While getting a service done for my 2019 Chevy Trax at the dealership, I was informed that I had "tire rot" and needed to replace all my tires. I looked up my local options and found that there is a Town Fair Tire a five minute drive from my home. I called and was helped out by Luke, who answered all my questions. He made an appointment for me and I brought the trax in a day later. Luke made the whole process seamless and painless and helped me pick out the best tire solution for my car as well as explaining available extra's ( warranty protection and insurance ) which I purchased without hesitation. I got a flat tire and Googled this shop on my way to the post office. I met Luke in the front desk he was professional and attentive he introduced me to Paul, who took good care of me while i waited with my kids, he explained exactly where the nail was located and shared he was able to repair the same tire he also showed me if the nail would have been more on the outside I will have to get a new tire. I appreciate his advice and honesty the entire experience was outstanding, I recommend this shop for any car needs.

I had such a great experience with Russ at Town Fair Tire! I came in around 2 PM on a Saturday without an appointment, and in under two hours I had brand-new tires on my car. Russ was so helpful and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, without any pressure or upselling. As a woman coming in by myself, I felt completely comfortable and never felt like I was being taken advantage of, which I really appreciated. I’ll definitely be back!

Luke is fantastic. Town fair did a great job! Edit: unfortunately I need to remove a star. When I dropped off the car I asked if they would dispose of the old tire, showed it to the associate, and was told absolutely they would dispose of it. Just found the old tire still sitting in my trunk.

This location is the best! Luke was extremely helpful. Talked me through all of what I needed and what it would cost. He was also very honest about what needed to be done right away and what could wait. I recommend this place!

Scheduled an appointment online for the same day, had slow leaks in two tires. They removed a nail from each, patched both holes, and it cost less than $30. Howard at the front was a big help. Definitely glad I came in instead of going to a dealership.

The service Luke provided was A+. I needed new tires put on, within a couple minutes he scheduled an appointment for me for that day (2 hours later). He also had no problem addressing my tire price match request. Luke is as good as it gets and I hope his boss reads this and treats him like the top tier employee he is.

After checking the prices at other places Town Fair had the best overall value. Scheduling was easy and they fit me in prettty quick at the Weymouth branch. Howard was my tech and he did a great job and they were super fast. I really appreciated the small things like putting back my donut and clearing out the annoying tire pressure dash light.
