AutoZone in Weymouth does a great job. I needed a new battery. Ryan from Auto Zone made a recommendation, installed the new battery, and took the old battery away. He had the right tools and a positive attitude. The battery was a bit buried in the back of the engine bay and it was a hassle. He did the job right and got me back on the road. And he did it all on a Saturday when every dodgy battery within 25 miles was dying due to the cold weather.

Friendly and professional I drove an hour and a half here because they had the wipers for my car . They put them on in the pouring rain with a smile. So grateful, thankful and happy I can see out my windshield.

Henwal was such a great help and happy to be informing! Came in looking to buy a headlight knowing nothing about cars and he even came out to help install for me/ show how to.

Weymouth goes above and beyond! Especially with Ryan who has helped me over the past few months with a headlight always out. Instead of sending me to toyota to spend a fortune he looked up a part..less than 25d a harness to hold headlight, that they didnt carry. Ryan nicely gave me a site .I went there and he put it in,free of charge! He very quickly put oil in my vehicle today, and a freezing day to boot!This guy has helped me a few times, and what a fantastic person. Ryan deserves a raise and an extra day off! A person who trully cares about helping people, who also has a great personality and knowledeable as well! Ryan gives autozone a great name!

I went to the Weymouth auto zone and was having a bad day I spoke to a sales person named Zach and he helped me above and beyond I wish everyone could be as nice and helpful as the sales person that day Thanks for your help and for cheering me up

Last two times I've come to drop off oil that I purchased at this location they have told me that their oil machine is full. They should tell people before they buy it that they aren't accepting oil.

Clark didn't know what he was doing. He gave me the wrong part after I ask to double check. Also sent me to another store to pickup a part witch they had in store. Very frustrated.

I bought a new battery from this place and asked if they could install it. The guy put the battery in the wrong way and almost attached the negative to the positive and the positive to the negative. I would not recommend this location for installing batteries, but the price was decent.

So helpful! I needed an engine light diagnostic to understand if it was worth going to the dealership or not. Zachary was so helpful and diagnosed my car with the sensor that was faulty. Highly recommend!

I was in the Weymouth Mass location and salesman Tim Hunt went way beyond any expectations to help me ! I had tree sap on my car , in the parking lot, and he thought about and came up with a solution with a product you sold . He wasn’t satisfied with trying it out he went out to my car and cleaned off the sap himself!!!’ You can be assured that any auto needs I have will be going to Autozone in Weymouth!!!

Marco C. Went out of his way while I was stopped looking for something and came to help me find it. He helped me find an AC recharge for my car and put in my battery and greased my terminals really well and it works better than ever now.

Mike, the manager, was super helpful. I talked through all of the things that I wanted to do and he helped me to find the exact products that I needed. Even made me aware of a 2 for 1 special for one of the products so I took advantage of that. Gave me some extra paper towels to help me with the cleanup. He's Very easy going... We'll definitely be back.

I have a 20/20 Subaru Forester and the battery was completely dead on a Saturday morning. It would not hold a charge even after AAA road service came and charged it. I really needed my car running smoothly for Monday morning. I was not aware that Subaru batteries are quite difficult to take out and replace with a new battery. I received great service from the parts and sales manager, Mr. Timmy Hunt. Mr Hunt methodically extracted the failing battery and then replaced it with a brand new one from AutoZone. He was very professional and extremely patient in removing the cables and then replacing the new battery exactly where it should be and secured it in place. I sincerely appreciate the time and service on a late Saturday rainy afternoon and would definitely recommend AutoZone at this location by Mr. Hunt. JER

I did a purchase at Weymouth location, I paid for the product , but it wasn’t in stock so they said wait a couple of days to be delivered. I went back many times but didn’t get my product. Went back again after 2 months but I lost my receipt but I did the purchase under my name and paid with credit card, and they said nothing we can do for you if you lose your receipt. I asked for a conversation with the manager but never happened. Called the store couple times to speak with the manager but always busy and never got a response back.

Thank you AutoZone and a special thanks to a employee named Okie! When I asked for help installing my headlight, he gave no hesitation, and was kind while getting the job done!

Thank you Kevin B! The minute I got on the phone with him I knew I called the right place. He was so accommodating and professional on the phone. My hood wouldn't stay open and so I needed a hood lift. He told me had the parts and to come down. He came right out and snapped them in in 2 minutes. First time working on my car myself today and the two guys there this morning helped me get everything I needed for the job. Had they not been as knowledgeable or as friendly as they were, I might have been wasting money by taking it to the shop instead. Great staff, happy customer!

The Salesperson that helped me was completely incompetent. He Waited til after I bought the battery to inform me he could not install it when he had already looked at my vehicle with his own eyes. Then I asked how long til the money was returned on my card so I could go to a different place to get my battery fixed so I wasn’t stuck in the cold with a dead car AGAIN, and he LIED and said one hour rather than just tell me the truth that it wouldn’t be put back on til Atleast 3-5 days. This could have all been avoided had he just told me he can sell me a battery but not install it. Did not apologize at all. When someone is already in a vulnerable position where their car is not working properly the least you can do is be upfront and honest and knowledgeable about the services you provide. Really disappointed and will absolutely not recommend anyone ever go to that location within my community.

Went there for a new headlight, and there were 2 gentleman who helped me and honestly they were just super nice and above and beyond. It was a rainy Saturday and they didn’t hesitate to come get down on the wet pavement and change it for me. Great guys and great employees!

It’s never a good time to get a check engine light on your dash. I called to check if they do free diagnostics, and they sure do! Ray helped me with it and provided layers of advice to tackle the problem. He is incredibly friendly, super thorough, knowledgeable, and makes sure you save money by trying simpler/cheaper fixes first. He gave me a print out regarding the diagnosis and what to expect if I do need to take further steps to fix the light. Hoping it doesn’t come back on though, fingers crossed Seriously, such outstanding service! I’m so happy I came here and was helped by someone who is evidently proud of his job and goes above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of. What a positive experience that painted the rest of my day with smiles. Absolutely will come here again!

I had one of the best Auto Zone experiences at this location yesterday. Shawn was professional, caring, and knowledgeable about what I needed to fix the issues with my head lights. I love how you offered options without any pressure. It was so cool how we laughed and joked a bit as well. Colin (forgive me if I misspelled your name) stepped in right away to help as well. Thank you for your expertise with my issue. I felt like I was visiting my brothers to get some quick and needed help in order to send me safely on my way.
