I wish they had an option for 0 stars or negative stars. Ordered a kit from Tom who actually sounds very knowledgeable and probably is but thats all there is good to say about him or his company.. On November the 3rd l ordered a rebuild kit for a dual action fuel pump and he said 7 days or so. Fast forward to November 18th, no communication, no email with a receipt. You call an nobody answers the phone but 2 days a week, once you finally get someone on the phone they know nothing and are rude. Tom doesn't blow into work till around 11 or 12 and you have to keep calling back and trying to get him on the phone....he does not return calls at your request. Finally l get someone else on the phone...Lisa , she cannot find any record of my order but " im welcome to try and keep calling back on the event l can talk to Tom" ABSOLUTELY NOT....people like this make it extremely hard to support small business and are exactly the reason small business in America is dying. STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS, unprofessional to say the least.

Purchased an overhaul kit for my original ‘64 skylark 300 v8 fuel pump and received a personal mail with info about the delivery time. Nice oldskool service! (Also to the Netherlands) Kit fits well and performs like new!

Sent my fuel pump for a rebuild Tom was very helpful. I had the pump back in 10 days as they promised.

I would give this company NO STARS if I could. Ordered over the phone a specific manual for my Internal Scout II through a Tom, after he confirmed that the manual was indeed a CTS 2304. However, what I received was a generic International service manual for all types of International vehicles and not the promised specific manual (CTS 2304). Upon review of the receipt there was an additional and unauthorized $25 charge to my credit card. I was told that after returning the manual (at my own cost), I would be given a full refund.... of which only a partial refund was provided. So if you are buying a manual from this company and want something specific, buyer beware or you might have to deal with chasing things through the BBB and credit card company like I am. It's this type of behavior that really makes it hard to trust ordering from small companies.

Been waiting over 2 weeks for my fuel pump rebuild kit. If you are understaffed them maybe you should have told me it would take this long.

I have encountered a lot in the automotive world, these people take the cake! Unprofessional and useless! They had a set of motor mounts for 4 months. They only answer the phone 2 days a week and the people that do answers the phones can't even answer questions because they know nothing. The guy in charge wont return calls so you have to call a excessively to get him on the phone. I got excuse after excuse as to why it was taking so long. I finally requested my mounts back and it took getting very upset to get them back 3 weeks later. The people in the office are useless and the owner just doesn't care to communicate with customers. Just beware!

Ordered over the phone . Very nice very helpful. But never received my kit . Not sure what happened . Emailed and tried to call but it's been hard to get back in touch with them . Update : first off apologies to Then and Now for being impatient. I just received my fuel pump rebuild kit. I am extremely excited to get my fuel pump working again.

Very nice folks but a bit unorganized. They did have the kits I was looking for and although one kit had the incorrect diaphragm in it they did take care of it. Jump forward, I was sent a fuel pump kit that I did not order. I contacted them and was told a return label was being sent. That was 2 months ago. I feel for the poor guy who did not receive his kit.

Thanks from Canada, I needed the Carter fuel pump for my MerCruiser 3 L engine rebuild. Shipping it from Canada was impractical so they sold me a rebuild kit and directed me to their online videos of how to do it. Everything fit perfectly, worked perfectly the videos were a fantastic help. I had previously called Carter because that pump is no longer sold by MerCruiser and Carter was no help at all, other than fortunately they directed me here. Thanks again for great parts at a great price and fantastic videos so that I was able to do the job myself.

I called them and asked if they had a spare pump to replace my working but old fuel pump.They asked for photos of my pump and after seeing the model they said they could overhaul it with in a week of receiving it.I mailed it to them and after 2 weeks I emailed to confirm it arrived. I got a abrupt email back saying it was in their shop and would contact me when repaired. After another 3 weeks with no communication I called and was told it was ready to mail back and they took my credit card number.A day later I get a voicemail saying they didn't overhaul it and were mailing it back and charged me for shipping. After repeated emails and trying to call asking for details on what they did to it I get no response. So essentially it is junk because I can not get any information on what was done to it there. Do not uses these guys. Terrible experience and time wasters.

Sales staff will try to help you with any Automotive questions. I like the fact that they seem to be the only place around that Stocks Por 15. Paint and protective gloss for your dash board. I have been using por 15 dashboard and Interior Protector on my Cars and Trucks for years. It is 10 times better then Armor all and other products. You have to try this stuff. POR. 15. IT IS GREAT???????..

We just had them rebuild a fuel pump for a 1962 Lincoln Continental and couldn’t be happier. Turn around time was super fast, price was fair, and it works great. Thanks for a job well done.

Fuel pump on my 1972 Century Resorter with 318 ci Chrysler motor was leaking. Couldn’t find a rebuild kit at my local auto parts stores (three of them) or on line. Found Then & Now on the net & called them. They asked if six or eight screws held it together. Great communication! Sent it to them and it came back quickly looking better than new. Installed and now enjoying my classic boat again on Lake Minocqua in Northern WI. Couldn’t be happier with their great service, would highly recommend them for similar work. Fair price and quick turn around.

I have had 2 fuel pumps rebuilt by Then and Now in the past 6 months and they do a terrific job. One for a 51 Cadillac and the other for a 33 Lincoln. They are friendly and the pumps come back looking and working great, and I think at a very reasonable price.

If it’s for a classic car and you need it.... Theres a great chance that Tom has it. List of hard to find parts and pieces from 1910 to the 1990’s.
