checked out well from the outside. I immediately did not pass my inspection, which changed my whole outlook on them. I had to bring it back, they blamed it on nonsense but didn’t just take any accountability of not doing THEIR due diligence. My car then had a bad belt, worn out brakes, rotor issues, needed a valve replacement & sensor replacements all within a couple weeks of having the car. I was within the lemon law period so they had to repair all of those issues as well as fix the sensor codes that they hid. They used the same tactics they do to others by trying to blame me for my issues, luckily I was educated on the law. Accountability is something they’re allergic to. I strongly advise getting a warranty from them because they will try to use those exact tactics for about everything. I am now 9 months removed, I tried to move on & forget about these guys & just appreciate having a car. But I’m now having to deal with another issue caused from their negligence. My rotors are bent due to “bad install”. Those were the mechanics words. I don’t do these reviews but please be aware of these guys, make sure you have a car expert with you & do not take any of their words with merit. Used car salesman stereotype to a tee. Just do your own due diligence & hope you don’t have issues like I did. I tried to give them a chance & do what’s right by contacting them recently but of course, they do not move off of values & integrity. My partner is a attorney & she was very upset that i didn’t do more legally. I’ll just eat my L & move on. But pease GO WITH A MECHANIC, DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORDS WITH ANY VALUE. You might be able to find a good car for a solid price, maybe. That’s the nicest thing i can say. I hope they try to invalidate me because I got the paper trail lol.

It’s too bad it didn’t work out since we couldn’t afford to pay out of pocket for that rare gem on your lot! Even though it didn’t work out in the end, you were very understandable. "We were actively trying to resolve this matter with the customer when this review was posted. This customer drove the vehicle approximately 850 miles over their warranty and stated they kept driving after hearing a strange noise. This vehicle passed MA inspection AFTER SALE on 06/07/2023. Clearly no codes present at that time. This vehicle probably suffered from neglect/abuse."
Actively trying to resolve was just giving us a name of a garage. Nothing more. My son purchased the car in May and it was undrivable in June, regardless of miles or warranty, they buy junk and flip it. There were codes in the system a small time place like them couldn't hide and the engine had already been repaired come to find out. Given the tone of all of their responses, why would you want to buy from them? They obviously don't stand behind their cars. Stay clear from the Shady Salesman who's name starts with 'S'.
Those who have a bad experience, do yourself a favor and file a complaint with the MA Attorney General. This place should not be in business. Awaiting another rude response. Shows their professionalism.
dont even bother with this place - a few months ago i bought a used Audi A3, loved the car so much and was informed everything was good by the dealer. about a week after warranty was up i started it up and it sounded terrible. eventually didn't even start, so i towed it in and after another few weeks and 3 different mechanics, i was just informed that the timing chain had been replaced before and that several codes were cleared before selling. the engine is going to need to be completely replaced and this dealership knew from the start. don't waste your time on small dealerships especially not this one. screw this place!

My son has been looking for a used car everywhere since the end of October. He found a car at 777. We went to look at the car and he loved it. We took it for a ride and asked if we could take it to our mechanic the next day. We arrived the next day, took the car to our mechanic. He found minor issues. One was a wear and tear item. Didn't need to be address for 10,000/15,000 minimum. Returned to 777. All issues corrected. I wanted to get the item fixed before purchasing the car. My mechanic was booking 2-3 weeks out. 777 got a price for us which was the same as our mechanic. Our mechanic was very impressed. Their mechanic did the work. It was going to take an extra few days. I told them I would love to have the car ready for my son's birthday. They worked extremely hard to get it done. They did it!!! We picked up the car two days before his birthday. I would recommend this company to anyone. We were treated with the utmost respect. Thank you for your service!
If you look for reasonable price it is place to buy car. BEFORE you come to those place do you home work and if you have some knowledge about cars you will find the cars price was right. The partners work's diligent hours to make people happys it is impossible..if you work with them nice i bet u that we will help you anything to sussed...
