I’ve known the Factory team for some time with my first experience going back to early 2000 when my daily driver was severely hit. They reconstructed the then Volvo wagon and I knew at that time I’d have a professional shop for any future work. Fast forward two decades and had an opportunity to see my muscle car get out of storage and go from a restoration dream to a reality, and knew which shop I had to bring it to for the work at hand. Factory did such an amazing job restoring the once rusty and ratty car to a show quality classic car. From the vast metal fabrication scope to the extensive body and paint work performed, the completed car shows the high skill and effort the Factory team provides for which I’m truly appreciative of.

Jeff and the guys are fantastic. Brought my truck in for a quote on a Friday afternoon he took it in Monday the next week and I had it back in less than 24 hours with a new tailgate, lettered, camera fixed, with the remote opening working as well from both the center console and the keys. The quote was within $50 of what it cost as well. Doesn’t get better than these guys!

I've now had FCR work on my vehicle three times and they've always knocked it out of the park! They're professional, knowledgeable and honest. The honesty part is the most important to me: I love that I can trust them not to rip me off. Nikki always explains exactly what is involved in the restoration of my car, an estimate of the cost of the job and how long it will take to complete the restoration. When you meet Nikki and Jeff and see how personable and friendly they are, you'll feel like you've known them forever. I will recommend FCR to everyone I know.

Jeff, Nikki and the whole gang at FCR went above an beyond my expectations with my car and customer service. They rebuild this car better than new from the factory. The body work and paint came out amazing. Looking for a good quality body shop FCR is the place to go.

This was the third time in 15 years that I've needed auto repairs and each time they've done an amazing job. My Volvo dealership recommended them for repairs years back, saying it's who they use, and you can't go wrong. The team is highly responsive, they take over all of the issues with the insurance company, and completed a top notch repair job. I was warned ahead of time that their rate is higher than some companies will pay, but was not at fault with the accident and felt confident I'd resolve it and get quality work. At the end of the process, it was fully covered and I couldn't be happier. Not only was it fixed amazingly fast, they made it a smooth process.

Just wanted to say thank you again to Jeff, Nikki, and everyone at FCR for the great job they did on my truck. Highly recommend them to anyone who has body damage or paint damage done to their vehicle and looking to have it done professionally and in a timely manner. They were extremely helpful with dealing with the insurance companies and getting costs down for me. Couldn't recommend then enough! Five stars!

I feel like this place is pretty sketchy to be honest, I got in a accident and the damages weren’t even that bad. The guy Jeff said my car was totaled but it was still drivable the headlight was broken and a tiny crack on windshield. Showed two other collision places and they said that should of never been totaled. It was a 2010 Honda Accord 70k miles on it. Worth the fix. Told the insurance it was 13k to fix damages. I’m still in shocked that my car is gone even after purchasing a brand new one. Just doesn’t feel like I fought enough for the car. I dropped pics below of my “ totaled car” Don’t go here.

FCR performed repair work on our 2018 GMC Yukon XL, we were rear ended at a stoplight and needed some body and paint repairs. They fought for us with the big insurance companies to get the repairs done correctly. After the repair a freak unforeseen problem occurred. They not only stood behind their work but went above and beyond to make sure the issue was corrected and right. I highly recommend them to anyone for collision repairs and bodywork.

5+ stars! I brought my car here after an extremely inconvenient accident, during a very stressful time. Nikki was so kind and understanding of the situation; her and Jeff made accommodations so I could pick up my car at a time that was convenient for me, and she let me know exactly what was going throughout the entire process. My car looks and runs like brand new, couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Nicole were great to work with to get my '66 Ford Fairlane GT repaired after the accident. They handled all the communication with the insurance company and tracked down the parts needed, which is a challenge with this car. The car was returned to me looking and running fantastic.

