Last two times I did online order for pick up, they removed things from my order with telling me or making a substitution. Removing things is fine if you’re out, but if you don’t notify the customer, I get home before realize I need to go out again. I won’t use this service again.

Cleanest and best well stocked S&S around, plus you can still scan items with the "buddy" to save time at checkout!

I Love this place but one time when I was six I was looking at books and next thing you know my parents is gong I cried and some old women helped me find my parent and, this also happened when I was 14 but we’re not gonna talk about. They sold doughnuts that were expired

The customer service desk should be open the Same hours as the store, if that’s the only way to do a return.

This location to shop is pretty good but I heard a comment from one of the cashiers she said it’s a sad day in America when you have a person shop for someone else and delivery it to them I’m not sure if she was just trying to be mean or she has a different problem but it’s truly up to the person what they choose to do for work in America not yours

I am in a wheelchair and when Wallace delivered my groceries he brought them to my kitchen and put all the refrigerator and freezer foods away before he left. This was a big help to me. Thanks Wallace

I usually have a great experience at this location, except for the date of 3/26/25 at around 2pm I went to the customer service checkout and was greeted by the rudest most disrespectful employee ive ever dealt with in my entire life!!! Im talking any store ANYWHERE EVER!!!! This young man should be fire asap

Very expensive, I’ve been seeing myself going to Market Basket a lot more frequently The produce is not as fresh I will admit it’s handy in a pinch , but definitely make the effort to go elsewhere

Mold on produce, have seen this multiple times shopping at this particular location.

I love this store. I think MOST of the workers are great. The deli guys are awesome. But the women that works in the hot food department is very bitter and rude. Not only to customers but also to her fellow workers. Its people like her that make the stop and shop experience rough.

The man at the deli counter is always so nice and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He is genuine and makes sure you are happy with what you ask for. He is also a very very good salesman. Draven is a great worker!

They had an error with the U-scan and ended up charging me $65 for items we didn't buy. It took forever to get it figured out and they refunded my card, hadn't shown up yet. I hope it will.

I like it. I've been told that it's more expensive than your average grocery store, but I've hardly gone anywhere else since moving to Massachusetts. It's a union workplace, so I support it on those grounds, but it's also a generally pleasant shopping experience. One thing I don't like is Marty, the sweeping robot with giant googly eyes and poor programming to get out of the way of shoppers.

I like Stop & Shop but they are a little more expensive than Market Basket. I do really enjoy their deli. They serve Boar's Head and I like that much better than market's Thin n Trim

I was recently shopping at the Weymouth store and (as always) was impressed by the cleanliness and pleasantness of the staff. I asked to have a cabbage spilt in half and a staff member took it to the back room, spilt, wrapped, weigh it and tag it for me. Later that day, I found out that man was the store manager. In further conversation with him, I was impressed by his responsiveness to his customers. It is obvious to me that he leads by example. Great store!

I worked here for a couple years during high school and I loved this store. I made a lot of friends there and met some amazing customers. The store has made some great improvements over the years! Cart shortages, bag shortages and an insufficient self check out plaqued the store when I was there. Made the job much more difficult than it should be. Doesn't seem like those issues are present now. The prices not be competitive but the store is always well stocked and I love the employees here.

Overpriced supermarket chain. To be honest. Employees never seem happy cashier that rang me out. Couldn't bother saying hi thank you. Or even tell me how much my order was. I had to ask. update 12/16-as you can see below stop and shop did read the review and reach out to me. However, I do not understand why they want to explore more etc. ITs a straightforward review. You offered a poor customer experience at the check out. Which is the rule-rather than the exception with your store.-sounds like a training issue to me. I suspect they are looking for the employees name etc. anyway I decided to use the web link-but that only takes you to their web page. and there is no option to email the customer service department. Oh well...

First time here. Nice, clean, well stocked S&S. BUT our bagger turned our tray of cupcakes sideways and tossed them in the cart. It’s not going to ruin the party, and it wasn’t expensive. But I’ve never had a bagger ruin something like this. (Maybe that was related to when I stood in front of him and said thank you, and he looked up toward the ceiling to avoid eye contact, and ignored me…)

The check out machine is horrible and the stuff don't want to help at all, most of them are angry all the time, probably they got low paycheck. But they have good product. Nice and clean store. That's the most important to me.

Cashier seemed to be very high and had noticeable body odor. Visibly annoyed about having to ring up a customer. They didn't speak a single word and I had to jump in to bag my groceries as they were piling up - cashier kept mindlessly staring off into space and paying zero attention. At one point, while I was bagging my things, I looked up and noticed them scrolling on their phone and not lifting a finger to even attempt to help. It's not the fault of the store but this is the second time I've had this experience..may as well have used the self checkout buy my cart was pretty full. I don't know what their name was since they weren't wearing a name tag. The whole thing was weird.

When I went to stock up while visiting family, the pink haired employee at the service desk was incredibly helpful! I bought a few lotto tickets and asked where an item was and got helped efficiently. Fantastic service and a pleasant personality. The rest of the trip went smoothly as well. I hope the employees I interacted with are still working the next time I'm in the area!

Easy access and many items to shop. Little costly compared to others but have thier own standards I guess. Check out is quick in near my store, they added more self check out counters. If you want to buy small quantities then this is good place to come.

Solid location. Store is clean, like most stop and shops are, they have good product that is almost always fresh, and most employees are pleasant to deal with. Wal-Mart is cheaper but mingling with those pajama wearers is less than ideal.

My go-to place to shop for groceries in Weymouth. Unlike its contemporaries, the store is clean, bright, and easy to navigate. Good bakery and produce section, products always look appealing on the displays. Usually not too busy unless its a weekend. Store is well staffed and typically keeps enough registers open to ensure a short wait in line. The staff are always ready to help, especially if you're at the self checkout, and are always hard at work keeping the shelves stocked daily. (Every time I visit, somebody is always stocking the yogurt section, so I take it they stay on top of things.) I definitely recommend this over other stores in the area. Even though it's a bit further away from me than the "other store" in question, when I have the option, I always choose to go here.

Used to love shopping here. They are a large chain but seem to be having problems keeping shelves stocked. During the first 2 months of the pandemic nothing was on sale. Prices were high. Slowly getting back to normal but other grocery stores seem to be way ahead

After tonight’s experience I will NEVER come to this stop n shop again and will do everything I possibly can to NEVER shop at stop n shop again. Not only is the store absolutely filthy, understaffed, low in inventory but they literally do not order inventory so I cannot purchase the items I need after weeks and weeks! MULTIPLE not on sale items have been out of stock for over 3 weeks and instead whomever is stocking the items is just putting other items in their place to make it look like the shelf is full. This is a chronic issue and I’ve had it. I can get over the fact that I have to wait in line for 15 minutes every time I come here during NON peak hours, like tonight is a Monday night at 10pm—and I ALWAYS have to wait in line for 10+ minutes as there is never more than 2-3 registers open—and I only shop after 8pm. And I can usually get over the fact that the store is dirty, but tonight it was unfathomable. The freezers were leaking and there were wet floor signs with wads of soaked paper towels all over the floor as well as puddles of water in the middle of the aisle that you had to avoid. In order to keep the food in the store cold they had the AC set beyond what is acceptable. I couldn’t figure out why until I got to the freezer section. I was wearing jeans and sweatshirt and I was losing feeling in my hands. Legitimately. People were talking about it as we went down every aisle. Lastly and probably most importantly the majority of produce looks unsellable. And the meat is a close second. Barely wrapped and leaking as well. With respect to all I think this place needs to be shut down, cleaned up and reopened.

We shop here great prices and excellent location.