On December 12, 2020 my brand new Jaguar F-Pace SVR was unfortunately involved in a multi-car accident in Boston. I immediately had it towed to Factory since they have done phenomenal work on previous cars and projects of mine. They went absolutely above and beyond in many aspects this time. To start, my insurance company (MAPFRE Commerce) was giving me and FCR a VERY hard time from the very beginning of the claim process. They even tried to total loss the vehicle when there was nowhere near enough damage. They were trying to pull a fast one on me, the consumer who pays an enormous amount each year for insurance. FCR did not let this slide and immediately had my back. They kept in touch with MAPFRE daily via email and phone, and forced them to come back with a supervisor. Ultimately, FCR had my best interest at heart more than my own insurance company. They reversed their flawed decision and proceeded with the repair. FCR was able to find the exact parts needed for my SVR from the UK, coordinated the repairs and sent the car to the Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Boston for electronic resets. All-in-all, my car looks even BETTER than new. What accident? The team over at Factory Collision & Restoration in Weymouth are hands down the BEST body and paint shop in the area. Not just because their work is top notch, but because they know how to protect consumers from the flawed insurance game that insurance companies try to play. If you are ever in an accident, definitely go to FCR!

Having my car backed into by an ignorant women who immediately denied fault and began making up multiple stories was stressful, but thankfully sorted it out and found her 100% at fault immediately. When it came to getting my car repaired, I asked friends and co-workers within the car community for a reputable place on the South Shore, and they all recommended Factory Collision & Restoration. From the start, it was an overall great experience. Everyone was pleasant and kept me informed, and they had my BMW flawlessly repaired within a week! I can't express how happy I am with this place and in the unfortunate event I need a body shop again, will definitely go back!

When it comes to superior service and personable service; Factory Collision & Restoration (FCR) is the ONLY place to go. As a regular customer, I have experienced nothing but five star service. FCR focuses on your needs first, whether its dealing with custom jobs or insurance claims. FCR has a WEALTH of knowledge when working with insurance companies and they work for YOU and only YOU! To conclude, stop wasting your time looking for someone to work with and leave the recommended list insurance companies give; work with FCR!

It is not worth a single star. it took 3 months to get the car back and I had to take it to another shop to fix it. They scammed me and the insurance company I don’t recommend them at all. Not even to fix a bicycle. They make up stories and they didn’t even finish what was asked to do. The job was done wrong. I don’t believe they used the OEM parts because they never produced the original invoices I requested.

Amazing work... Always! Had 3 vehicles fixed here and they use all OEM parts and do it right. They have truly mastered blending, even with complex paint colors. I will never use anyone else!!

They fought my insurance company and made them fix it correctly and with original oem parts. They did things like removing windows / door handles and blending quarters so you can never tell the vehicle was involved in an accident. They communicated with me throughout the repair process. They detailed the vehicle before I picked it up and I have to say it looks better now than when I purchased it pre owned a year ago.

I am really glad that I chose FCR for my repairs and they exceeded my expectation, job on my car was completed before the expected date and well in time before I needed it most. And they were very responsive for all update on progress of job on my car. Excellent and definitely I will refer them for my friends.

Easily the best body shop I've ever dealt with. Their body work is the best in the business and the staff go out of their way to email or call you every step of the way and keep you updated. Their knowledge of the process of dealing with insurance companies and their shady practices is top notch and very helpful. I recommend them to friend, family and I keep cards in my wallet to give out.

My experience with FCR was horrendous. The service was unprofessional from the front desk (was hung up on) and untruthful when it came to repair order estimates. The vehicle had two stolen rims and was left on a milk crate with slight damage to lower rocker. I was estimated close to 9,000$ in repairs, possibly even a total loss. HOW!? The car is a 2013 accord with only 38k miles! This vehicle only needed 2 rims and tires and a lower rocker panel. Instead Frame damage was added to the estimate because of a crushed plastic milk crate? NO WAY. They insisted the car sat too long on the ground with 2 missing wheels..but It never touched the ground! I decided not to get the work done there because we felt we were taken advantage of. Mind you, this whole claim is covered by insurance. We then called and told them we wanted to take the car out for 2nd opinion. The receptionist then had told us the car is all ripped apart and work was already started. To our suprise when we got there the car was not taken apart. Things explained such as an ABS sensor falling out the hub, the structure of the car being damage from sitting on a milk crate too long, mismatched tires, this made me question their integrity. We have now lost all trust with this shop and decided to pull the car from the shop. It costed us 1600$ out of our own pockets. (Outrageous office fees; $250+, outrageous supplement fees; 70$+, time the car was there, work that was supposedly done, moving the vehicle around the shop, checking ABS codes when abs light was not present, the redicoulous fees and list goes on). Coincidentally the day we went to get the car there was another party having issues with them while we were there. I will NEVER do any business with FCR again. The car is fixed today with matching tires, a new lower rocker and 2 new wheels. I DID NOT need a new rear quarter panel or frame repair when it is not damage! The body shop that actually got the work confirmed it. These guys wouldve made a ton of money scamming the insurance company with my car! Not happening! They say its your choice your car...they sure did not want to give us a choice to get a 2nd opinion. -Mistmatched tires on estimate for tires 3x more than oem tires -abs fault codes, abs sensor, abs bracket. The car had no codes when brought there. no abs problems. -I was told abs sensor fell out of hub (impossible) -tpms sensor not on estimate -wheels lugs not on estimate -over 1000$ on paint and material -estimated 8 full working days to finish repair. thats 64hr..really? -replacement of rear quarter when its not damaged -Frame damage? the rocker wasnt even pushed back far enough to touch the structure of the vehicle. -Told me my car was taken apart. Get there and it wasn't. -1600$ to take the car out. for not doing anything to it. absolutely disgusted with the professionalism of this shop.

Insurance scammers! Don't not go here!! I had dropped off my vehicle for repairs and was then notified exactly 14 days later that I was required to come into the shop and sign off on the check my insurance company had issued. I was told repairs would be started as soon as my appraiser stopped in to estimate the vehicle. The appraiser came in to do this approximately 2 days after I had originally dropped off my vehicle. No repairs were done to the car as I was told while on a call with the shops estimator as she was requesting for me to come in to sign off on the check before anything could be done. I then questioned why my vehicle had still not been worked on when it has been 2 weeks since I dropped off the car for services and I was told that it would be started on right away. I was never notified, never given any updates as I had requested when I originally dropped off my vehicle. I then requested for a copy of the estimate of the repairs that were to be completed, and this is when I began to receive unfair treatment from office staff. After thoroughly reviewing the work estimate and the items that were listed for potential repairs I requested to have my vehicle released from the shop. It was obvious that they were not very pleased with my decision and refused to release my vehicle under any circumstances. The estimator then stated that they “took the car apart” when she just said a second before that they had not worked on the car yet. When I arrived to the shop no repairs were done as I had expected. I notified the shop of my decision and stated that I would be back in the following day to pick up my vehicle. The estimator for the shop and the owner then worked up some type of bill that charged me for “office administration fees” which included; customer contact (phone calls to discuss the matters), insurance contact and the handling of paperwork, preparing and negotiating supplements, they even charged me a gate fee which I’m guessing was to drive my car in and out of their lot, as well as $75 in storage fees for each day that my car was there, not receiving any services (mind you this was a total of 17 days.) I was unaware of any storage fees to begin with, the only thing stated on paperwork after going through my signed document of “ Repair Authorization” was that there would be storage fees beginning each day after 48 hrs. of notice to customer of vehicles completion. The statement of storage fees was never brought to my attention when I originally dropped of my vehicle. If I was aware of these storage fees for the days my car just sat on the lot with no repairs I would not be here stating my case. The work estimates were very dishonest and the customer service was sickening. I refused to have my vehicle repaired by a shop that was extremely disrespectful towards me and inputting work orders that were not necessarily needed. For example: the work estimate quoted mismatched tire brands, change of ABS sensors when no ABS sensor light was on when the car was originally brought in, scanning for codes when there were no codes, they listed missing parts such as TPMS sensors and skinning one side of the car to the rear quarter panel for minor rocker damage in the front. They also claimed the ABS light came on because the “sensor fell out of the hub.” After all the emotional distress that this organization has caused me and the unsatisfactory customer service I had received when I went to pick up my vehicle I would never want anyone to go through what I have been through by bringing my services here to a local shop under the circumstances of convenience because this entire situation has been nowhere near convenient. I paid over $2130.00 in fees in order for them to release my vehicle and this was all out of my very own pocket. They were quoting me over $10,000.00 - $13,000.00 in damages “almost at the threshold for a total loss”, says the owner and all from two stolen wheels! Unbelievable. I would never recommend this service to anyone because of this company I am still without a vehicle and I lost my piece of mind.

I just want to commend the staff at Factory Collision. The service I received from Rob and Alysha, along with the rest of the staff was above and beyond. They helped me through this entire process with the utmost professionalism. They answered all of my questions and resolved the issues I had with my insurance company. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto body work.
